Lovely Lakefront Home in Reynolds Lake Oconee in renowned Great Waters with 6 years of 5-star reviews. The Golf Course, designed by architect Jack Nicklaus in 1992, lies on the shores of Lake Oconee. The Great Waters Course is ranked one of the Top 100 courses in the nation and offers some of the most beautiful, jaw-dropping golf scenery in Georgia, with nine holes of the course bordering the shoreline of Lake Oconee. The Lakefront home, located in a cul-de-sac, it is THE BEST location in Great Waters with lake views from every room. Perfect for couples, friends, families, golfers, and an Oconee Lake Escape. The absolute BEST big water views in the neighborhood and will make you feel like you are not just on the lake but in the lake! The Marina is located one block away from the back door where you can launch your own boat, park your trailer, and there are several other Marinas in the area where you can enjoy rented jet-skis and boats. The T-dock in front of the house is always available for docking and enjoyment. Neighborhood swimming pool, sandy beach for kids, and tennis courts are just steps away. GOLF UPDATE: Unaccompanied guest play is no longer available for Reynolds Members. Golfing is available at Harbor Club, another local lake community, or ask your Golf Pro to book tee times. The Lake House is conveniently situated, just minutes from local shopping and dining. Publix, PJ's Coffee of New Orleans, Marco's Pizza, Filet, Amici, Movie Theaters, and several neighboring boutiques are just 10 minutes away. Harmony Crossing, is home to some of my favorite cafes, restaurants, retail shops, and Saturday morning Farmer's Market. Bruzze Brewery recently opened with lots of activities and live music just 10 minutes away! I recommend visiting the historic districts of downtown Eatonton, Greensboro, and Madison. Be sure to check out the local events, festivals, and the Oconee Brewing Co.! The Lake House features three bedrooms; Master on main with queen bed and full bathroom, upstairs there is a queen room with en-suite bath, and a twin room (or king upon request) and separate bathroom. All quality linens are provided. The dining room, furnished from France, provides dining for up to 6 with extra dining on the porch. Additional features and amenities of the Cottage include wireless internet and Direct TV, 55” flat screen HD Smart TV with a surround-sound bar, additional TVs in each bedroom, and a Bose speaker for your iPhone docking and music listening. Central air and heat, quality electronics and appliances, and ceiling fans throughout for your comfort. You will find the fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen just perfect for all your needs and extras such as, Keurig and Mr Coffee drip coffee maker, Cuisnart mixer, blender, and more make it complete. Exit the kitchen/dining area through sliding doors and enjoy the screened porch, tastefully furnished for outdoor living and lake viewing. Grilling is easy and enjoyable with the gas grill just off the porch. A few steps from the porch and you are in the lake! T-docks are just in front of the house for your enjoyment and boat docking. A pair of Adirondack chairs have been provided for my guests to enjoy. KAYAKS! My sit-on-top single kayaks are available for use at no extra charge. Upon request and signature of waiver. Must be 18 yrs or older. Washer and dryer available in the kitchen utility closet. Cleaning service available for stays of more than one week per request. Parking for two vehicles. This beautiful house was welcoming, clean and the kitchen was so well appointed with every pot, pan, and serving dish you would need to cook your Thanksgiving feast or a simple breakfast. The stunning view of the lake from the back screened-in porch was stunning. Any communication with the owner was so easy and she was always so quick to respond. We appreciated her attention to detail throughout her home.

This Lakefront home was perfect for a rainy cold weekend. The fireplace provided extra warmth and made the place all the more cozy. The owner is a chef and I ordered her charcuterie board and she outdid herself. The location is only a 15 minute drive to the Ritz Carlton resort and there are many walking paths around. The beds were so comfortable too.

This home offers stunning views and such a relaxing atmosphere. My family of three, lives about an hour away and we like to come up to lake oconee on fall break to fish. This home did not disappoint! It was very clean and offers plenty of space for my family to cook and sit out on the patio and enjoy the views. Even though I bring my own supplies, I was thoroughly impressed with how well stocked the kitchen and restrooms were. I could definitely pack lighter on a return trip! The cherry on top was that the home offers direct tv for live tv viewing in addition to smart tv apps! That's an extra that's becoming increasingly hard to find but much appreciated for my sports and live news loving hubby! We will be back to visit again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This was undoubtably our best VRBO experience! We were greeted with fresh flowers when we arrived to this beautifully appointed home on the lake. Throughout the home there was such thoughtful attention to detail. We felt comfortable and pampered. The soaking tub was just what the doctor ordered! We had access to an outdoor grill, tennis rackets, kayaks and a well-stocked kitchen.
We saw the most amazing sunrise on the lake from the screened in porch. The large porch was where we spent most of our time - rocking and lounging on the chaise among blooming plants and lush ferns.
It was great making lasting memories with our family and friends in the beautiful cottage on the lake. Looking forward to returning again and again.

We visited Lake Oconee for our family vacation this year and this gorgeous lake home did not disappoint. Aside from the house itself being stunning and impeccably clean, the view and proximity to the lake was unbeatable. Even the pictures do not do it justice! The house was well supplied with anything and everything you may need. We do a lot of cooking during our vacations, and the kitchen was well equipped with high quality appliances, supplies, etc. Deborah was so attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions. We HIGLY recommend this property and hope to be back.

My family - me, my husband and our four children ages 8, 6, 2 & 8 months - thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay on Lake Oconee! The house’s proximity to the dock, the sandy beach and the community pool were perfection. I was even able to move about still with my family with the sound monitor still in range while the baby took his naps during the day. My kids LOVED that the sidewall was right by the house as well so that they could ride their scooters all over with independence. Deborah was great to communicate with and help with any thing we might need during our stay. We would definitely love to return!!

Good house and location, but the internet doesn't work well and it was a difficulty for my work. I would do a fumigation in the house since there were a lot of ants. I would clear the cupboards and furniture more since they are quite full every where.

We absolutely loved staying at Deborah’s home in Reynolds. This house was better than the photos - the views are breathtaking and you feel like you are on a cruise ship the water is so close out the windows. We will definitely be back to the area and can’t recommend Lake Oconee enough!

Excellent property overlooking the lake. Deborah was a most hospitable and helpful host! The fresh flowers she left on the dining table in the kitchen was such a special touch for us to enjoy! Our family spent many hours together sitting on that incredible back porch - taking in the beauty of the lake view.
