This was a one time visit. I won’t return.

Location was great and the gentleman that was on the front desk the night we registered was awesome

Bathtub was dirty Bed was hard and we saw cockroaches in the hall Breakfast was cold and very limited

Same old fake eggs and sausage stale bagels

Room service was never done had to ask for clean towels and bedding never came in to clean

Never again, “Quality” Inn.

Dirty room: stained chairs, grimy hair dryer, stuffy, smelled, AC didn’t work, window doesn’t open.

Absolutely the worst hotel stay ever. Front desk agent was so rude and condescending

We havenot had the opportunity to eat breakfast but hope it is much better than the experiences and greeting from the front desk who proceeded to call 4 law enforcement officers to come to our pre booked and paid hotel room in sole purpose of trying to remove us from the property

The first desk agent being kinder to her staff and guests and not yell randomly after losing the guests room 3 separate times from 3pm to finally receiving a clean room that was unoccupied by current guests at 9:pm. I am hopefully a managed of this establishment will resolve this issue by 10am on Monday July 24

Pet Policy Rediculous

The breakfast was a buffet with a small selection, but it was decent. The hotel seemed quiet with plenty of parking. If you have a bad back, you'd be pleased with the firm bed.

This location has one of the worst pet policies I have seen. They charge $45/night/pet, with a two pet limit and a 30 pound limit. This information is not easy to find, and there is incorrect conflicting information out there. The staff were not very friendly. The manager tried to tell us that their pet policy is actually cheaper than the competition on the road. We had already went to the hotels up the road and checked their pet policies. He lied to us. When we were checking in, the front desk staff was so un-trained that they had a more experienced employee on speaker phone, directing them how to check us in.

terrible, room wasn’t very clean either

there was a fire during the night in one of the rooms, we were allowed to go back in and get our belongings but the fire department shut the hotel down due to safety reasons. everybody had to leave and go somewhere else.

Great heating in the room, the gym and free breakfast was a bonus.

Water in the shower/bath didn't get very hot; warm enough, but not steamy like I like. One of the mornings I stayed and went to the breakfast room to eat but it was all packed up 15 mins early.

Staff were very helpful and caring. Housekeepers to Desk Clerks.

Room was dirty. I took bleach wipes to heater, very filthy. Bedding where to start. Pillow cases either stained or long black hair on them. Bedding sheet which was folded down upon opening it had stains on it. Bathroom towels had stains on some. Very concerned about side entrance. Was not card key security. Anyone could come into this hotel and go anywhere with out employees knowing. Otherwise if this was done properly the stay was great.

nice for what I rented it for.. jacuzzi suite for a couples night out

clean room, easy check in / out, hot breakfast

pool was out of order, hot tub was cemented over but still listed as an amenity, no note about pool closure on website and no discount for lack of amenities

inky thing was in the tuesday at check in the person said breakfast is served 6:30-8:30 so we set an alarm for 7:30 for the morning but on tuesday night we were tired and decided to sleep in Wednesday .. we were surprised when i rang the front desk at 8:45 to see if i could come down and make coffee for my husbsnd and I that breakfast was still on ! the staff member said its 6:30-9:30 weekdays ( i even repeated the time to the person at front desk on tursfay afternoon and they said yes 6:30 -8:30 .. as i thought it seemed early to end at 8:30)

There were problems with the bathroom. The staff obviously didn't fully clean from previous guests as soap was half used. Toilet overflowed and the person who came to help offered to let my husband clean it up. Nice of them

Easy access to rest of area and hot tub that fit 2 people comfortably, spacious room.

Bed was hard and lumpy and needs alot better curtains to keep light out, needs freezer in the fridge.

Horrible hotel!!

Bed had a hole in the middle. We both had a terrible night. Shower and tub faucet ran at the same time so you stood in bath water while showering. Sink drain was slow. The whole room had a funky smell. I reported it to Wyndham and they’re response was…”well you finished your stay”. We had no choice. We arrived late and didn’t know how the bed was until we climbed in- 11 pm was not a good time to change hotels or rooms! Breakfast was disappointing as was the whole experience. The price of hotels are ridiculous and this hotel was $130 too much!

I enjoyed the night attendant as he fixed the problem with our room

Our room was dirty the bed was disgusting and our feet stuck to the floor. Garbage outside smelled beyond rancid.

Liked the location and convenience to city.

Breakfast minimal at best. Seemed clean however, extremely dated in every way. Hot tub broken.
