De locatie en het bed

Het is heel gehorig, we hebben veel geluidsoverlast ervaren. De airco was kapot en zou gemaakt worden echter is niemand hiervoor gekomen. De deur moet je van binnenuit met een knopje op slot doen. OOK als je weggaat anders is je deur de hele dag open. Het bed lag goed.

Fantastic location at Patong & great value for money!

Location is fantastic, 100m away from the beach and main strip of Patong, walking distance to everything including the infamous Bangla Road. Unless u are planning to travel to other areas in Phuket, u don't need private or even public transport. Staff are friendly and accommodating, great value for money given the superb location. Rooms have all the usual amenities.

The rooms are a bit old and need of modernisation, the water heater didn't work properly as it looks decades old. Saw some rooms getting refurbished so it's a work in progress. Hotel offers parking as stated, but it's on the street just outside and very, very limited space.

Highly recommended hotel in busy area

Accepted a late night booking (11pm), reception staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Great value for money. Clean rooms, nice bathroom

you get what you pay for.

location is great. still in the main area but just down a side street away from the noise.

bugs in the bed. sheets dirty. had to be up for 5am for boat the next day so thought we would go a little cheaper as we were just going to be sleeping but barely slept knowing there was bugs everywhere and spent half the night itching. pictures on website looks a lot more modern than the actual place itself, little ran down.

Excellent location for good price

The most important is the LOCATION which is perfect and made our stay convinient. The hotel is located in the center but the street is quiet in the night. It's very close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. The room we chose was quite big (deluxe king room). There's housekeeping everyday. Serving american breakfast & fruits.

There is no TV signal in the whole building. It was very disappointing as it was the football worldcup time. 5 floors but no elevator. We stayed 1 week on the last floor trying to treat it as a workout. The room could look a lot better if they fix small things like the wall paper peeling off etc. Humid smell in the lobby (the room was normal) Low pressure of water happend 2 times during our stay just after coming back from the beach. Despite the things mentioned above we enjoyed the stay (7 nights).
