Beyond and more.

The peoperty is very comfortable especially the rooms were amazingly devided! The bathtub with mountainview was devine. The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

The hardware is great. The software is very unequal.

The room size. Bed comfort. Cleanliness. Facilities like pool. Several restaurants on premises. Very good service from Asian staff, Japanese in particular.

Attitude of some western staff. Not friendly, fake, complain about their job, not proactive., by the book. Restaurants often fully booked, closed cannot be used actually. Have to resort to room service which has limited options. Limited transport options in/out.

Very good stay but very expensive. Communication needs improvement.

The hotel is ski-in ski-out with all the facilities: swimming pool, onsen, spa, ski-store, several restaurants. The hotel is very big with vey high ceilings but they managed to keep a warm atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay .

Communication is a real problem, pre-arrival and on-site as well. You need to book restaurants months in advance in high season.

A wonderful winter experience in a great hotel

Fantastic rooms and quality throughout the property. Great staff and food at multiple outlets and restaurants, Onsens, a fantastic pool. Ski valet and ski rental/shop on site.

The Lounge is now a mandatory buffet for a lunch which is a disappointment for us in comparison to the previous year when it was more casual and flexible with kids to drop by utilising the ski in/ski out attraction of the hotel.

Ski valet 跟置物櫃非常方便進出滑雪場飯店人員也會幫忙我們將雪具搬出去房間很大風景優美，空調舒適床墊好睡，沙發床太軟太薄適合小朋友。

位置有點遠，去到Hirafu市區比較不方便，不過他們都有交通車，也可以搭交通車去到Kutchan有大超市可以買日用品跟食材。

Extraordinary in every respect

Off season visit, and so great. It is a palatial wonder. Have stayed in the best 5 stars and this place totally wins. Super kid friendly. The breakfast is so extensive you’ll be full all day.

It would be nice if we didn’t have to pay for the gondola up the mountain every time. But honestly this place was so awesome, I want to move in.

the breakfast was good, for first timer you might be loss at where is the location of the restaurant. we went there for ski, so the location was perfect. Just a bit far off from the center of the town.

some signs to show where is the restaurant would be good. Menu for all the restaurant can be more convenient instead of just going find the menu, booking for the restaurant can be more convenient

Concierge wasn't very reliable

wide range of great restaurant choices make the stay pleasant and comfortable.

really bad concierge service experience ever. After booked and been confirmed for the hotel bus pick service, I wrote 3 email to book my return because i wasn't getting any response. After arriving at hotel, the staff checked with me in person that there was no reservation and no explanation of the situation. Hopefully there was still a place available.

- King Room with Mountain View room was spacious and luxurious. - Many amenity kits. - Food was great. - Some staffs are very helpful.

- No welcome drink during the check-in. - The check-in process seemed rushed. - No information about the pet policy on Booking.com. You need to search on your own. - Charge 10,000 JPY for a pet.

Pleasant luxury family stay at very high prices with so so service

Facilities were great. Room was great & spacious, included a dining table which is good with small kids. Location was good too and overall convenient with walking to the day cares and ski lifts/slopes.

The staff were disorganized - from check-in, to giving advice/info about using the pool (it's free but you have to book in advance and the system was not exactly fair!), and quality of room service and the food / drinks didn't match their prices. The burger I had in the room cost 4,000 JPY, but I wouldn't give it more than 1,500~1800 JPY for it including hotel premium. Their restaurants offered nice overall ambiance, but again, the food didn't match their prices and you're really just paying for the location and labor costs probably. May I am being harsh, but at these prices, I just expected a lot better overall service and quality.

Niseko Paradise

The property is brand new and very well located. The hotel design is wonderful, the room exceptional and all the hotel facilities absolutely perfect and very well managed. Friendly and attentive staff - most international team I ever seen in an hotel in Japan. the f&b offer is top quality - can’t believe the best risotto I had was actually in Olivio the Italian restaurant at the Park Hyatt Niseko. The cherry on the cake: the Pierre Herme Desserts. The concierge is super helpful and organisd a rafting session for us. Park Hyatt Niseko is not only a winter skiing destination but a wonderful summer hiking spot, must visit: lake Toya and Cape Kamui. Can’t wait to go back again for the winter experience this time.
