I'm very satisfied with my stay at Oakwood

Comfortable bathtub, a great location. Very friendly staff. Coffee shops and restaurants are right there. Room service was also good. Wifi and a safe box were very easy to use. All kitchen tools were there. Perfect city view. I will definitely stay there again!

Comfortable and close to the city and all of the tourist attractions

The location of this hotel is great fora any tourist. You are close enough to the West Lake without being right in the middle of the city. You have access to many buses, taxis and a 10 minute walk to the Subway

It was very short but very confortable stay

I was in this hotel for third time for work. It is perfectly located and meets all my requirements in terms of confort, property and facilities. Free WiFi is very slow.

nice hotel with modern rooms and facilities including gym and Swimming pool. Location is close to the green area of the west lake. Friendly staff.

around the hotel, there are only limited restaurants and shops.

A great residence hotel,close distance to west lake, and central location to most other attractions

It’s a well equipped studio that provides almost everything you would need for a short stay. The king size bed is super large and comfortable for 2 tall people. It’s very clean. The shower head got great pressure and volume at higher floors. The bath tub is also super nice with an overlooking window into the city

We had some issues with the lock of the safe which somehow can no longer be locked using the codes we set. The technician came quickly but did not seem like knowing what to do, he started disassembling the electrical unit which we did not have time to wait for that. We had to tell him come back later

it was nightmare at all

it was worst experience ever staying there

room had big cleaning issues, room has odor, bed bugs,water splashing in the shower, it was nightmare to staying there, AC was out! and blowing hot air! I lost my next day business meeting as I couldn't sleep all night long, even there were not a towel for shower! they were not prepared to accept guest, it shows they are 5 Star property but in reality it was hostel accommodation which made my stay worse than ever , I contacted property management couple times to ask them to help me fix the room issue , their answer was SORRY! it's a apartment complex which has permanent residents so while you are walking in the corridor you can see residents left their unit doors open , talking out loud and smoking cigarettes! cigarette smell come through air conditioning systems and blows up to your room 24 hours! I canceled my second day of stay , overall it was very very bad experience for me to staying in hangzhou city with oakwood, booking.com need to review the standards of putting properties as a 5 star ,

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good location.

The apartment was too dark, very few lamps in general. Only 1 charging outlet next to right side of the bed. Charging outlet at the desk did not work. There was no extra make up mirror in the bathroom and the light was very poor too.

The bed is very comfortable and the room is clean. Breakfast is good but need more variety for foreigners.

the location is a bit far from the metro station.
