Located in Port Aransas, this charming house for $1,580 per night is a great option for your next break. Private Balcony on 3rd Floor is closed until further notice. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath pet friendly beach house, sleeps 14 and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with flat screen TV, DVD. Modern kitchen equipped for a family gathering! The first floor (with its own private entrance) has one bedroom with a queen, sleeper sofa, and its own bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms with queen beds in each – which share one bathroom. The third floor has the master bedroom that has a king bed, brand new flat screen tv, a private bath and its own private balcony! There is a bedroom next to the master that has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and its own private bath. Washer/Dryer are on the second floor. There is a gorgeous fenced in yard that a pup would love! Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. There is a nice patio area with a propane grill and a wonderful sitting area under the palapa. Come enjoy your own Oasis! Bring home your fresh cleaned fish and grill them for dinner! Guests do not get garage access – but there is plenty of spacious parking in the driveway (4 – 6 spaces depending on size of vehicle). Please be aware there are external cameras on this property. Pool can be heated for an additional $100 + tax per night, for the duration of your stay. Please request when making reservations. Takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool.
