Апартаменты студия без балкона и видом на стену.

Расположение – до пляжа 5 минут пешком. Жили в номере с кухней без балкона. Оборудованная кухня. Уборку предлагали почти каждый день. Не шумно. Гель для душа, шампунь и всякие мелочи прилагались. Есть фен и стиральная машина. Удобная кровать. Около отеля можно найти магазины, кафешки и все что нужно в пешей доступности.

Слабый напор воды. Моешься либо горячей, либо холодной. Вид из окна на стену. В Да Нанге – это частое явление, но если важен вид, уточняйте заранее.

편안한 휴식 잘 했슴니다.

편안하고 가성비 늪은 숙박 이었습니다.직원들도 친절했고, 직무에 충실하였습니다.시설은 최신식은 아니나,수리를 잘한 것 같습니다. 간단 주방 시설과 식기 사용도 편리했슴니다. 발코니에 지붕 덮게는 없으나,환기가 용의하고,커피를 마시거나, 간단한 식사나 휴식하기에 유용합니다.위치가 미케해변과 가깝고, 주변에 다양한 식당과 커피숖이 있어 편리합니다.추후 다시 숙박할 의사가 있슴니다.

방 면적과 구조상 소파 테이블이 식탁을 대신할 수 밖에 없었슴니다. 값비싼 숙박료의 최고급 호텔,풀빌라, 리조트가 아니므로, 가성비를 고려하면 식탁 여부는 감수할 수 있을 것입니다.

Convenient location for short stay in DaNang

The property was nice enough for what we needed. Everything we needed was I. Walking distance. The staff easily and reasonable arranged a motorbike for us and were extremely responsive to our questions and needs. There was a nicely outfitted kitchenette had we been inclined to cook, but we weren’t. Also a washer was available for us which would have been a great help to anyone staying for extended periods of time.

Our booking said king room with sleeper sofa. The bed may have been king but there was only a love seat not a sleeper sofa unless you’re the size of a small child. Wasn’t a problem bc there were only two of us but wasn’t as advertised. Because of the locale near the tourist streets at night we were serenaded until late late night by very bad, loud Karaoke from the alley by our bedroom window. There was also a vendor who on his PA system loudly hawked Bun Bao until the wee hrs of the morning. Neither of these annoyances are under the control of the hotel but future guests might want to be aware if sleep is important to you.

We were happy to stay here!

Excellent location. Nice apartment with a kitchen, very close to the ocean. In tourist area, but the street is quiet. Room was cleaned every day. The staff was friendly.

If the price was little less, we would stay for longer period.

Superb

Good value, good location . Nice small kitchenette and a good size new fridge. Housekeeper was friendly…showed me how to use the washing machine and even gave me some detergent.

I felt at home and will be back.

Close to the beach and all the 24/7 shops. restaurants and sports bars. Next to My An area so lots of choice food wise. Staff were really helpful and available. Everybody everywhere always smiling.

No cups for coffee / tea.

Great apartment with balcony.....easy accessibility not in the front of beach but everything is at walkable distance. Overall good

Unprofessional staff at reception....our flight was delayed & we checked in at 12.30 night & the first thing staff asked us for the payment.....which i didn't feel appropriate as we had to stay there for 4 days...

Good location, great value

Comfortable studio apartment with all the basics at very good value. A short walk to the beach. No meal options but many restaurants in a few blocks from the apartment.

Nice location and very helpful staff!!

Location and staff are awsome. They are really helpful and good price to stay.

The apartment is a bit old and kichen ware are all old and not good for use. But this is my 2nd stay. I am will ing to to stay next time again.

The room is fully equipped with all the amenities, including your personal washing machine, toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, combs, q-tips, etc), a well-stocked kitchen with dishes, pans, and cutlery, microwave, rice cooker, large refrigerator with a big freezer, comfortable bed, air conditioning, smart TV, and a cozy sofa. Wi-fi is good as well. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. The receptionist Tuan let us leave the luggage until the evening and even helped us book bus tickets using his own phone number as we didn't have a Vietnamese one. Receptionist Bình speaks great English and was also really kind. She let us check in earlier than the standard time, and showed us available rooms, we got to pick the one we liked more. The housekeeping girl was also very friendly and polite. This accommodation (and its location) is great, especially for such a low price.

The setting. Danang is an ugly-looking city, and the hotel is set among hideous, soulless skyscrapers. I much prefer Hoi An.

Overall a nice and comfortable stay

Very spacious and modern studio apartment. Soap, shampoo, dish soap, and laundry soap were all included! Having a washing machine was amazing, but there was no drying rack available. Luckily we travel with our own clothesline. Refrigerator worked, but the freezer didn't. We had a stovetop and kettle, but no microwave like in the pictures. Bed was comfortable, AC was good, shower temperature and pressure was amazing, wifi was really good, location is perfect. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Staff was very kind. We'd definitely stay here again!

Could be a bit cleaner upon arrival (floors were dirty, couch is stained, no surfaces had been wiped down, trash in nightstand drawers). There is currently construction next door that was a bit of an inconvenience, but luckily it wasn't constant noise. We were on the first floor, so we heard everything going on in the building. Couch was not a sofa bed like advertised.

Ok for a couple of nights while travelling. Handy to be able to do your washing.

staff were great, it was clean, had a microwave, washing machine, smart tv, good internet, decent shower plenty of hot water. clean towels and room made up every day. Easy walking distance to beach

Beds were damp. aircon didn’t seem to work very well. Although there was a hob and microwave there was nothing to cook with! One plate, no cups, even when I asked they didn’t have any, only a couple of bits of cutlery. It was also in the middle of a building site, we were woken before 6am every day by building work just below our room. Great to wash clothes but almost impossible to dry them as the room was damp.

You get what you pay for.

Great host! Very affordable place. Good location close to all shops/food/beach. Early check in. Very good stay overall.

The smell underneath the kitchen sink (moldy), water not draining properly in bathroom shower, the cleanliness under the beds. Very minor issues but if those three things has been cleaned/fixed, this place would be a 10/10!

Great price to value in this area.

Great little apartment hotel in good location near to several cafes and beach. Definetly worth visiting if you dont have high expectations and you are low on budget, you will be satisfied. It also has a small kitchen and washing machine which is bonus. Walking distance to everythin important.

Drain was little bit slow and no change of towels during our stay. But that is not big problem for 3 day visit.

One Bedroom apartment - Good location for the beach, Netflix on the tv and good wifi. Friendly staff.

When we arrived there was cigarette ash on the floor and on the window sill. The windows had been left wide open (maybe to let the smell out). There is a kitchen but with no utensils. The idea is that you go downstairs to where the receptionists live and ask for what you need but half the time there door was closed so we couldn’t do that. There was also an ant nest behind the kitchen counters somewhere as there would be a trail of them in the kitchen each day. There were also bugs in the fridge when we arrived. The floor was filthy and the coffee table has clearly not been moved when cleaning ever, as there was hair, dust and rubbish all around the legs. The sofa was stained and had many hairs all over it. We travel with sleeping bags so put them over it to sit down. We also had to ask for pillow covers to be put on the pillows.
