The gentleman that checked me was fantastic. I was early and he moved things around, so I could get into my room here I love the security, knowing that they are taking every step possible to keep me safe as I travel as a single woman.
When I checked out the lady at the front desk was quite rude and I found that she could’ve been more professional in her job. I have worked with customers for 35+ years and I just found her to be very unprofessional and rude and pushy at checkout. Also housekeeping should keep a closer eye on restocking supplies in the brim that the hotel offers both the body wash and the shampoo were completely out. I feel that something that you’re gonna offer. You should make sure it is well stocked.

Perfect location with plenty of restaurants near by, nice staffs and plenty of parking. Rooms are spacious enough for a family of 4 with 2 queen beds.
In general, cleanliness is good but there are still some places need further attention inside the room, area like corners/underneath bed and cabinet etc

The security, you needed a room card to access the elevators from the lobby.
The rooms had a scent of damp carpets and cigarette smoke. We asked housekeeping to clean to room, 4 hours later we came back and nothing was done. We had asked for towel and had to beg the housekeeping staff. They didn't explain the parking situation completely
