View was awesome, house is clean , rooms have a good ac system

The property looks just like it does in the photos , house was clean , the rooms had a good ac system , the view was beautiful

The pool is advertised as if it was on the property…however it’s just a few walks away , that’s the only thing I did it like

Disappointing

The space is nice. The views are great, overlooking the mountains. Gated community. But the treatment towards me was so unnecesary and disorganised acting like I had no money or I would run away!!

- It is NOT in Runaway Bay. - The attitude of the team is really bad! - The owner never responded to my numerous complaints of being frustrated! Instead I was told the owner was upset?? Yet nothing was done to rectify. - No HOT WATER (even after asking nicely, being told they are an hour away so it's too far for them to come. - Not one hot shower! I couldn't have a bath as it was seriously dirty and the window was left wide open! There were so many bugs & ofc no hot water! The staff wouldn't come to let me have hot water and yet, when they tried to push me into a corner saying they will come early hours of the morning for payment irrespective of my time, they were willing to come then! - They should be aware of payments! I felt harrassed by the 2nd day. -After paying via Cashapp (As requested) I was then told to pay an extra $50!! - Imposing on my rights as they did not care of I had meetings and it was said they will come to the house at the time they want. I told them I would be happy to pay after online work at 11am and they refused to listen. - Sending me messages at 5.30am!! - You WILL need a CAR or you are about 1 hour walk from town maybe more! I was told upon arrival. Even my taxi man asked if I was aware of this. - No main bin found so had to use toilet bins and my plastic bags. I could carry on but I will stop here. I truly hope that whoever stays next has a better experience.

We had a lovely stay!

The property is beautiful and very clean. The location was just right, very serene with easy and close access to shops and the beach.

The accommodations were great and we were very comfortable. Having a few staple items in the kitchen such as salt and pepper, cooking oil, tea and coffee etc. would have made it exceptional.

The best part is each room has an ensuite. it was like we had a concierge service Marvia was there for anything we needed.

The decorations were cute and the host was amazingly nice (she deserves a raise)

The water pressure was low and we had to turn on and off the pipe so the backyard wouldn’t flood, there was a MAJOR wasp problem, the downstairs was constantly hot, the floor one of the bedroom cracked, the ceilings leaked water everytime it rained

Good value for money and excellent host!

First of all, the host is absolutely responsive, super courteous, and always available on call or whatsapp. Very pleasant person. Wish all hosts were like him! It is a nice community, very clean, and you can walk around for exercise without worry. Security guards do their rounds on time and are very polite. House is very clean, has a nice setting. There are air condition units in the bedrooms and ceiling fans as well as hot water with solar panels. The pool is super nice and it has a small exercise room with walker and two spinning bicycles. Pool is open from 8 am to 10 pm and is always clean. If you need to replenish groceries, there is a supermarket just 10 minutes away in Runaway bay main street. No hazzle. I can get fresh fruits, vegetables and there is also a pharmacy next to it if you need medications. Also, 5 minutes away you have the Green Grotto Caves which you can explore with with friends and family. Excellent experience, and for the lovers of jerk, there is a jerk center right across the Green Grotto Caves. You can also go to Columbus Cove beach in Mammee Bay which is only 20 minutes away. Beautiful spot.

There is really nothing that I did not like, all was nice and well. I was very satisfied as well as my children. Will surely come back when the time allows.

Relaxing. Home away from home. Felt safe and welcome.

Nice location. Quiet community. Comfortable.

The sound of the pump.each time the pipe is turned in. The bedroom drapes are too thin. No privacy when the lights are turned on and the sun is in your eyes as soon as day break. The tattered carpets that need changing so.it can be more appealing. The hidden areas not cleaned especially under the beds. No.line to hang wet clothes after swimming

NOT CLIENT FRIENDLY...BAD EXPERIENCE.

The secy for this is not for you.urity was tight, location was peaceful and the cab drivers were prompt. I would love to buy a house there.

The staff was very disrespectful. The I asked for an iron and she never brought it to me and the toilet was clogged no plunger the staff Shav told me there was 2 other bathrooms in the place so I should use the other bathrooms. Shav told me there is other people with bigger issues and were not fussy like me.I was left at the gate and had to wait 20 minutes for the staff to meet with the key. Also there are locks on the bedroom doors I got locked out and there was no key given to me to get back in the room.I had to get maintenance to let use a ladder and climb up the balcony to the room in order to get back in and sadly my phone was also locked in the room. I was told I could use the washer and dryer and the dryer did not work. There was broken furniture and towel rack in the bathrooms and I made note and took pictures. The beds need an upgrade the move and are very low. The grass was not cut and the communication is horrible..Really not worth the money I paid The security was great and it is very quiet and safe...Honestly I would not stay here again. I rented a whole house previously and had thr best home away from home experience My experience at this Vista is they are more concerned with the money than the satisfaction of the client and maybe client is a nice word because I was not treated like a client I was treated like a whatever.. Hopefully the owners of the Vista take everything I have mentioned as constructive criticism and do better in the future.
