Overall, my stay was unsatisfactory, and I won't be booking there again. I wouldn't recommend it to

One of the standout features was proximity to the location of my work conference. For business travelers like myself, convenience is key, and this hotel definitely delivers in that aspect.

My recent stay at Park Inn by Radisson Toronto-Markham was a regrettable experience marked by cleanliness and maintenance issues, as well as subpar dining. The room's dusty, smelly carpets, coupled with the corridor's unpleasant odor, were off-putting. Furthermore, the hotel's outdated infrastructure and the presence of mold in the bathroom were concerning. Although the restaurant's food was passable, it fell short of expectations.

cleaning was good but not excellent. all the corridors has stains on the carpets that shows it was because of their poor cleaning.

there were no one time use slippers for the room.

Overall, not very good experience for a 4 night stay

1. The shower wasn’t working at all. ( replaced by maintenance staff later) 2. The washroom door was broken (replaced on 3rd of our stay) 3. The air conditioning/ heating wasn’t working. ( old system.. the maintenance staff fix it by night) 4. Poor communication within the staff. 5. I have been told.. I would get a call from the Manager on Oct31st & as of Nov 4th I didn’t get any call or email. I will never go back there. Overall, not very good experience for a 4 night stay

I love the clean room. Bed is comfortable.

Not worth the price.

We found the beds comfortable, and the location easy to get to. The pool was also well enjoyed by our kids.

The rooms were damp, and carpet was wet. We had to switch rooms. Second room wasn’t that much better. Over priced for what it is.

The Front Desk staff at Checkin was pleasant.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. If I could rate this place a Zero, I would. Stains all over the carpets down the hallway. Checked out 3 Rooms all very dirty. The first room fridge smelt like rotten milk. Very expensive. It was not clean. We left and stayed some where else. I feel bad for the Front desk staff. There were several issues and she did her best. Very disappointed 😞

Very old decor and carpets old matkinfs and worn. Bathroom old and worn with lots of grime in the grouting of tiles.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, check in/ out was nice and easy, the location of hotel was perfect for what we needed, Beds were comfortable.

The pillows were flat, our curtains were barley hanging on to the wall, carpets we stained throughout the hotel (just made it feel dirty walking down the hall) upon entering our room there was a couple hairs in the bathroom(in the tub and on the floor) half our outlets didn’t work so we were all fighting over the couple that did work to charge our phones and stuff.

My money was stolen

I cancelled my reservation 3 days ago the check in date. I was told I will not get any cancellation charges but they charged me and my booking was cancelled too.

the pool & sauna was nice

the day we went they had the hot water turned off, they also give you a limited amount of towels. and to top it off the bar & grill has very selective hours & when we went there when it was open the cook only knew how to cook one thing

Great room, service was meh

The room was clean and quiet. The renovations were nice as well.

The TV kept randomly turning off and despite sending a message to the hotel through the booking.com app, they made me call booking.com to change my reservation. It was an international call to England, so I'm not thrilled about what that's probably going to cost me... it should have been able to be handled from the request I made through the app.
