Amazing location, host and home

Very lovely place, photos don’t do it justice at all! It looks much better and rooms are bigger than in the pictures. The staff is really nice, friendly and helpful, bringing a touch of Greece to KPG. So well located, makes it convenient for early or late ferries. Cute little beach at the back of the property.

That I couldn’t stay longer :(

Clean room but very low water pressure and abrasive hosts.

Property was nice and the room was clean. There was beach access which gave a nice relaxing place to stay.

The hosts were very abrasive and the bed had one sheet which was too small for the king bed and we were given a large towel to use as a second sheet. The water pressure was often very low and several times we had no water available from the sink or shower to use.

A great place! The owners are a Greek couple. Very friendly. They told me where everything is, recommended good places. The hotel is small, but it even has its own beach with comfortable chairs. Each room has a designer renovation. Air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, kettle, some dishes (You can always ask for something extra). The room has a place to relax with traditional Thai pillows. Towels are changed regularly, cleaning is done too, cute gifts from the hotel - relaxing cannabis-tea, coffee, cookies. The hotel is three minutes from the pier. There are many cafes, shops, two large food courts, massage parlors and a tuk-tuk taxi and motorcycle taxi stop nearby. I liked everything very much! I leave your hotel with gratitude and a smile. And I will definitely come back! :) Elizabeth

perfect choice for me

So beautiful and nice color decoration for the room design, I like it very much the style. the owner is rhe couple from Greece. they so nice. and there is beach behigh the bangalow. very near the peer, oh, the breakfast very delicious and delicated. everything is just perfect for me! Thanks!

welcoming and convenient start to our stay on koh phangan

super conveniently located in thong sala near the pier, great restaurants, shopping and all the other traveller conveniences. the owners were super helpful in securing us a motorbike rental, and welcoming us. we loved that there was a fridge with cold water for us to drink and refill our water bottles from glass pitchers (no plastic water bottles hurrah!)

Superb

Very nice hosts, a lovely Greek family which was always very helpful. They organized a scooter for us, gave us nice tips for the island and even invited us to a private party at the beach and wanted us to feel at home. There are nice bars, cafes and food markets nearby with a lot of nice food opportunities. For a nice beach to swim and spend time, you have to take a scooter and drive a few kilometers.

The pier is very close, so for a swim the beach in front of the hotel is not ideal.

excellent location, 5 minute walk to bars , restaurants and night markets. lovely family that run Tea moon ,always happy to help with hiring a scooter and giving advice on the surrounding area .

The perfect place to return after a day exploring

I rarely leave reviews but really what’s not to love about this place. I was immediately made to feel at home, nothing was too much and the hosts are a beautiful Greek family and were so kind and warm. The property is in a fantastic location for travel to the pier and to two amazing food markets 5/10 min walk. Angel gave lots of amazing recommendations and makes her own tea which she gives to guests. The property has a wonderful garden and beach area which I returned to every night to watch a truly epic sunset. I will be coming back to Tea Moon no doubt, couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect

This house is perfectly located, close to all shops in the front and in the back with white sand beach and stunning sunset in the afternoon. Waking up in the morning and walking Barefoot to the serenity of the beach was lovely. The host is such a sweetheart and was so helpfull with everything! Very gratefull for her help. The rooms are beautifull and have the western standards with regards to comfort, bed (best bed in Thailand) and hygiene! I recommend to book this!

Okay for a night or two.

Nice location near the peir. Room was big and fresh. Nice view.

Run out of toilet tissue. No dry tovels. Bed was to firm. Owner not so flexible.

This was a wonderful landing spot! Centrally located little city.

Great location for travelers on the move and travelers that was to be close to the fairy and the markets. The Busy little town of Thongsala has its own charm.

The beds are firm. Overall this is the case in Thailand and maybe it’s because I’m over 50!!!

in the centre of the town and perfect for ferry access

it was ideal for us as we just booked one night so that we could easily access the ferry in the morning. It is a very easy walk to the ferry and so suited our purposes nicely. It was cheap and simple and exactly what we needed. its also very close to all the amenities - cafes, bars, scooter hire.

amazing staff and cute accommodation

the owners were really friendly and I felt very safe travelling solo. they showed me around the house, gave me a map, told me about places to visit, etc! my room was beautiful, with a sea view, very comfortable with aircon and a fan. the place is quiet, I couldn’t hear any noises, and the location is perfect because you can walk to the pier and to the market and shops.

the beach in front of the house is not a beach to swim and relax, it’s full of boats. the shower changed temperature on its own a few times and I couldn’t reach the thermostat because it was so high up on the wall! they could put a small stool in the shower for shorter people. everything else was perfect, I really recommend this place!!

everything was just amazing! the room was so comfortable, i slept like a stone. you only hear the sea and the birds. harry, the owner is such a nice, funny and relaxed guy! i would move there on the spot!!! 100% recommendation!

Great location on Saturdays walking street, very close to the beach also, access through the hotel. Very friendly staff, greatly helpful. Room was big and bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom separation was not really great, neighbors can get quite loud.

Fantastic value for money!

Tea Moon Beach house is central, has clean and fine rooms, AC & Wi-Fi worked well and the hosts are absolutely lovely! It’s not a fancy hotel, but you get a lovely experience still! I would come here again for sure! Tong Sala is also a great point to venture out from towards the amazing beaches to the east and the more bustling areas in the west plus it’s a 3 minute walk to the ferry pier. If you’d like to stay a couple days - you should definitely do so! (especially on Saturdays as there’s a market just out front)

it’s a bit noisy at night, I recommend getting the ocean view room to be further away from the road. wasn’t a problem for me but I imagine it might be for others.
