Superb

The condo was large, updated and clean. Both bedrooms included a king size bed and bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. The condo included a single car garage which was very helpful during the heat wave. Staff was friendly and responsive.

We had a problem with the A/C thermostat, but maintenance was sent quickly to resolve the issue. The front door needs weatherstripping, as there is a large gap that some insects utilized to come right on into the condo to escape the heat.

The apartment was fully equipped and very clean. When we encountered a problem the staff helped us immediately and even when I asked to check out later they answered yes

we enjoyed the stay very much. we had a great time. next time we will probably opt for a top level room so we don’t hear

Superb

Good location, nice sized unit nicely furnished, clean but unfortunately the view is looking at power lines and towers and a commercial building. There's noise all day from them working and loading their commercial vehicles. The garage parking is VERRRY small, so we were always worried pulling in and out. The housekeeping was nice and she did a great job. Overall the pros and cons kind of negated each other.

Located in front of the commercial building, loading yard and the towers, power lines. The garage is EXTREMELY narrow and lack of adequate, convenient on site parking.

The facility was spacious, well equipped and clean with comfortable beds, as advertised.

The location wasn't optimal. Also, part of the allure of choosing this condo were supposed to be the pools. First off, the recreation and community centers were quite far from our facility, requiring us to drive. Unfortunately, when we got to the recreation center, our access card did not work. I did phone Meridian, who said that they would reconcile the problem within 5 minutes. After waiting in a parking lot for 40 mins for someone to show up to exchange our cards, we gave up and headed back to our condo. Someone eventually came, but it was too late for us to go back for a swim. We felt that these were important oversights that will be worked out in the future!

loved the location, 2 bedroom 2 bath,large living room kitchen, great deck facing afternoon sun, great Activites like pool, ping pong, golf simulator, washer dryer, security, underground parking, amazing front desk staff, NEW, great bedding…what an I say, it was great!

Overall nice place and would stay here again.

Nice condo, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Bathroom #2 hadashower that would not turn on. Major inconvenience for one couple. Toilets need to be updated to elongated style as these were old.

We always make the best of a situation and didn't complain at the time but still had fun.

It was quiet, good location, easy check in, friendly customer service.

Barely any hot water for 4 adults - had to go without and they weren't long showers. The dish soap dispenser was broken so it made a mess every time when doing dishes. AC was leaking so we used a towel to manage that. The TV kept freezing so had to do a sequence on the remote every 5-10 minutes, one of the showerheads was not very user friendly and the water came out in a pour. For "luxury", you just want things to work. Some of the things are very inexpensive to make it workable.

Overall I would give this 5 stars. Check in was easy, great location, Comfortable Furnishings.

The condo was immaculate. Everything was superb!! I enjoyed the central location, bed was comfortable.

Adequate, but with issues.

Location and amenities were great! It was also the right size for our (relatively large) party. The complex was quiet, and the working kitchen was good for our needs. Internet was also solid. Access to the pool and park at the included rec area (about a mile away) was very popular with the kids.

The biggest issue was that the heating element in the dryer did not work, and we were relying on a working dryer. Additionally, the unit felt a bit dated and lacked sufficient cleaning supplies (although we were able to get a vacuum quickly when we called and asked, which was nice).

Not enough cookware, cabinets need to be wiped, updated washer and dryer. Washer didn't wash clothes. Dryer didn't dry enough.

Overall the stay was excellent and we would definitely recommend Meridian.

Location accessibility was very convenient. Condo was very clean and well stocked with utensils, plates, bowls and glasses. All necessities for meal preparations were available. Washer and dryer was a welcome feature. Towels and toiletries were well stocked.

The couches were difficult to get out of and the chairs to the table were uncomfortable to sit in over long periods.

Excellent experience and we will return

I love that the pool was so accessible. The accommodations were comfortable and the price is what I would have spent for one hotel room for the same amount of time. We were able to cook, relax comfortably and spend time as a family much more happily and comfortably than we would have in a hotel.

The water heater was VERY small. With seven people in the condo, we couldn’t have but one person shower at a time and definitely not if the washer was running or the dishwasher. There was some water damage in the bathroom. The bathtub was small.
