Superb, not to miss 10/10

It was a superb stay. Staff attentive, extremely helpfull, and very well trained. Breakfast, one of the best we have experienced as seasonned travellers for work for 40 years. Room very spacious and good value for money. And as we had a very early departure for the airport, the chef prepared a breakfast at no extra cost for us put into a bag, much more delicious than the breakfast offered in the business class lounge at Chenai Airport or by BA. And a fantastic swimming pool. One of the best experience we both have had. Congratulations. 100% perfect.

Overall, a great stay and I plan to return.

The food was excellent and the service was great. A special thanks to Rahul, Moses, Alem, Anisha and Maya. Prem and Raj are outstanding and Hyatt should be proud to have them.

Last week a group came into the dining room and started to eat the buffet course whilst standing up at the food counter and at least 2 of the guests, eating with hands, started to help themselves with more food with the same eating hand, This is breaking hygiene standards and of course etiquette. There was no attempt by hotel staff to guide these people to their table. Management needs to take action so that this is not repeated. Some of the front desk staff are not very knowledgeable of the local area. Training is therefore required. The bed was initially uncomfortable but later the mattress was changed to a hard one.

It’s fantastic property, nice location, friendly staff, great food spread,neat and clean luxurious room Highly RECOMMEN

Cleanliness Friendly staff from front desk to restaurant and room services all are exceptional

May be in the bathroom they could have fixed a lock. 🙂

We loved the property, the hospitality, the room and the beautiful attitude of the staff

Maybe the food choices are not very kid friendly and for a non south indian guest, slightly limited

Exceptional

I traveled from USA to India for vacation. Everyone treated me very nicely. Fron entrance>reception/lobby>food (waiter/waitress)>bar lounge> lastly, room service was the best.

The food at the flying elephant at the hotel was brilliant. And the staff all over the hotel were super efficient and friendly.

We did asked for upgrade or bigger room but due to hotel being busy. This request was not addressed and we struggled without wardrobe.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in!

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The complimentary toiletries were very generous and more than other hotels. Lots of bottled water in the room, lovely coffee and teas. Very thoughtful about every aspect because you could ask them for so many additional things free of charges. Lots of personal touches in the room.Comfortable beds. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly. What can I say about the food....amazing! The breakfast buffet and night buffet had so many choices. And if we wanted anything that wasn't even on the menu they were happy to prepare it for us! The restaurant staff were simply fantastic...I cannot remember all their names as I would love to mention everyone...I wish I had written them down( i remember Kapil) but everyone looked after us so well including the chefs and managers who all come and have a little chat with us to make sure we were enjoying our meals. Hats off to such excellent service which felt like it came from the heart. They even brought out cake on the last day with 'see you soon...' iced on the plate. I will surely stay at Park Hyatt again.

NO REGRETS CHOOSING PARK HYATT!

The service staff were exceptional. Special mention goes to the banquet manger Mr Selva, who took takes a special interest in getting to know their guests & their likes & goes out of his way to get things done for them in terms of food/dining. Service staff Lems was also very very helpful. All the staff were excellent in their job...& we couldnt be happier staying there .

Just wish there were more varities for both breakfast & dinner buffet. Otherwise the food was delicious.

Excellent facilities, clean & sanitary. Staff were exceptional, kind and friendly. On-site dining, 24/7 room service food options & Spa were great as well. Location is optimal with a lot of things to do nearby including very good shopping options.
