Relaxing & peaceful!

Very clean, peaceful & quite. Was mistaken about the extra bed, I thought it was 2 bedrooms not 2 bunkers built in the wall. I just misread it.

The weather and the beach was excellent, just what the soul needed. The views from the balcony great

They were doing some construction that was very noisy. I loved the view, the unit itself was great, was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub. And the pool closed too early. The cleaning girl showed up an hour early and I was not happy at all. Every min counts when you’re packing up after a 6 day vacation on the beach , the dryer didn’t really dry very well.

Hot tub, no construction or at least be told before renting. Because yes maintenance does have to be done at times. So chairs with the unit for the beach would have been nice because renting them was a ridiculous price.

The location is nice.

Location was great. Having a self pay ice machine was nice due to the fridge not working in our condo.A bit expensive though.Free ice would be so much better.Unbrella and two chairs are 40$ a day at the beach till 5 pm.That was a bit pricey as well.

The place is a bit dated and upon arrival they give you no time to figure out parking passes bf putting a warning notice on your windshield.Pool closing at 10 sucked.They should extend it till 11/12.

Great location. Quiet property. Great getaway.

We weren’t aware the bunk beds were not twin sized. We had visitors for one night and they didn’t fit in the bunks.

it was just me and my daughter on this trip and the condo worked really well for just the two of us.

The condo was very cute and cozy. Furniture and bed very comfortable. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked. Ocean view.

Not having the regular cable channels on the living room TV. Some of the bath towels were kinda rough and scratchy.

Had everything needed for a nice stay. Nice pools and beautiful beach.

The building itself could use some TLC in places but the unit was great!

Summer family vacation with a few hiccups.

Location location and location! The outdoor pool was nice too!

We had a few hiccups in the beginning. Sadly our fridge didn't work lost all the cold foods . Then we went to the water and got back and trying to bathe the kids and the shower was so stopped up my 2 year old had water up to her knees or above. Then the next day they finally fixed it and we turned the shower on..and the shower head pops off and hits my other child in the head. So it was a bumpy start. Overall they had a wonderful service rep. That helped fix everything and refused to let our trip go bad. It worked out . Everything got fixed. The room was a bit dated and needed a few up grades. Overall it's in a great location. Please have someone come to sweep or leave a broom there. Tks

The location was spot on. The condo was clean. The condo was decorated very cute. Other than the code not being provided and the beds being uncomfortable we did have a lovely stay.

The beds were not comfortable at all. The pool had a code to get in. I was not provided with the code nor could I get ahold of anyone to give me the code. We were there for two nights and would have appreciated the code for the pool.

Don't stay in this unit!

I rarely leave reviews and definitely not one like this, but this particular unit (Tradewinds #1008 in Orange Beach, FL) needs attention. I can't speak to any other units at this facility and they may be fabulous, this review is just #1008. Almost everything is broken, unclean or outdated. The tv has a dark bar in the middle 3rd, the guest bath shower head popped off and shot me in the face while taking a shower, the guest bath tub has 2-3 inches of standing water in it after a shower, the patio door blinds are off the track on one end and drag the floor, the furniture smells and is visually dirty, wobbly and noisy ceiling fans, the air conditioner is extremely noisy and you need to close the bedroom door while sleeping, the garbage chute is right next to the bedroom closet so any trash being dumped makes a big racket (there are signs posted to not use between 11pm and 8am and ppl abided by this), but come 8am guess what you wake up to?... there is more, but i am tired thinking about it. Janky is the best single word description I can think of to describe this unit. I wish I had photos to share. Thank goodness the weather was great and we were outside most of the time.

Uncomfortable, cheap. Not recommended

Upon arrival we found the elevator was broken. Walked up the 10 floors. The doors were all rusted, not a great first impression. The trash shoot is next to the front door. The sound woke my son up each day. The second bed, pull out sofa had a terrible mattress that was too squeaky! I ended up sleeping on the sofa, not pulling it out. The bathroom was moldly.... needs to be recaulked.

The decore is cute. Needed more pillows., sheets. We stripped the twin bed in the wall area to add a sheet to the sofa.
