【Broken air conditioning No trash box】 English below. 【エアコンは壊れてる　部屋にゴミ箱がない】こちらは他の方のレビューに無かったので投稿します。部屋にゴミ箱がなく、トイレにもありません。 1泊3500円越えの価格で水もついていません。更にはエアコンはとても古く、送風にしかならず、廊下よりも暑いですw スタッフに言うと「ボスが居ないから分からない。」と。ボスに電話するように伝えると「電話に出ない」と。お金を返してもらい他の宿にすぐ移動しました。全く管理し切れていないオーナーです。立地は最高なだけに勿体無いです。予約する際はその旨を承知の上で予約したほうがいいです。タイに来て1番嫌な気持ちになった宿です。 I am posting this one because it was not in the other reviews. There are no trash cans in the rooms and none in the bathrooms. The price is over 3500 yen per night and there is no water. Furthermore, the air conditioner is very old and only blows air and is hotter than the hallway. When I told the staff, they said, "I don't know, the boss is not here." I told the staff, "I don't know, the boss is not here. When I told them to call the boss, they said, "He doesn't answer the phone. I asked for my money back and moved to another accommodation right away. The owner is totally out of control. The location is great, but it is a waste. You should be aware of this when you make a reservation. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in Thailand

For one day good enough

It is few minuts away from bangla street.

Our room was without windows, light in a bathroom was not be able to turn off, lock on the door was really bad and I was afraid all night that someone is going to break in considering that hotel is at middle of the main street.

Good hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Would use again

Great location but wouldn't recommend if you have young children due to the road outside the hotel which is quite dangerous for pedestrians

Avoid at all cost for the price much better options.

Nothing really special about this hotel. Just plain.

I asked for tea bags owner/manager said go buy your own. Rude answer. I asked why the hot water kettle in the room then? He said go make your own tea or coffee, I said ok but then where are the glass/mugs to put it in... no answer.. so ridiculous.

Pleasant

In this hotel, a standard room is a room without windows, so you need to ask the owner carefully before booking.There is no elevator in the hotel, so you have to take the stairs to the fifth floor. After a short conversation with the owner, my room was changed. Despite the initial problems, the stay was successful

I think that rooms without windows should disappear from the offer or there should be information that standard rooms are without windows

almost everything…hard to communicate with the staff…no lift and stairs hard to climb…facilities in the room very poor…AC was leaking…beds aren’t comfortable at all

Horrible

Very bad management and room services. No lift. Gave a room which is in 5th floor and the air con was not working. had to sleep in there for 1 night. and next morning we left the hotel.

It’s a great stay and a great place to spend the new year countdown.

It is a very strategic location where everything is a walking distance away.

Some of the things like toilet flush was kind of spoil but I fixed it for them 😂😂.. The door need to check again because my first day left me with open door as the knob had a little tucking problem. The toilet door cannot be shut completely as the door somehow expanded at the bottom. So it’s chilly when you bath 😏. But it’s all okay.

The location was excellent just 50 m from the main street. Good bargain at the price.

The room was on the 5th floor and there was no lift. Had to climb all the way up with luggage.

Location near Bangla road.

Not the room I booked. Should have had a mountain view but didn't even have a window. Very old and dirty towels and bedding. Staff tried to help when I showed them that it's not the room I booked and went to the owner. His behaviour was unacceptable. Overpriced and bad quality.

Situates in central place. But nothing was working well. There were no water in the room as should. The room is on 3rd floor, no lift. Worst of all was that air condissioning didn't work. The room temperature was more than 30 C. They gave me an other room but the same in that room too, air condissioning didn't work either, tempersture more than 30 C. I said that I cannot stay there and didn't pay. I got a room in a near by hotel which was in all respect better than the first one.

Everything was not ok.

it is good for one night but that’s it! it a very very very good location also! you walk and you are in the main street!

very very dirty, a spider came on me and stay 24hours in my pants , i have a 100 of bites now and that’s painful and not very good…i would recommend this hotel if you’re not afraid of dirt ….and you just want to stay one night at a cheap price before flying.

Nice location. 1 min walk from the main strip, 5 mins from the beach, lots of food places/bars/restaurants/clubs around. Big double bed was very comfortable and room was clean.

Toilet flush didn’t work & the air con dripped non stop and flooded the room (not exaggerating). I had to use the 3 towels they had given me to soak it all off the floor, ring it out in the shower then repeat until most was soaked up as room had flooded overnight. Bit of an inconvenience.
