Located in Wrightsville Beach, this attractive house for $993 per night is a great choice for your next trip. A studio favorite. Past summer home for actors Danny McBride and Dean Norris. Ideal for a large family or multiple families. (7 day minimum stay and Saturday change-over required June - August ) What makes this home unique: - Privacy and comfort. Over 6,000 sf spread out over 4 floors (with elevator). 5 large bedrooms, each with its own full bath and private deck. Additional sleeping areas. COMFORTABLY sleeps 14. Large kitchen and gathering areas. - Direct waterfront location. Stunning water views throughout. Private tidal beach. - Shared boat dock with wet slip. Launch your boat, jet ski, paddle board or kayak from the back yard. Easy access to the ocean and ICWW. - Peace and quiet. On the secluded south side of the island, away from commercial activity, traffic and high density rental buildings. Main level: Open the front door and you are looking out onto Banks Channel. Vaulted ceiling and large windows make it bright and airy. Relax in the comfortable living area while you watch movies on the large screen TV. Prepare meals in the spacious well-appointed kitchen, and serve them at the kitchen bar, the casual kitchen table, or the slightly less casual dining room table. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the large wine fridge and bar area. Step out onto the deck and watch the sunset over the inland waterways. A great home for entertaining! A bedroom with full bath and private deck is also on this level. Second level: Take your pick of three large bedrooms, including a “second master” that overlooks the sound. Each bedroom has a full bath and deck. There is also a cozy sitting area with pull-out couch, and a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer. Top level: A gorgeous master suite with panoramic views of Banks Channel and the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom features a large bathroom with walk-in shower, a large walk-in closet, and, of course, a private deck with expansive water views. The bedroom opens up into a large living area with kitchenette and 3 built-in couches/day beds. An ideal space for families with children that would like to stay on the same floor. A locked door leads to a spiral staircase and large roof deck. Enjoy amazing views of the entire island! Ground level: A game room with a large screen TV, sitting area, ping pong table, and half-bath. A sectional sofa provides extra sleeping. This room opens onto a large deck and the pier. Outdoor Amenities: Keep an eye out for dolphins as you drop a line into Banks Channel from the private pier. There is a wet slip to accommodate your boat. Let us know if you plan to bring boat so we can accommodate. Little ones can enjoy the sandy beach (at low tide). The ocean is a short walk away. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, decks and outdoor furniture on multiple levels, and plenty of storage for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks and beach gear. Special features: A large carport and driveway with parking for an additional 5-6 cars. An elevator services all four levels. Linens and towels are included with your rental!
