Ideal location in Koh Chang and really nice hotel in a "forest and Beach" style.

Perfect location and room were great. Services as usual I Thailand = perfect.

At this rate (One of the most expensive in the area) it might be a good + to have snorkeling mask to rent or to borrow, idem for the paddle board or Kayak.

Alles ok aber hat mich aber nicht geflashed...

Pool mit Liegen und Poolbar Zimmer und Bad (allerdings A/C war nicht so gut) waren gut und sehr sauber Der Strand und die Liegen (auch wenn einem saisonbedingt die Sandflys ziemlich nerven) Das Personal war toll und wirklich sehr aufmerksam und bemüht.

Das Frühstück. Im Vergleich zu anderen gleichwertigen Hotels war das Frühstück und besonders der Kaffee nicht gut sondern sehr beliebig, lieblos und die Auswahl gering) Ich finde das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte einen neuen Anstrich verdient (den Waschbeton fand ich nicht hübsch)

Overall experience was like 9/10 considering price! Location: a quite place, ~400 meters from 7-eleven and multiple restaurants from the road side; 5-10 restaurants on the beach within 10 mins walk range Territory: very clean and comfy, I had a feeling like I'm at home and can spend a month here easily! Staff and hotel services: staff was very helpful and friendly, hotel prices are pretty reasonable (as an example, I could rent a bike for 250 bat, the same price I could get "from the street"; a good dinner on the beach with live music and hotel service was like x2 comparing to the bill in local points). Room: design is just awesome! Despite hotel is not new, overall look and feel (and the hotel vibe!) made my day every day ;) WiFi: good enough! Availability is like 95%, ping ~50-150, 10-100mbit (depending on daytime) Breakfast: pretty rich and different every day, includes both EU and Thai dishes Pool: 10/10! Big, clean, few jacuzzi areas. Especially I liked wooden floor all around. The only con - lack of shadowed areas. Beach: just for photos and sun bathes because of rocks

I can mention only few cons: - rocky beach (you can't swim without special shoes) - room service for my room was around 2pm (the hottest time when you may want to stay at room)

I love it here and I will be back for sure. First choice for koh Chang

Everything here is perfect. All staff are well friendly and helpful. They helped me out with a birthday surprise for my boyfriend which is really nice(a swan couple made from towel, birthday card, a decoration flower and cake). Room is very clean and bed is really comfy. Big swimming pool. Delicious breakfast and bbq dinner. Amazing fire show and also lovely live music. Whatever they have here is awesome and reasonable price. Don’t hesitate to book here if you’re thinking about staying here. 10/10 recommend ❤️

A great stay for 4

The location is just 20 minutes riding from the Pier, and it's easy to go around the island. Our rooms are spacious & it's connected rooms for our group of 4, which is so perfect. The pool & the private beach are great also. They have very great & talented cocktails in the Pool Bar, must try!

Beeakfast is kinda simple & boring, we stay 2 nights but the menu of breakfasts are the same for 2 mornings, which is just disappointed. The pool is closed at 7 which is too early.

Nice place very clean and breakfast is reasonable, but i would have liked bacon in the morning.

The villa was spacious and in a quite location away from the pool which I liked.

Just a small comment but not deal breaking. The pool colour scheme made it seem like a pond.

Nice beach and big pool

Big pool, lovely beach area, good breakfast. We liked the location.

We booked one of the villas. The photos on booking.com were misleading- based on pictures we were convinced that we booked the apartment on the upper level (which we wanted) but we got ground level. All the villas are overlooking each other which is not clearly visible on the photos. We talked to the staff and they offered to move us to different apartment for 3 out of 5 nights as there was nothing available for the entire length of our stay.

Good resort, but some updates needed.

The location is perfect, good restaurants at the beach and town in walking distance.The personal is very friendly and absolutly helpful, when there are problems. The pool and beach are beautiful and there are enough lounge chairs for all the guest, even in the shade. The landscape with all the palm trees and flowers is very pretty.

The rooms need an update. We missed some hooks for the towels and the bathrooms are very dark. Not enough light for shaving etc. A magnifiying mirror with light would help. The curtains in our room were quite dirty, all in all our rooms wasn't really clean after the maids came.

- pool is amazing - the beach on this side of island is even more amazing - friendly staff who helped us with organizing some trips (ps better to organize trips from west part of island) - localization - wide variety of food for breakfast

- if I need to be picky: sunbeds were dirty and I havent seen anyone clean them during our stay - it is a small thing and easy to change, but I was really surprised that no one was taking care of them

Amaaaazing resort - loved it

Beautiful resort! We LOVED our stay here. So green and calm and very nice staff. Everything is beautiful. Our villa was just the best, and so big! The pool is amazing - better than in the pictures. Also a very nice beach with enough sunbeds. Tip: take one of the big beanbags at the beach and watch the sunset together! There are a lot of good restaurants at the beach as well.

Room wasn't always cleaned very good and airco didn't really cool. Also there could be more room to store our clothes and stuff (the room is big enough). But that's all and we loved it!!

Exceptional

The perfect paradise resort. The hotel looks even better in reality than in the pictures. A wonderfully designed large swimming pool. There are enough sunbeds at any time and you can always choose whether you prefer to be in the sun or in the shade. Very nice rooms and big balconies. The hotel staff is extremely hospitable and helpful.

Not worth the money we paid

The architecture of the hotel is very nice. Direct access to the beach. Big pool, the outside of the property is nice. walking distance to restaurants. Staff is friendly

The room was worn out, cleanliness is not the best. Stains on the chairs and cushions. Overall not very clean feeling. There was a musty smell in our bathroom. The AC is very loud so makes it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was a disappointment, first 4 star hotel that only serves Nescafé coffee. We ate at the hotel restaurant only 1 time, food was just ok. There are much better restaurants & bars around.

An excellent place to stay if you are on Koh Chang.

The rooms are all very nice- big, clean and full of amenities. The pool was particularly nice. Overall a very nice resort to stay at.

Nice hotel, shame about the beds and damp smell.

It’s a lovely modern but quirky resort with a lovely pool. We ate in the beachside restaurant and the food was very nice and they do a happy hour for the cocktails between 4-6pm.

The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on! We had a deluxe room. We complained the next day and they said they would add a topper, which they did but it made no difference as it was just a very thin quilt. Glad we were only staying 2 nights! The breakfast was good but we also stayed at the KC Grand and theirs was much better. The room smelled of damp, don’t know if this was the AC but on or off it was the same. KC Grand is in my opinion much nicer and much more comfortable and rooms are bigger too.

Serenity😇

The property was so beautiful very clean staff was amazing I had a massage every day!! I did the Thailand massage which was amazing I wouldn't recommend this sugar scrub it was not worth it didn't get a deep massage if you want just a very soft massage than that one is for you I would have rather had a deep massage.

There was nothing not to like ha ha it is so beautiful

A nice place for family holidays.

Room and bathroom really clean. Big swimming pool. Dinner on the beach with a really good cooking, an authentic Thai taste. Really good with much choice’s breakfast.

Sometime, bad smell came up from pipes in the bathroom. Terrasse flooring around swimming pool must be cleaned to avoid moss that give the floor slippery !

Superb

The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. We haven't experienced so much hospitality for a while in any hotel. The hotel interior and rooms were extremely nice and the swimming pool was big enough to swim comfortably. The beach was beautiful! The breakfast was generally ok, but could be slightly improved. The drinks in the bar were amazing!

The hotel was generally very clean. Unfortunately the AC in our room was far away from being clean. We were a bit afraid of using it.

Excellent pool - well maintained, convenient with bar at one end of pool. Staff - extremely helpful and polite Breakfast buffet - good options Location - convenient to good restaurants on the island, 7/11 a few minutes walk Massage parlour, cafe also available.

Bathroom - musty, and smell from drain (especially with recent rain) Music - elevator style music on repeat the whole day, at the restaurant. Live bands/singers were very loud, and were a bit like my aunt doing karaoke. Would be nicer to just enjoy breakfast or dinner with the sounds of nature
