Poor service…

3th time, equipments nice as always

Very poor service. No communication between day team and night team so that additional bed was not installed as requested and when asked again need 30 min to bring it. After 22pm, someone from staff knocked 5 times the room door for a stupid question about anothers clients waking up my kids. After 1 week they even do not share some apologies!!

Perfect place to stay in Pondicherry.

Perfect location, just two blocks from the beach. Good food. Lovely to come back to the rooftop pool for a swim and to relax.

Cadre sympa pour découvrir la ville et se relaxer à la piscine Belles prestations

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment à améliorer Si vous êtes en manque de viennoiseries, bonne boulangerie devant l’hôtel Il y a 3 petits chiens (très gentils) qui dorment le soir devant l’entrée de l’hôtel. Si possible demander une chambre donnant sur la cour/jardin

Overall stay is good and had a nice time with my family

Location is good and excellent people at the reception. Good pool side restaurant and clean maintenance

Too costly and definitely it’s not value for money. Average breakfast and the menu items are way too costly

Very good

The room and the pool were clean and good. The staff were very friendly. They mostly serve european and north indian cuisine which were delicious.

Choose to walk around as the whole neighborhood is crowded and hard to find a parking space exactly near the premises. They have a separate parking space in 300 to 400 ms. Also they dont have south indian options for lunch and dinner which was an issue for my rice and idly loving husband. But you can find places nearby.

poor wifi signal throughout the hotel. Reception staff not helpful when asked for travel advice re Auroville. Too expensive for what it is. Poor value for money

Good stay but need some improvements for the price

All the staff were very kind and helpful. Nice smell in the hall. The location is great.

- the towels are super old and dirty. They really need a change ! It’s unacceptable at this price. - the bed sheets are sometimes dirty too. Need to replace asap too. - The breakfast wasn’t great (bad quality jam and bread for example) and few options. We ate the breakfast at the hotel on the first day but then we ate outside for the rest of the stay, even if the breakfast was already paid at the hotel. - missing a wardrobe in the room. The 3 open shelves and 3 hangers are really not enough. - not much natural light in the rooms. - bathrooms need a renovation (old and looking dirty..) - toiletries could be of a better quality at that price. - noise from street at night

Front desk Riswana was very approchable, staff hospitality was nice

1. Breakfast was not great, chef wasn’t able to make proper Dosas. 2. In room dining starts very late, like for morning tea you need to wait till 8:00am and closes by 10:00pm 😟

Charming staff, good location, great service. Would definately stay again.

Shankar at the front desk went above and beyond! Also the restaurant staff, both morning and evening, were very accommodating. Prabha Karan had good recommendations for me.

Clear communication about the taxi fee from airport to hotel- but really not that big of a deal.

Nice rooms, clean, great bathroom, decent breakfast, good location. Very happy with our choice.

There was a mix up with our rooms on the first night but staff tried to correct the mistake as soon as they found out and partially refunded us the difference

A Slice of Heaven in Pondicherry

The room and lounge/garden areas are beautiful, clean and well kept. Small rooftop pool and restaurant where delicious breakfast is served are also luxurious and great. The toiletries are the nicest, and the strong hot shower is the best in comparison to anywhere I have been in the world. I used to come to the restaurant for meals when staying at another place. The food was so good and staff so welcoming from the front door person all the way up that I decided to stay at the hotel on my second visit to Pondicherry. I will definitely be back.
