Hotel confortable zvec un bon rapport qualité prix malgré qqes défauts

Chambre confortable bien qu'un peu petite, avec une literie de bonne qualité. Très belle piscine, très agréable compte tenu des températures élevées. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec du sucré mais aussi beaucoup de plats salés, mais pas forcément très bons.

Pas de possibilité d'utiliser le parking (à l'accueil on nous dit qu'il est complet), mais bon il était plutôt facile de se garer gratuitement à proximité de l'hôtel en plein mois d'août donc ce n'était pas vraiment génant. Dommage que la piscine ferme dès 19h et une meilleure qualité des produits au petit déjeuner aurait été appréciée. L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre, en surplomb de la ville, compliqué si vous n'avez pas de voiture.

It was a good experience for a one night stay but not longer

Though construction was going on it did not affect our side of the building The best part was the fantastic view of the Kineret

1 construction 2 the parking challenge We were told when I called that there is parking in the hotel parking lot During our brief stay there was never any distance available When I spoke to the manager she just shrugged and said parking is a problem 3 the pool opened at 10 am Most hotels in the area opened their pools at 8 am as it gets very hot around 10 during this season

Not as good as they advertise. But great view on the Sea of Galilee.

The manager was great and did his best to make up for what the hotel lacks. The updated rooms are nice and very modern.

The staff is unfriendly and wasn't mindful of our needs. We sat for dinner and breakfast for 2 days and never had a waiter or staff check on us or ask if we wanted anything to drink. And the WORSE is that the rooms DO NOT HAVE WIFI! They will say they are working on it, but after 2 days... NOTHING. We had online meetings, work related paperwork to email, and other things to do but had no wifi to do it with. We were given an updated room which is a MUST if you book here. The other rooms are old and outdated and actually use regular keys to access the room instead of a key card. The breakfast and dinner are not worth the 150 Shekels they charge. The food in the buffett is cold and they only have. 5-6 hot dishes and deserts. Not to standard for that type of hotel.

Apart from the pool being closed on the first day everything was good

Good swimming pool. Good rooms. Good breakfast.

They closed the pool the day we arrived. When we asked st reception they kept telling us they only open the swiimming pool from 1st June. However when we spoke to the life guard the next day he said they were open for the past month. He explained the management of the hotel decided not to open the pool the previous day.

The rooms were excellent... the view is incredible. The staff was very friendly, and the food was great!

There isn't enough parking lot. We had to park far away.

I’ll never go back to this hotel.

The view

The staff wasn’t polite they even didn’t greeting us. There was no heating in the room at all, it was like North Pole. We asked a mobile heater, they gave us blankets and a hair dryer (WTF). The wi-fi was slow, or nothing, so it’s useless. When we had breakfast we didn’t find clean table, but no one came to clean them.

King Solomon hotel in Tiberias is awesome. It's quite an old dated hotel but is classic with probably one the best elevated views of magnificent sea of Galilee! The hotel it self is huge with an upper or lower section. From what I gather almost all rooms have views. It is abit of a walk back to the lobby or amenities if you are in the lower section, however its part of the experience when staying in a giant hotel. The staff were extremely helpful & catering, even allowing me to move rooms, to one the higher rooms in the elevated section of the hotel, to obtain an even better view as I initially booked a deluxe room which happen to be in the lower sections of the hotel, quite far from the lobby. Buffet breakfast was in the magnificent dinning area that over looks the sea of Galilee. Really thankful & enjoyed the breakfast each morning. They have a great gym, spa section. An great out door swimming pool. Open air viewing decks. Loved my stay here. The only negative was the location is not right on the water like most of the other hotels down near the promenade wharf. However that is also a plus being it's quieter at night generally. For what you get in Israel it's great value & very enjoyable. Thanks to the lovely staff for taking care of us.

the lobby is remodeled but the rooms are not. also they gave me a hard time upon checking in since they claim I didn’t book according to the amount of guests. even though I proved with the confirmation on my email, they still had to “make an exception for me” even though I reserved correctly

no running water while we were there, dirty bathroom with hairs on the floor, parking lot was full forcing us to park literally on the sidewalk.
