Great location, close to restaurants.

Bed was comfortable.

Check in was terrible. Took 20 minutes because of issues with hotel computers.

Staff is awesome helpful and friendly Location is great

previous guest obviously had a dog in the room. the little couch was covered in dog hair, when my wife sat down there was dog hair stuck to her pants. we also found dog kibble on the floor I am an asthmatic and deathly allergic to dogs and cats if the hotel allows guests with pets, they should be in designated rooms. Also this means the house keeping is doing a minimal job in preparing the rooms

Stayed there before and it was better. Feels like it’s going down hill

Location

Room - drapes didn’t close all the way to darken. Bathroom supplies (shower body wash empty). No housekeeping. Staff not super welcoming. Not unfriendly but not friendly. It seemed like the hotel was short on supplies. We got 3 decaf coffee pods. Felt like there wasn’t a lot of attention to guests.

It was just ok.

Easy to get on the highway. The lobby ambiance was great. Bartender was friendly.

Parking was insufficient. Can be loud if staying on the highway side or the courtyard side as there are events held there.

I felt right at home when we walked into our room. This is my go-to hotel!

Comfortable clean room and perfect location

Maybe just upgrade the coffee and creamer to better quality. Everything else is great.

Tooexpensive for what you get - Courtyard by Marriott is a block away

Room had been given a facelift

No room service, room only cleaned every 4 days, coffee on Sunday in restaurant which is a maze to find. Expensive for what you get

Beautiful maze. Very clean!

We booked on Booking and the price was fine but the parking (self) of $18 and all the additional fees brought our total bill to an additional $100!

Incredible stay!

The post wedding brunch was phenomenal! We loved the atmosphere of the outdoor venue. Perfect for my family and friends to gather!

After 45 min I got check in the customer front desk name Ellis was very helpful

Can’t check in they said I booked with booking.com why don’t I direct booking with them, they said no room I waited for 45 min and they said ok now , I seen other people had the same problem like me coz we didn’t book thru them, the room was not ready for check in bed was un prepared

A very pleasant experience and I will absolutely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. It was also exceptionally clean! I used and enjoyed the pool and fitness center. No complaints and a nice place to stay. The hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast at this time. However, within a five minute walk there are multiple restaurants available and a coffee place.

Really happy with the overall experience.

Staff was all extremely helpful and accommodating. pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Clean hotel with nice amenities. Right in downtown but doesn’t feel like it!

If you don’t get breakfast included it’s a ridiculous price so you will probably want to go off property.

Good Value and close to everything in Santa Rosa

Parking was easy. The room was very comfortable and well equipped.

It would be nice if the housekeeping staff would not talk loudly to each other in the hallways. Some of like to sleep in when we are on holiday.

Exceptional

Parking was a little tough on the first day as the hotel was busy, so we had to park at the end on the lot, second day was great almost front row. Great walking distance to old town.
