Enjoyable, reasonable and located in a really nice area.

The hotel was fine for our expectations. Reasonably priced for the area and centrally located to many excellent restaurants and shopping. The beach was a short walk with beach chairs and umbrellas exclusively for the guests of Grace Bay Suites. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep and shower while enjoying the sunshine, weather and the beach, it’s a good choice.

The receptionist was curt when answering our questions. No welcome greeting and literally no details when asking where things were, ie the beach, breakfast restaurants or any places of interest. I found out that the Manager had been on vacation the last day we were there. I spoke to her and I have to say that she was wonderful, full of personality and just a pleasant to speak with. She understands good customer service.

Go for the beach! The water is incredible and the beach is vast.

Even though we didn’t swim in the pool, it was clean and added to the overall look of the place. Our room was clean and refreshed daily, roomy and the bed comfortable. The front desk ladies were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The island itself is extremely expensive so the breakfast vouchers were really an appreciated treat. Make sure to enjoy coffee at Lemon2Go. The beach is a short distance within 5 minute walk where you will find umbrellas and chairs. Also, easy walks to lots of shops and places to eat.

We were on the second floor and the moving of furniture can be heard but they usually stopped by 10. The water pressure in the shower is not great and doesn’t get super hot but really not that bad.

The refrigerator in the room is very small You can only get ice when the office is open 8am-8pm Microwave is available next to the office They are not in the rooms

A nice budget hotel for the price point.

It was a good value for the price. A nice budget hotel if you do not need all the bells and whistles. The breakfast vouchers were great we were able to try all 3 restaurants . The vouchers did not completely cover the meals but were close. The pool was just outside the door and guests were very respectful of that. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, clubs and to the casino @ the Ritz Carlton . I felt very safe walking around alone even when I left the casino @1am.

It is not what we would consider a suites hotel in the USA. I would like to see an additional security lock on the door.

Important Compliments

This is the place to stay. Central to eat ,sleep, beach, shopping, repeat. The free breakfast was amazing at Shays a block away. Small city block. Not New York block. That nice wonderful lady in the front was absolutely outstanding . We will stay there again. I am a hard to please person too.

Taxes …. Leaving… wanna go back asap.

Central safe location at a decent rate

The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and located at the very centre of Grace Bay which is a safe area and location of the upmarket hotels. It is perfectly placed for local fast food and quality restaurants - all in walking distance. The hotel has its own section of beach with loungers and shades on the exceptional Grace Bay as well as having its own pool on site. The room was decent sized with big beds and effective quiet aircon - which was needed. A large supermarket was just a 3-5 minutes walk and had a superb range of salads and hot dishes for takeaways. Vouchers for breakfast were given to spend at one of three nearby cafes. The vouchers were good for a hot breakfast and coffee at Island Scoops. The vouchers only covered 50% of the cost of a similar meal at the more expensive Shays. We didn't try Sandbox.

Great place for a stay in Turks. Would return again.

Breakfast at the sandbox was amazing, and was covered by the voucher for two of us. Shay breakfast was also great but not fully covered by the voucher.

Small resort, great pool, fabulous location and very nice lady at the desk.

The property was really great. I chose it for the somewhat lower price and availability. I would highly recommend. If you like a smaller, cozy resort over the huge resorts down the street, this one is for you. While not right on the beach it is a short walk to the beautiful beach. Location is right in the town with shops and restaurants very close by.

No regrets! It was the best take a shot in the dark chance!

There is so much I loved about the property, but what stands out most is their winning team (Laticia, Eben and Phillip)! They were helpful beyond expectations, and helped with literally everything and with a smile: guidance on where to go, ferries, booking reservations, getting taxis, finding out about times, places and details of events on the island. The location was close to all the major shops. Although they don't have a restaurant on the property, there are several great choices with 500 feet, plus they give you vouchers to eat at the 3 most popular ones.

I wish it were beachfront, but it is so close to the beach and has its own section right on the beach, that wasn't an issue.

This is a convenient location with easy access to the beach and available beach chairs.

I felt that the ad for the property said that breakfast was included, but in fact there was a voucher provided and we had to pay the difference. It may be a marketing ploy to let guests believe that breakfast (as we know it) was fully included.The options to eat, especially the Shay Cafe that we used each day was wonderful with great service (high prices--typical for the island).

No elevators; had to climb the stairs with our luggage Small reception area Housekeeping came late in the afternoon each day to clean the rooms and we had just come back inside to rest, so did not use them. The sidewalk/ground/pavement on the property is uneven and can be a fall hazard if you are not paying full attention when moving around

very rude reception.very bad smell around the hotel and the worse was the breakfast they give you a little piece of paper with the total of 20 dollars for 2 people. what can you eat with $20 for two.you will ended paying 30 out your wallet. and you have to walk and find the restaurant yourself.

Simple, good value place to stay.

Very easy walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast vouchers ($10/person) are valid for the hours of each restaurant so we used them for lunch. There’s a mini-fridge in each room and there’s a communal microwave right outside the office.

Our room location (Rm 101) was on the first floor right by the office. While we could just walk out to the pool from our patio, there wasn’t much privacy if we wanted to sit out on the patio. I would have preferred a room further in as we could also hear music from neighboring bars at night.
