Our visit to Tucson was for a funeral and the location fit the need for something warm & personal.

This is not like staying in a hotel, this is more on par with the top of the line AirBnb. Access to a fully functional kitchen, bar, dining room, and sitting area make this a place to come back to after a busy day and relax

Check out is difficult if leaving very early since it’s real keys that lock the gate. Hosts were wonderful tho.

This place was so beautiful and well maintained. The attention to detail from the sound machine in the room to the honey sticks by the tea bar put this place over the top. Old school charm with modern day ammenities.

Checking in took a bit of time but as this isn't a traditional check in, it was understandable.

A comfortable place for a stay in Downtown Tucson.

Good location. A boutique type hotel run by the owners, who were very friendly and welcoming. The room accommodation was spacious. Breakfast was fine , though some items not to our taste.

The shower area, safe and TV were all rather small. While there was seating available in the room, it was not placed together to enable easy conversation.

Restored architectural gem in Tucson

This is a gorgeous restored historic structure in a town which has some old and some new. It is lovingly cared for and there are many details that make the location beautiful. Unloading from the car through the entry gate brings one into a very special garden. The central hall is elegant with the dining area at the back. It is a very nice breakfast. Mostly though, the innkeepers met us, arranged us in our room and accommodated our interest of cycling around the city to get to know Tucson. It was very personal. Admittedly, they upgraded our room as we were there during an off-season time. This certainly added to the delightfulness and value of visiting. There were quite a few birds outside our room and sitting beside the pool was very pleasant.

Treated like friends visiting.

A continental breakfast was offered but a voucher was also offered if guests preferred a full breakfast. The Cup Restaurant was top rate.

We had absolutely NO complaints.

Small continental breakfast was good and they provide you with breakfastvouchers for 3 different restaurants nearby! The house was beautiful just as the different rooms are. In the garden they have a pool and jacuzzi wich look like a natural pool. It was very nice for a couple hours relaxing! The staff was very friendly!

Lovely place to stay in Tucson if you don’t want to stay in the usual hotels.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! It truly felt like a home away from home The jacuzzi and pool in the backyard were an oasis from the hot day here in Tucson. Kristin was so friendly and helpful- always ready to give us tips on places to visit and she welcomed us with open arms! The voucher for breakfast was a nice way to visit local restaurants nearby.

N/A The shower water took a little while to turn hot but to be expected in an old historic home like this! Overall very happy with our stay here and will definitely come back again.

Historical Oasis in downtown Tucson

This was a beautiful, comfortable step back into a mansion. It has I believe seven rooms come all very different with private baths, some with their own door out to a shaded green patio with a small pool and hot tub. Breakfast was more than simple Continental but not eggs and meats and such. There are so many thoughtful touches, and Honor bar with top shelf liqueurs, guides to things about the area, a $10 voucher per person for a couple of local exceptional restaurants which may be used for breakfast or lunch away from the end. If you plan ahead, there are electric bicycles which may be used to tour the city, not sure if helmets or locks are available there because we did not try that. It is very well located, near the trolley, The turquoise trail, 6th street, Congress and 4th Ave. We feel so fortunate that there was a room at the inn for this trip

No complaints! Only that we didn't have more time there and that we did not know about the option of the bicycles before we got there

Amazing Location without the busy atmosphere

We love the place, it's gorgeous and makes you want to just stay indoor or in the patio next to the pool, but the location is equally great, being just a couple walking minutes to the main Downtown locations you might want to check. The owners were amazing and we had nice time in Tucson, totally recommended!

Dissappointed. This is an AirBNB, renting a room inside a house

location and it’s a pretty, restored house

This is not a hotel. There is NO staff except a caretaker to check you in and take credit card information and clean the bedrooms in the morning. No service, shower not working well, freezing bedroom, small TV above a china cabinet , not agreeable for viewing, hard mattress, do it yourself breakfast, oatmeal and bananas and coffee, no bread or cooked options, given a $10 voucher for off property breakfast and not every day, bedroom off the kitchen. This is a $140 a night room , not $400 ! Devoid of common sense, switch on the lights in the daytime when it’s not needed, it’s day light ! But switch them off at 6pm when it gets dark and people are returning from their activities.

What I needed for Thanksgiving.

Alex was informative, friendly and helpful! He is so welcoming. Always cheery. The home is truly beautiful. My family wants to stay there next time they’re in Tucson. Rob and Margo answered several questions I had over the phone. Very responsive. Thank you for a relaxing and fun experience. I will be back. K

It’s not that I didn’t like this, only a suggestion to have the fireplace on for both morning and evening. So cozy.

Fabulous and memorable

Entire manor and every room is beautifully and tastefully furnished. Innkeeper couple, Alex and Melissa, are very courteous, attentive, friendly and professional, were a delight to know. Stayed one night and felt like our own home, just as clean and comfortable with fully appointed kitchen. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Fabulous Inn in a great location and the staff was super accommodating and friendly

Loved the use of vouchers and supporting small local restaurants. All were within an easy walking distance. Loves the access coffee and water. Ease of checkin and parking right next door.

Unfortunately the hot tub did not heat up the day we decided to use it.

Gorgeous, historic home away from home

This is a gorgeous, historic inn that was lovingly restored and is immaculately maintained. It is one of the few properties in Tucson with a pool. We had the room off the kitchen and it is truly soundproofed - we didn't hear a sound! The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a generous array of snacks and beverages (including adult beverages) available and included in your room price as well as toiletries.

It was a surprise to learn that a hot breakfast is not served, however, you can receive a voucher for breakfast at a local restaurant. It's a nice idea to support local businesses, but not ideal to go off-site if you have mobility issues. They do provide fruit, cereal, and some pastry, so if you don't want a hot breakfast anyway, this suffices nicely.

The Blenman Inn was a major factor in how much we enjoyed our weekend getaway!

The hostess, Melissa, was very welcoming and engaging our entire stay. The inn was perfectly quaint, the room was super comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. The location was within walking distance of so much to do downtown, including the Rialto Theater which was beyond ideal for us. As a courtesy for no longer offering a full breakfast, the owners have an agreement with two of the restaurants to offer vouchers for their guests to enjoy breakfast. What a consideration!!! The private pool was a plus. We didn't ever go to the pools at any of the hotels we've stayed at because of the crowds but this pool was private for the few staying at the inn, so we got to enjoy some relaxing poolside time. It never felt like we were 'staying somewhere; it felt like home!! We loved it and have determined we will return in the very near future.

It would have been nice if they still offered a full breakfast at the inn as the website indicated, but as a consolation, the vouchers are provided (as mentioned above). So ... essentially I have no complaints!
