An awesome house with no heat. Fix the boiler!!!
It's a very fashionable house, well stocked kitchen, all amenities are superb. It fit 2 couples with 4 kids very very comfortably. We had a single friend with a grown-up kid visit for a night, and even they fit well. The sauna upstair was the best gift at the end of day on the slopes. Oh, and the closest ski lift is Alpine which is literally is a few blocks away. Amazing location!!
The problem we had is the house doesn't have heat!!! It's broken - and we stayed in the house 2 weekends in a row, and no emails, no calls, no reviews left for it resulted in anything being fixed. Highly disappointing as we didn't really want to be freezing all weekend, right??

Not Ready for Wintet
The view, the wide open spaces.
Heat was rationed even though it was between 9 and 12° at night. You had to get up and reset the thermostat during the night, or it would turn off every couple of hours. We notified management, and it abated for a while, (controlled by them electronically) then they rationed it again! The front door was unusable due to 2 or 3 inches of solid ice on the steps. It would have been impossible to gain entry if my son hadn't been there to climb on the ice. And the back sliding glass doors were unlit! We told management. Once again, they promised to fix it but did not. Finally some guy showed up when one of our group, a young woman, was there by herself and just let himself in, giving her a panic attack. There had been no notice. He told her he would try to get the heat timer turned off so we could use it regularly but that didn’t happen. No ice removal either. I wouldn't stay there in the winter. They need local management that is available and responsive.

Passable
They left a lot of cute treats in one of the cabinets which was so nice! The fireplace also worked great. Location was great although the HOA pictures of the dock on the lake were misleading -- you can't walk to the lake from the house, it's too far and the roads are too icy this time of year!
We had so many issues with this property -- it looked nice but a lot of things didn't work: -firstly there was a $280 cleaning fee. Booking.com made it look like the price for the whole stay was $750... but then the fees were $600. It was not nice to see that price tag after I went through and booked. Vacasa was very inflexible with pushing the reservation to another date or refunding anything (they could only refund the fees of $600, not the cost of $750 for the house). -secondly I had to go through this long process to confirm my identity before arriving at the house. I waited 10 minutes on the phone while someone ran god knows what kind of check to confirm I could stay at the place. -we arrived at the property and the door code didn't work. The lock just kept turning and we stood in the 20F cold in the dark for 10 minutes trying to figure it out. We then called Vacasa, who gave us the code to the backup key. Even the backup key kept swirling in the door, eventually after another 5 minutes of turning the door decided to open. -we walked inside and it was 56F. Absolutely freezing. We turned the heat up and 30 minutes later realized it wasn't working, had to turn the Nest off, turn it back on. Then it finally started heating the house. We arrived at 8pm and it was cold when we went to sleep at 11pm. -whenever leaving and re-entering the house we had the issue with the locks and we had to take the spare physical key with us wherever we went since the door code wasn't working. -when we tried to watch the World Cup on Sunday, the AirPlay feature on the TV didn't work. the TV did not in fact get connection of any kind throughout the entire game, so we couldn't use any of the apps to watch it (there is no cable so that didn't work either). We had to watch it on my computer. It was a cute place but I'm not convinced it was worth all the trouble and the cost.
