Good location.

Cleanliness was a huge issue. Dirty bedding, smelly floors, portable AC in room, bc ac didn’t work. Half role of toilet paper with no additional rolls and empty box of tissue. Not enough towels for 2 people. Weird colored liquid in spa. Door key only worked about 20% of the time. Had to go to front desk to get in room. Left a paid night early.

It served its purpose

It has a stunning entrance and good location, the rooms don’t match the beauty of the outside though

I ordered room service and used the coffee creamer and it was spiked and coagulated. I couldn’t drink my coffee after that :/

Beautiful, clean and comfortable room plus excellent dining in one location!

We enjoyed an excellent dinner in the restaurant. The staff was extremely professional and friendly.

It was a wonderful experience

It was excellant, food was fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. I have never stayed in a better place.

Parking was tight, not quite enough I think.

Such a great way to break up our drive from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

The restaurant is excellent. Had a delicious dinner and a wonderful breakfast. Everyone was very accommodating.

best part about our stay was the service and food at the restaurant. we had breakfast 3x, and Valentine’s dinner, all

comfortable beds, large over size tub, but was difficult to get in and out of. love the fireplace to take the chill out of the air quickly and added to the ambience.

not enough sitting area for more than 1 at the desk and one on a chaise lounge.

spacious clean rooms, very comfortable.

restaurant and bar didn’t open till 5.00 pm no lunch options. restaurant food was excellent as were wait staff.

Superb

We asked for a room with a roll-in shower. Despite being ADA compliant the bathroom only had a shower in the tub. My wife is in a wheelchair so could not take a shower

it’s a nice hotel for the price.

the location is pretty convenient. rooms are large and comfortable. the hotel is clean and the staff is nice.

we arrived after 4 pm and checked in to our room and realized that our room was not properly cleaned. there was trash in the trash can, no hand towels. it was a bit upsetting and made me wonder if the rooms are being cleaned properly. the front desk was pretty on top of it and moved us into another room. but the whole experience of seeing other people’s trash in a supposedly cleaned room was a bit upsetting.

The lighting in the bathroom is terrible. Okay for guys, but for a woman trying to put makeup on, not so much.

The light switches were oddly placed and one outlet for two beds is not enough. Adapt to usbC outlets which will be the future. Just a suggestion

I wouldn’t stay there ever again

just the building

I didn’t like it this time. I did stayed there with me my daughter about 12 years ago it was a pleasure staying there, this time around was a nightmare there was hair on the beds the girl at the front desk was on her phone she was rude it make me feel like I was bothering her on her on time I asked for a room and price she give me a $300+ pricing she told me they only had one room and that was it. I thought that wasn’t good, so I went to booking I book the room at a good price right in front of her and I told her I already booked it. I ask her to check she said come back in 19 minutes I don’t see you reservation. I went back and she give me a handicap room I went to the bar to rest I uncovered the bed and hairs was on the bed the sofa was dirty I really didn’t wanna stayed there anymore my daughter was really disappointed I asked on the booking website if they had another room because that one was dirty the guy showed two I chose one and that had hair on the bed too. it was bad. really bad experience. someone is not doing there job and there are going to lose business likes that. it saw because they can make better the hotel had a nice look but stuff is horrible: I hope the owners do something to change their business or they are going to have really bad reputation

Big, clean room in a nice hotel

The room was big, the bed was comfy, the hot tub was fun and it’s in a great edge of town location for easy access to wineries and breweries.

It’s very close to the 101 highway.

nice but I wish the room was cleaner

stunning Venue

our room was dirty and there was a worn gross sock behind the chair and a used bandaid in the bathroom. the scale was dead, the lay down chair was stained and there was red marker marks on the carpet.
