Very pretty; will recommend.

Your hotel is nicely located near the train station and not very far from the airport. Your staff in the lobby is very attentive to the needs of your guests. We appreciate that your staff speaks English quite well. We stayed for a total of 3 night per a recommendation of a friend.

In room 1325, the bed might be better place to create a walk space on both sides of the bed, even if narrow. Senior may have difficulty access the wall side. It was difficult for us; my husband's balance is strong and I had a foot and arm injury. The shower unit could be less noisy. The floor is loud, the floor makes noise as well. I wondered if we disturbed the neighboring room guests.

Amazing, comfortable and modern Hotel within Hakata City!

Everything was perfect! We picked a room with Hakata lounge access and it was nice. They have laundry room, public bath and the amazing thing was that they have a status update of the washing machine occupancy and the public bath. Live update at that. So you can tell if there are free washing machines from your room or how long your laundry will take to finish, and or if the public bath is crowded or not. That was a very convenient thing about this hotel! Also they are very close to convenience store, and quite within a walking distance to Hakata Station, but very close to Canal City. The Hotel and room design was amazing, sleek, clean and modern. They have great amenities too (just missing shower cap in here, perhaps to reduce plastic waste). We overall loved our stay very much and would recommend staying here.

The breakfast did not provide too many options, but enough to choose from and changed daily. We stayed for 4 days and they change something everyday.

위치가 좋아서 캐널시티, 야타이, 돈키호테 하루만에 훑었어요 시설이 세련되고 서비스가 좋았습니다. 조식 정말 만족했고 퇴실할 때 공항가는 택시도 불러주셨습니다.

오후 4~5시쯤 남탕 들어갔는데 미지근한 물이여서 추웠어요

It’s a fantastic hotel with great breakfast.

comfortable stay in a good central location, staff needs to exercise discretion in special situation

they speak English

They took a long time to check me in because I have an additional guest - my son staying. I had emailed them earlier but no reply. They said will deal with it during check in Ended up paying additional 30000yen extra even though they did not add ny bed. We were on the Hakata floor so room and 2 large double bed was enough for 3 of us, but they still charge me extra. On the website, they stated that room is for 2-3 pax

Two thumbs up for Blossom Premier!

Room is Spacious for 3 people, comfortable, clean and excellent customer’s service. Staff is very helpful and speaks good English.

Nothing much except location is a bit away from Hakata station but manageable by walk 7 minutes. I suggest to have some hooks in bathroom to hang towel.

酒店位置附近便是櫛田神社前地鐵站，鄰近運河城，附近又有24小時Aeon超市，位置非常方便。酒店房間舒適，設施齊全，前枱服務態度非常友善，整個旅程都十分滿意。

The Hotel is very tasteful appointed and comes with an onsen as well. The location is great as there are lots of food and access to nearby attractions. Private and the rooms are bigger than most in the area.

It’s near to the train station - a six minutes walk from Hakata Station. There is also Canal City nearby for some shopping and food, a convenience store just opposite the hotel and a few restaurants located on Level 2 on the same building.

Good but had expected much better

The hotel's hardware is generally good as it is visibly new. First impressions were great - you enter the hotel on the ground floor that leads to a lift lobby, which you have to take a couple of floors up before you reach the reception. The sliding doors were also not your typical glass doors, but with the main two panels covered up; overall it felt very private and almost premium when you first stepped in. The reception area is also very tastefully furnished and decorated, looking modern and classy. Room was also clean, bed was comfy, duvet was exceptionally thick. We had no issues with the amenities in the room during our stay and it fulfilled its purpose as a comfortable to rest and recharge for the next day of travelling. There was also a free-to-use sauna and gym (with just 5 machines) but it was opened at selective hours (6-9AM, 3PM-1AM) so something to take note of for those who are choosing this hotel just for these two facilities - expect a crowd at the gym in the morning. Location is hard to beat even though it was not directly outside Hakata Station - just a short walk back to the hotel from Exit 18/21 (about 9 minutes), but also Kushida Shrine Station on the Nanakuma line was just a 6-minute walk on the other direction. You will find the JR and Shinkansen lines at Hakata Station, while just one stop away at Tenjin-minami you can find the Nishitetsu line. Being nearby to these major train stations really helped us easily get out of Fukuoka for our day trips elsewhere without worrying too much, so it was really a plus.

Where the hotel shone in hardware, it lacked (quite sorely) in heartware. Firstly, I didn't feel like the staff's command of English was on par with what has been mentioned in previous reviews here. It was extremely difficult to converse with them with regard to anything outside of the regular check-in procedures (i.e.: help with booking restaurants, getting assistance when a new neighbour was making a lot of noise at midnight for a night) and I had to fall back to my translation app and it was frustrating. While I was more than happy to use it when I was out and about, I do expect that hotel staff should at least have some minimal level of English such that they can help out international guests promptly and swiftly. It resulted in a lot of awkward conversations that felt cold and unwelcoming, with a whole lot of conversation being "hmm", "ahh" and "no" and with zero pleasantries and resolution (I never knew how they would deal with my noisy neighbour). With how polite Japanese people were during my stay and how hard some of them tried to speak English to assist us, I am sure they didn't mean it that way. Secondly, it was a birthday booking and there was nothing done on the hotel's end. I know it's an extra perk to be expecting but given how it is labelled as an "upscale hotel" on Google Search, I don't think it was too much to hope for. Even a smaller, less posh hotel I had previously stayed in with a friend left a birthday card and some supermarket chocolates in the room for her, which although simple, was a nice touch in our stay and it's something I remember up till now. We were "upgraded" to the Universal Room, which was essentially a wheelchair-accessible room but the bed was still a queen-sized bed, just with more space. We weren't sure if it was because we stayed for a week straight, but our suspicions were confirmed when the day came and went quietly.

My first choice in Hakata

Super convenient, walking distance to both Hakata Station and the other side towards Hakata Canal City and all restaurants crossing the river. Onsen is good, building is super nice and modern.

The carpark machine malfunction which delayed my trip for half an hour. Luckily a staff was so nice & helpful and came down to help at once & talked to the engineer.
