I loved the hotel. Great food and service. The rooms are big and I had a lil seating area. Kinda weird one bed was super close to the window i had to jump on it to be able to close the courtins.

Went downstairs in search of a quick breakfast. Hostess suggested room service saying there will be no service charge. However, there was a service charge. Then she argued with me while I’m just trying to get things done. No Bueno. Otherwise - a great stay. Note: very tired of questions about green and sustainability. Most “green” initiatives are not green at all - just fake posturing. I’m more interested in Hilton remaining profitable and passing some of that onto customers.

Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. The room they gave me was dusty and the fridge didn't work. I asked for another room they gave me a room that wasn't in good condition right next door. Their remedy was to send a maintenance person, without telling me, to my room at about 9:00 p.m. The fact that I declined service, they feel that they have done enough to remedy the situation. How can they expect me to have a strange man in my hotel room late at night after I've traveled all day? To do what? look at the cable wires falling off the wall. Unacceptable. Honestly, it's hard not to feel profiled. I didn encount some excellent stuff though. The gentleman at the bar were so helpful as well as a front desk person who was lovely to deal with at check out. The foyer is beautiful. But the rooms that they assigned to me were substandard, outdated, and carpet's very dusty. I'm not sure what metrics they used in order to assign me that room. I stayed at other places in the area that included breakfast parking had beautiful facilities. I'd recommend looking at alternatives.

I appreciated that the front desk member provided breakfast/parking for our stay. However, before checking in I had advised the staff that it was our wedding night and was hoping to be treated to something extra special or had something waiting for us. As well, the shower in our room was not operating well. Went hot and cold alternating and would randomly turn off. The hotel could definitely have been better especially for what we were hoping on our wedding night.

Dirty room service dishes left in the hallway for 24 hours, old stained carpets and housekeeping will not replace complimentary water bottles. I will not be back.

The hotel has many fringe charges. Parking!! Seriously?! Resort fees ! Come on ! WI-FI not working the entire stay . The reception was pleased to tell me that it resumed working upon my check out ! What a joke
