Hôtel pratique proche aéroport. Propre avec un bon petit déjeuner.

Le petit déjeuner inclus est super bon. C’est vraiment un plus

Les lits sont un peu trop mous Aussi, attention à ne pas se tromper de navette car il y a plusieurs établissements appelé Hyatt place. Bien choisir El Segundo.

Nice hotel in upper LA

The location. The friendliness of the staff. The laundry service.

The breakfast was less than ideal, which was the case before the pandemic. The hotel was short staffed. The price didn't include the parking fees.

Great touch-down hotel when staying overnight for flight connections!

Nice LAX hotel not on Century Blvd!

Nice breakfast selection and it started at 6:00am for travelers with early flights. Perfect, as no other hotels serve before 7:00.

Shuttle service stopped at four other hotels before reaching the hotel. When returning to the airport, we called for a taxi, as the shuttle schedule/reliability was iffy.

Grosses Zimmer - gutes Bett

Man hört jeden Schritt der Gäste im Zimmer darüber und die Fenster isolieren auch nicht, man hört von draussen alles. Meine Schwester hat für dasselbe Zimmer in derselben Zeit für 2 Nächte weniger gezahlt als ich für eine Nacht

Spacious and clean. It was a room for handicapped people.

The sliding bathroom door was stuck, possibly off the track. Could only slide it after a great effort. The hotel couldn't fix it right then or move us to another room, so we left it partially open.

IF it's LATE - take an UBER...the SHUTTLE does NOT run every 30 minutes!

Breakfast was the best we've EVER had for a included breakfast at a hotel. Variety was good and it was kept clean and nice. Really loved it!

The SHUTTLE was awful. If you are coming from a LONG flight...and you are tired...DO NOT use this hotel...we waited over 45 minutes for the SHUTTLE after a 10+ hour flight. Someone else on the shuttled had waited an hour and a half. The shuttle is shared between 2 hotels...and I think they only have ONE shuttle between them. They say they run every half hour...but for evening flights...that clearly is NOT the case...we were told it would be 25 minutes then after 25 minutes we were told it would be another minutes. We contacted the hotel before we landed and asked them where we collected the shuttle from the International terminal...they couldn't tell us that we needed to go to level 2 and find the RED signs that say HOTEL and PARKING SHUTTLES...I mean really...how hard is that? So we wasted a bunch of time having to ask people where we needed to go...so not very good customer service - really. I will NEVER use this hotel again...which is a shame because the hotel itself is nice...rooms and breakfast great.

Very Pleasant stay and close to SOFI stadium- short uber ride away

Hotel is extremely dog friendly - even has an outdoor grassy area for you dog- with clean up station. Very much appreciated since lots of people travel with their dogs now. It was actually one of the reasons we choose this location since they do not charge a pet fee- only a clean up fee if it is needed in your room. Front desk even had doggie treats that they asked if our dog could have..

Disappointing

We checked in and there were no towels in our room, called front desk and they instructed me to come get them at the front desk. The air conditioner was not working in the room and was not fixed until the next day. Staff at the breakfast were not happy and therefore not helpful, semi rude.

Completely and utterly average and underwhelming.

The room was clean and comfortable with all things needed for a one night layover. It was easy to get to and close to the airport to avoid the worst of the LA traffic. The front desk staff were lovely.

The staff were either lovely or completely unhelpful. We walked out after waiting (standing) to order food at the restaurant for 20minutes. We couldn't even get a drink. I am incredibly disappointed in that as we ended up needing to order uber eats for essentially food that was on their menu (which is incredibly limited). I am very disappointed that considering they are essentially an airport hotel they didn't have better options for late checkouts.

Good hotel in a great location.

the room was large and had a separate sitting area. The breakfast was very good. The towels were fluffy and the bathroom modern with a great shower.

The water pressure in the sink was low. Our room was on the back of the property and faced another hotel”. Also didn’t like paying for parking when there were so many empty spaces.

Don't take the shuttle to the other Hyatt Place

The hotel was fine but there was a mix-up with the shuttle. We arrived in the morning on a cruise and our flight wasn't until 11pm. We booked the hotel so we could rest for the day, and after getting sick on the cruise, we needed the rest. We took a transfer to the airport and called to arrange for the hotel shuttle. We called dispatch as advised, went to the "red post" to get the shuttle, got on the shuttle that had "Hyatt Place" on the side and were taken to the wrong Hyatt Place. At no time were we told there were 2 Hyatt Places at LAX, and we were not told there were 2 different shuttles. We called the correct Hyatt Place and were told they could do nothing for us and we would have to take a taxi to the hotel. I was told this has happened before but nobody seems to care because it hasn't been addressed. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
