Bon hôtel dans quartier animé

Bon petit déjeuner. Lit grand et confortable. Piscines au top.

Beaucoup de bruit la journée et la nuit mais normal car situé à Patong Beach. Presque pas d'accessoires de toilette. Douche à l'ancienne. Porte coulissante de la salle de bainq très dure à fermer. Robinet très dur.personnel pas toujours à l'écoute

Las instalaciones están demasiado deterioradas, aire acondicionado que tarda más de una hora en enfriar, la mitad del colchón estaba dañado incluso mi novio alcanzó a pensar que era una cama de agua

Will not be back

Location was handy for us. Short walk to the main drag. First bit can be a little difficult as no designated path and busy road to cross - but nothing out of the ordinary and quite manageable. Close to beach. Good view. Lovely sunsets. Pool was small but nice - though the hours it was supposedly open were ridiculous. Don't expect a towel before 10am. Rules, rules, rules.

Reception staff weren't friendly. Check-in was not welcoming and just came with endless checks and rules. We were instantly turned off. Nothing like we had experienced elsewhere in Phuket & Thailand. It wasn't great. Felt like we couldn't take a step without being threatened that we'd be charged extra for something. Not approachable at all. Room facilities were basic - couldn't even be supplied with a spare roll of toilet paper and had to chase staff for another pillow. Beds were so hard. Extreme lack of hanging space for wet towels and bathers and rules state no hanging things on the balcony (this was largely ignored by most guests as what other choice is there?!). Glass panel between bathroom and bedroom in family room is completely inappropriate. Breakfast was also not nearly as good as other places we stayed. Bland. Lack of choice for kids. Items would run out and not be replaced quickly. Meant to start at 630am but if you get there then the staff aren't ready. We didn't bother ordering other food as the breakfast turned us off. Could go on... Absolutely loved our first visit to Thailand. Stayed in various areas and hotels but this was easily our worst experience. Unanimously voted by all of us. Eagerly planning our next visit to this amazing country but will not be returning to this hotel.

Patong lodge hotel review

The room was nice and located close to the swimming pool. There was a bar by the swimming pool with happy hour daily from 4-6.. The staff was so friendly and very helpful.

The cocktails served at the swimming pool bar were very weak. Breakfast wasn't as expected. We only got bacon on certain days and we had to ask for cheese everyday. I was very disappointed as they didn't make an effort to cater for the westerners. The mattress on our bed was rock hard and didn't do my breasts any justice.

Prima!

Het was een fijn hotel met een chill zwembad.

De airco (wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping) leek het echt niet bij te houden. Het werd lastig koeler op de kamer.

Провели замечательно отпуск! Не смотря на некоторые неудобства то вернулась бы еще раз в этот отель! Так же нам подарил

Очень понравилась территория отеля. Уборка номеров каждый день. Хороший завтрак. Работники отеля всегда вежливые и отзывчивые.

Наш номер был старым, не соответствовал фото. Когда сказала об этом персоналу то сказали что все номера заняты и переселить нас не могут. В отеле много отремонтированных номеров но нам не повезло. После двух дней пребывания привыкла с своему номеру и переезжать уже не хотелось. Единственный плюс номера был это вид с балкона. Шикарный вид на море и бассейн.

Not going to stay there again.

Breakfast,

Uncommunicated silly policies enforced. Other policies not enforced. Very old mattresses. many issues with the room, took half day to resolve them. Reception manager very unreasonable hard to communicate with.

Nice, clean and good price if you book in advance

The pool was great, room was nice and air con was good. Staff were friendly and helpful when it came to arranging boat to Phi Phi for us!

It was a little further out than we realised so we did a lot of walking (not their fault) everything else was perfect!

I stayed at the Patong lodge Hotel for no longer than 10 gruelling minutes and left disappointed

The hotel was very grubby, When viewing the deluxe room I reserved it was a very poor standard. The bedding was white but their was nothing else in the room, A musky damp smell. The photos on the booking.com were completely different to what I had witnessed at the hotel, this was falsely advertised. This hotel would be suitable for backpackers. I strongly advise for anyone to stay well clear of this hotel. I would not stay at this hotel and I left immediately and was very disappointed with booking.com that they should be advertising this sort of hotel for the cost I paid for it.

Great value for money, clean in a good area.

The room was simple but clean and modern, the pool area was very nice - better than photos. We had the pool breakfast which was a nice idea (harder to execute!) The quality of the hotel is amazing especially given the price we paid.

The clientele, mostly Russian - not a friendly lot. Didn't know my wife understands Russian and they said some less than pleasant things. We did walk to the main strip a few times but it is a little on the far side especially with the humidity. Now that Phuket is not full of Aussies (mosty Indian and Arabic sex tourists and Russian) not surprisingly the Thai's dont seem very friendly as I remember. If I wanted to eat at an Indian or Hallal restuarant I would visit one of those countries, hard to find proper Thai food now.

Relaxing clean hotel fantastic location nice staff

location ideal if you want to be outside of Bangla road Tuk Tuk. outside hotel 24/7. Overlooks the Beach. 7 11 and other shops 50 metres away. Staff very friendly nice clean rooms. great value for money. elevated position lifts to all facilities so very disabled friendly Will definitely return. Can walk into Bangla road 20 minutes Tuk Tuk 200bht alternative

Affordable stay in Patong

The rooms are spacious with a fridge and a extra large bed. We got a room with a pool view and balcony that was fabulous. The breakfast had a huge variety of food to choose from.There is 3 pools and a gym if you have energy to sweat some more....

Room A316 -The shower door does not seal and every morning when we shower the whole bathroom is under water. We continouisly had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo because it was not replaces several days. Also had to ask for extra cusions as they give only 1 for each person. Only 5 hangers in the wardrobe for 2 people and we stay for 16 days....hang two items each ? They promote the hotel as beachfront...but it is opposite a busy road and a walk of 800m to closest beach.

Horrible experience. Never again.

Wifi never worked. The staff was rude when asked to fix it. They only have one iron, so you need to wait for 1-2 hours to get it and then have to give it back within 30 mins. View from the room was horrible. The balcony door opens up directly to a brick wall. Nothing to see outside from 4th floor

hotel was excellent staff went above and beyond the only criticism would be breakfast was never hot but I will add this seems to be the case in many hotels in Thailand, but had a great time access to the beach a bit chaotic with the amount of traffic but great beaches and beautiful scenery

Room Service Staff were helpful, the same as Breakfast staff.

I wasn't able to pay for the accommodation rate with my American Express as the Patong Lodge Hotel doesn't accept, Booking.com should of accepted my American Express card and paid Patong Lodge Hotel on bahalf of me.
