Für eine Nacht völlig i.o.

Zimmer sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut, vor allem Service. Lage gut, ca.10-15 Min. bis zur Gastronomie.

Never going back again

The Oasis pool area was nice, the breakfast choices were nice

1. The grumpy frumpy man with terrible dandruff who checked us in while complaining for 10 minutes about Cal-trans “unannounced” overnight road work and recommending we go out side that night and yell at them ourselves! (I found out later they had been working on that area for week’s already) He kept on and on about they just showed up and how we could cancel and go somewhere else cause they were an upscale establishment and it was all Caltrans fault. I had just driven 7 hours and the last thing I needed was to be greeted by this grump! He was rude and condescending when explaining the three day no housekeeping rule as well as two other run ins I had with him!! 2. the small overcrowded breakfast area, 3. the lack of room service/no trash service and no clean towels on a 4 day stay. Especially when the maids parked their cart in front of our door for 8 hours a day and we never saw them to be able to ask for trash and towels. And the last thing I wanted to do was speak to negative desk guy. I had three negative conversations with him that was enough to ruin my day and my stay!

Staff at reception was very kind and friendly

Needed more space in the breakfast area. Need to give better maintainence to the machines in the breakfast area. The pancakes machine did lot work properly and the variety of items available was too limited.

Superb

Check in was nice, we were made aware of the construction on the street and even given the choice to cancel. We stayed and in fact this noise was nothing. Room pretty standard, a copy of many we had.

Noise Insulation is non-existant, the guy above us walked like a marathon and we heard every single step. Would have preferred the construction noise.

Overall great place to stay would definitely recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by the amenities at this location. Excellent wifi, bonus having the complementary limo service, the pool area was very nice and the breakfast offerings were great, and the rooms were very clean.

The location was not in the best part of town, although we did feel safe and secure. The room seemed a bit cramped because the table and chairs were pretty close to one of the beds. Also prices were a bit steep, over $400 for a 1-night stay!

Staff was great. Breakfast had plenty of variety. The Oasis was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Carpet in room was very dirty. Laid towels down to walk on.

Overall really great stay!

I loved the breakfast! So many different options and I loved how they had almond milk and turkey sausage as options because I’m sensitive to regular milk and sausage. The shower was pretty nice. They had dispensers in the shower of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was different and cool. The spa, pool, and workout area was pretty nice as well and very clean.

The beds are usually way more comfortable. The mattress seemed to have a divot in it and the bedding was kinda off. There was no fitted sheets just top sheets and a thin looking duvet without a duvet cover on it.

Pleasant

I didn't feel very comfortable walking out at night to reach the restaurants suggested to us. They were too near to drive to, so we walked, but the hotel was not a very nice part of town.

Great place to stay and we will come back!

The amenities were great! Amazing set up for a nice relaxation in the hot tub. The pool was great too, though it could be warmer in the elements and season. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The heating fan in the bathroom is fantastic!

Only thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the fact that we couldn't let our 10 months old baby join us in the hot tub and the pool was too cold for her after a short while. Hotel Rules stating no kids under 4 in the hot tub. Our baby has been in too many hot tubs to remember since the day she was born and we never had trouble including many hotels and public pools. But rules has to be followed and respected.

Nice cozy style hotel, felt more like a motel. If it wasn't raining we would have checked out the pool and hot tub. Looked like a nice area. Room was good, decent size and had everything we needed.

Location was tricky. Can't walk around and driving was a little tough cause it is right on the hwy.

Wonderful

The hot tub area and pool are great. Reception was lovely and the limo service is awesome. Breakfast was well organized and pretty good variety. The room and beds were great.

The bathroom is a little outdated. We found parking but it was a little tight.

very happy I checked out early and left for an Airbnb.

The pictures online were amazing- very enticing.

Pictures were not accurate at all, the outlets in my room didn’t work, when I asked for the issue to be fixed, I was offered to put to upgrade my room but told it was the nicest they had.
