A comfortable m, affordable “in the vineyard” Hunter experience.

We were staying right on a working vineyard. The place was quiet and we were visited by kangaroos every day. Also the pool was a welcome relief from the heat but was not clean the first day we used it.

It lacked a little in kitchen amenities and basics like facial tissues and paper towels.

Very easy and relaxing, our second visit and would happily go again.

Guest house is great, very spacious and versatile. Great location, very peaceful with stunning outlook from veranda. Excellent access to nearby attractions. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

nothing major, bathroom floors could be slippery when wet so maybe some signage. BBQ worked fine but possibly due for a deep clean or upgrade.

We’ll be back!

The location was fabulous. Beautiful sunsets over the property. Lovely wine tasting. Interesting exploring the old cemetery.

No oven in the 2 bed cottage. Not enough kindling/smaller wood for the fire to get going our first night. Second night was better as fire had ash from night before. No board games or cards.

Expect a warm welcome and relaxing stay at Emma's Cottage

The communication from Emma's Cottage was spot on, they provided detailed info on how to access the house in advance and then called us on the day, to make sure we had got in OK! The house is a great space, with 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs + a self-contained unit downstairs, including one additional double bedroom + bathroom and living space. There is a wood-burning fire upstairs + air con throughout the property to keep you comfortable all year round. There is a huge, wrap-around balcony to admire the fabulous view, with kangaroos hopping around. The house is away from the cellar door and other parts of the property, so it's very peaceful. Amenities at the property are excellent. When we arrived there was a plate of croissants waiting for us, as well as a complimentary bottle of red wine :-) The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, cutlery for all your needs. All the mod-cons - coffee machine with pods, oven & utensils etc. Full toiletries including delightfully smelling body wash, shampoo & conditioner + hand & body cream are supplied in all the bathrooms. We are already planning our return trip. Thank you to all the staff

Beds are not very comfortable. My mattress was really soft. The graveyard on the property was a bit fresky!! The plates are too big for the dishwasher!

Well priced comfy and cosy stay with wineries on your doorstep.

Loved the location and proximity to wineries. Appreciated the breakfast provisions provided and the fireplace to keep us all cosy.

Mosquitoes were a little annoying at night but comes with staying in the country.

Amazing location and Facilities. Meg was so lovely and helpful with anything we needed or had questions about. Beautiful clean cottage, lovely wood fire. Exceptional service. We will definitely be back again.

Lovely cottage on a vineyard

Comfortable, clean, well equipped cottage. Well positioned for the Hunter wineries. Free tasting!

There's a water pump on the outside wall right behind the beds in the second bedroom, which creates a lot of noise whenever the toilet is flushed.

My daughter and i really enjoyed our mini getaway her name being emma we thought it fitting

No breaakfast as restaurant was closed for australia day the cottage was beautifully equipped and ver comfy we particularly enjoyed the pool

Very nice and pleasant stay

The location and staffs. Meg was great. And the girls on Sunday was good too when I went ask where was the nearest laundry service.

WIFi could be better. I got interrupted a lot when I had my Zoom meetings for work. Also washing machine and dryer will be great

A wonderful vineyard, beautifully maintained, central to everything and wonderful memories created

Meg the manager of the property was divine. She was helpful and made us all feel welcomed on the property and in the cellar. She was knowledgable and a lovely human being! She made our stay so comfortable. Thank you Meg

Comfortable, Beautiful Location for a relaxing getaway😊

Great location with plenty of space and room in 5 Bedroom Cottage. Meg the manager was very accommodating and cellar door tasting fantastic.

Everything was great, only thing i can think they could improve is a bigger fridge in main kitchen as a bit small for 10 people if taking food to cook and drinks.

love love and love Emma’s cottage. when we reached there we got lost. couldn’t find our cottage. i called for help a lovely women helped me out by FaceTime. found the cottage straight away. and found the key as well. it was so easy get the key out the key lock. throughout our stay we really enjoyed the place. the whole time i made my meals and used the kitchen appliances. everything was very clean and easy to find. honestly really had an awesome time. the toiletries was really good brand and i really want to thank everyone for making our stay memorable and comfortable. the only was uncomfortable is the bugs. bugs were coming inside we try using insect killers which been provided. but they do come in easily from bathroom. other than that everything was perfect. thank you for the complimentary wine. which we didn’t drink as we are muslims.

Beautiful property in great location

The Guest house is a beautiful, quiet property with fantastic facilities for all guests. Perfect location and a lovely cellar door with great wines and friendly staff. I’d highly recommend Emma’s Cottage and hope to stay again. thank you!

Fantastic Location and Stay

The staff. Meg and Dani were amazing. The location and accommodation being a 4 bedroom house was perfect for our group of 5. Verandas overlooking the winery or pool/ cellar door , 2 beds upstairs with smaller bathroom, 2 bedrooms downstairs with larger bathroom. Beds comfy, fully ducted air conditioning. spacious living area and full cooking facilities.
