Exactly what we wanted for this trip!

The front desk staff was wonderful, friendly and had ready answers for all of our questions. The underground parking was roomy and not cramped between cars. The room was very comfortable, the fireplace gave a warming feeling in the mornings. The kitchen was well supplied with appliances and everything we needed. Loved being downtown where we could walk to all of the places we wanted to go.

There wasn't anything that stands out that made our stay uncomfortable. The crank handle on the bedroom window was missing so we couldn't open the bedroom window. Suggestion, chairs for the balcony would be nice.

Great location. Great host. Great stay!

The location at Main Street Station was perfect for walking to everything in town. The kitchen was well-equiped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was great. The living room couch was amazingly comfortable!

When we checked out using the Vacassa app, our keys immediately stopped working. We left or breakfast and could not get back into the bldg to get the car. Please change this to allow the door key to work for the day of checkout. The toilet seats in 2 of the bathrooms need replacing. The water took ~ 10 minutes or longer to get hot in the bathrooms.

Could not stay as we were swindled out of the accommodation

We booked a nonrefundable stay costing $2,383.91 for 2 adults/2 children as agreed and detailed on the Booking.com website. After entering our details as a family of 4 the website directed us to The Main Street property. I have screen shot the details where it clearly stipulates this accommodation for 4 people. The actual details of the property twice confirm it as a 2 bed property. After we paid up front we get a booking confirmation. This DID NOT stipulate that the property was only suitable for 2 people. Again, I have this confirmation saved. A few days later we get another confirmation from Vacasa which then detailed 2 people only!!! I phoned up 6 times to switch or get my money back but was refused on each occasion. I was told that the payment was non refundable even though the Booking.com website was detailed incorrectly for 4 people. 4 days before the vacation I had to book a further accommodation which was much more expensive. I have screen shotted all the information and am sending it through to Better Business Bureau to get some resolution. I am completely disgusted with the way we have been treated.

I enjoyed this rental with the super friendly staff and central location.

I checked in close to 9 pm, and the staff was super friendly and helpful! The location was great and parking was effortless and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Decent enough but below what I was expecting

Great central Breckenridge location and close to ski equipment shops and Quicksilver Express Lift. Good onsite underground parking, albeit a little tricky to navigate!

Room was tired, lots of lights not working or bulbs missing, broken dishwasher that had leaked on to the carpet leaving a massive wet patch. Broken shower door….very noisy until late in the evening (there’s that great central location for you)

Our stay was nice, but frustrating at the same time

the person working the front desk was very nice and helpful. we had a nice view of the city

It was very difficult to navigate the facility. The parking garage was like a maze, it was hard to find our appropriate parking space. Also, with there being multiple buildings, it was very confusing trying to find our room, after leaving for dinner and coming back to the room

Would not stay in a Vacasa unit again

Clean sheets and towels. Great location, downtown. Nice pool and hot tubs.

Dishwasher didn't clean dishes (several attempts-cycled through to heated drying, but no water appeared to have circulated to clean dishes); no dishpan and missing sink strainer basket or sink plug made hand washing dishes difficult; only 3 dining chairs at a small table (6-person rental); light bulb in bathroom broken (not just missing--no replacements available); one table lamp missing switch, (had to plug in to operate), wall mounted hair dryer didn't work (dryer in drawer did), coffee pot lid broken at hinge and coffeepot hardware misaligned; smoke alarm malfunctioned, going off when no smoke was generated during cooking; failure of staff to deliver clean sheets requested after asking in lobby and later, over phone--after third try, we were able to collect at the reception desk; tv in one room did not turn on with equipment provided; toilet seat in one bathroom had paint scraped off a large section; key cards didn't always work, even with careful handling. Could have used screen in balcony door--when opened to cool unit, two wasps flew in. Photos available upon request.

Great unit! Needs AC and a more accessible 2 person bed in 2nd bedroom to be perfect.

Unit was roomy and well equipped kitchen. Master bedroom perfect! Comfortable king bed, desk, closet, large bath area.

Second bedroom has bunk bed with under bed rollout mattress meant to sleep 3, but this wasn’t realistic. top bunk was impossible and frankly dangerous to access, and there wasn’t enough room to roll out bottom under bed unit so person sleeping in it could avoid being stepped on. Our fourth family member ended up sleeping in living room. Also, no AC became an issue for us. Nights were cool enough to keep windows open but street noise kept us awake, and the unit became uncomfortably warm for sleeping. It was tolerable during the day, but it was early June. i wouldn’t consider staying here without AC in July or August.

great skiing / shabby accommodations at 1212

I love Main Street station and breck but the condo we got #1212 was unloved and poorly cared for. no supplies to make us feel welcome / lightbulbs out / no vacuum / clear the owners of it didn’t take care. I’ll be more careful which condo I rent next year. our last experience was wonderful and thus one was not.

Please ditch the shag rug. Shag rug was full of sand and grit. When I picked it up to move it off to the side so I could open the sofa bed, sand and grit scattered all over the floor. We did not have daily maid service (there was also not a broom) so we had to endure filthy sandy floors for five nights. Not good.

Couldn't imagine a better Breckenridge location

Remember that this is a rental condo and not a hotel. The location could not be better, it is a very short walk to the Quicksilver 6 lift, from which you can get anywhere on the mountains. So Location, location, location! We rented a single studio room, one king bed and a pull out couch. It was a little tight for a family of four. The interior was nicely decorated and the bathroom was gigantic. We used the kitchen for breakfast, lunch, and a few dinners... this was fantastic. I'll complain a bit later about the overall costs, but this needs to be balanced with the savings on eating out. The kitchen was small, a two burner electric stove top, with no oven, but a microwave and small fridge... considering most people won't use it at all, it was fine. The dinning table was very cool and there was plenty of pans, silverware, and dishes. This was awesome. The king bed was comfortable and worked out great. Bathroom supplies were in abundance. Great dinner food choices right across the street. Really loved the location for both lift access and food nearby. Couldn't be better! There was a fire place (gas) which was a nice touch after a long day. There was a tiny balcony and a view to the mountain. Parking was provided in a secure garage which made it easy (via elevator) to get bags and skis to our room.

This is a rental condo and not a hotel (as mentioned above). We found there were no sheets / blankets for the pull out couch for our kids... calling the front desk was only marginally helpful, there was no staff available to help with blankets, so we had to walk to another building and pick up blankets... that kind of thing... remember its not a hotel. The pull out couch bed was much worse than average (with a large family our kids are frequently on pull out beds) There was no daily cleaning (this was expected), but only one roll of toilet paper is not enough for a three day stay... we had to track someone down to get more. I was surprised to not find any ski gear storage areas (like in the hall ways)... I've seen this before in other ski area rentals... we had to keep everything in our bathroom and the small closets. Not a big problem, but with kids, it makes more work. The price was right on the edge of being too expensive... yes the location was phenomenal, but I do think the service to short term renters could have been a little better for what we're paying.
