The staff were nice and helpful. Aspecially cleaning personel. It was very clean.

It was very loud. The bidet was not working. The pool was in a very bad condition. Between the tiles of the pool were covered in moss. Some tiles were missing in the pool and some tiles were covered with rust. All the chairs and sunbeds were rusty. There was no shades to chill on the sunbeds, it was conpletely under sun. They didn’t maintain the pool at all. They don’t have laundry service. The breakfast could have at least one sort of cheese. It was mediocre

Everything was good room is of good size yes it was two single bed put together but you hardly noticed, the service from the staff if needed was great and helpful, for example the AC was not on in the gym room they quickly called two members of staff to fix The food was good and the price wasn’t that bad I paid 370b for two meals for myself and loads to choose from From the beds to the towels were changed every day

Very well looked after by this clean and well located hotel. Staff are awesome.

Friendly staff in every way. Reception, pool, trip planner, cleaners, kitchen… every one… super helpful. Free water in your room everyday. Rooftop swim up bar.

Very good

Great location, loved how close it is to Bangla Road. Roof top pool and sauna facilities were awesome.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly but it got the job done. I’m sure they would have changed our room if we said something but it didn’t bother us too much.

I like the location, the cleanliness, the swimming pool is amazing.

Most of the staff at the reception don't look happy, they don't smile. The hôtel don't have Iron...

Very good

Location and room had a great view of the ocean

Lots of maintenance not being addressed. Cracked and dangerous tiles on the stairs. No iron in the rooms and hotel cant help.

Acoustics at The Gig

I liked the location, very close to Patong beach, shopping, bars and restaurants. Very quiet for sleeping even though the hotel is right in the heart of Patong. The pool is lovely. The gym is adequate. The staff are wonderful.

The lighting in the room was not efficient, ie switches not in convenient places, and the balcony was not private but this in no way spoiled the stay. The worst thing was the acoustics of the hotel. We could hear loud banging doors early in the morning.

really comfortable bed and good channels on the tv. good location near nice beaches and all the nightlife

pool area could be cleaner. can be a little bit of noise pollution but didn’t effect me that much. still slept well :)

Big nice clean comphy rooms nice pool and very good location and it's still pretty quiet.

I got told to come back at 14.00 for check in which was fine, then got told a extra half hour then another half hour we got checked about 15.10 other than that it's a lovely hotel

nice hotel and friendly staff.

The hotel was great. it was down a quiet side street away from the noise and hustle of Patong.

You couldn’t shut the bedroom door without it being slammed. this wasn’t great when the young party people were getting in in the early hours. and it’s a cheap and easy fix to put this right.

Superb

Excellent location for everything,beach 🏖 10 minutes walk bars on your doorstep restaurants near by bangla Road 2 minutes for all nightlife. It's in a quiet soi/Road and has a lovely rooftop infinity pool a bar, prices are very good when you book online, but don't book direct.

Bed/mattress a little bit hard but i do have a problem with my back so softer the better. Everything else was great will return.
