Fashionable but flawed hotel
Comfy beds, good view out of the windows. Great toilet and bathroom facilities. Great location.
Considering the cost and prestige of the hotel, we were very disappointed by: 1. No swimming pool or hot tub 2. Very small and poorly equipped gym 3. Small room size 4. Sauna not working 5. Room service telephone not working 6. Not being told breakfast to the room was not included in our breakfast that we’d payed for then having to negotiate when checking out 7. Some staff were unfriendly 8. Room service dinner was wrong in some ways (burger cooked well done and asked for medium rare) my wife’s fries were not delivered Considering this is a ‘spa’ hotel we were expecting a good gym and facilities to accompany it. There is a major focus on style and look, but we found many standard things to be a let down. Furthermore, our check out process was very unfriendly and we left with a bad impression. The woman on the concierge desk was fantastic and helpful, but sadly everyone else was not.

Great stay in a great hotel and very helpful staff
Great boutique hotel in the centre of Beijing. Located very close to the historical sites and right next to an underground station. Very modern design and fit out, rooms were excellent
WiFi was difficult to hook up to, gave up in the end.

good stay but can be better
I like the bed and the bathroom big and comfy.
The room have abit of Sewer smell from the sink and sometimes it gets quite smelly. The breakfast taste is just so so even though they got a lot of choice

Good hotel but the accommodation package is not worthy of trying
Great taste in decoration
The dinner including in the accommodation package is quite bad. Before I checked in, I asked for the menu but they said it would adjust accordingly. But when I went for the dinner, it just a very simple 3-couse meal with the worst steak ever.... if i have known the menu from the first place, i would choose to pay for the stat only. I had many lunches & dinners in Puxuan, and this was the worst experience ever
