Relax en el paraíso

Ubicación dentro de la Medina genial. Habitación muy bonita y acogedora. Personal súper amable. Desayuno muy bien.

Servicios del spa muy caros. No lo usamos por ese motivo.

ideal central location just a few minutes walk from the bus station. all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful.

Certain aspects were very tired (loose taps in bedroom, steep stairs with dangerous loose treads).

very disappointing considering the high ratings

located in the medina, but to easy to find and walk to from the parking lot. Personnel was nice,but we did have to wait for the room to get ready. Breakfast was fine, but a few more regular tables would be nice. Parking is nearby, but 3 times more expensive then what they claim

overall it was a disappointment considering the high ratings and cost: The shower is in the bathtub. The small bathtub has a very high step over and it is slippery. Very dangerous for those who are a little less sure footed. The water surges from very hot to cold back and forth. The stairways were very dark in the evening and we didn't find out until the next evening there was a light switch on another wall. Stairs going the the first floor had no hand railing. The small metal chairs in the room were very heavy and made a racket. I am sure the people below us did not like it very much. 3 outlets at each bed, but only one worked. So either light or plug in your phone. The heater in the room was disconnected. It got to be quit chilly in the evening. Wifi worked only in one small corner of the room. No excuse for this, a repeater costs very little. I asked about the cost of parking being 3 times then what they claim on the booking site. They claimed ignorance about parking cost. Give me a break.

It was an ok stay, but a bit underwhelming for a 4 stars hotel.

The room was spacious, the staff was very welcoming and kind. The breakfast was good and plentiful, but the same thing is served every day. Very well located, in the heart of the Medina, yet quiet at night.

The room had very high humidity, borderline mold smell. The main disapointment for me was the shower, it is only a handheld shower head so it makes it difficult to wash hair and body while having to hold the shower head in one hand... Wifi was also quite bad in our room.

A comfortable stay

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included) was excellent. Internal decoration is beautiful.

The room was a little on the small side. There was mould on the walls of the shower and toilet. The hotel didn't appear to be in the part of town as described.

Charming stay in the middle of Medina.

It was a beautiful stay here. Great location (in the Medina) , beautiful interiors, well furnished, with taste and elegance, mixing the traditional style with some modern touch. The internal court is relaxing, quite spacious and not claustrophobic (compared to other riad) well natural lightning from the top and with the fireplace working. the breakfast is very delicious and with a lot of food. Our room on the first floor was really beautiful, romantic, well furnished and clean, with a beautiful bathtub. Amazing terrace. we didn’t tried the Spa. staff friendly.

The entry room was little bit messy in our arrival.

comfortable riad with lovely staff

Very well positioned in the middle of the Médina only 5 minutes walk from supratours bus drop off pick up if your travelling from Marrakesh, the Riad offers a friendly welcome from lovely staff. you will find yourself in the middle of everything but with the usual riads peace and quiet.

Great geographical situation to access everything, beautiful room.

We had such a cute room on the rooftop, felt very private, could sun bath all by ourselves.

We booked a couple massage at the spa of the riad. I would not recommend. Unfortunately, it was a fail and we would recommend to choose a professional in town!

Roof terrace not much of a view and wasps arrived when we got our breakfast but food was brought down to lovely area in front of our bedrooms and honestly didn’t affect our stay at all

Thank you to all of the staff who were so welcoming and made our stay so perfect. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile. They recommended and booked restaurants for our evening meal and also organised our transfer from Essaouira to Marrakech. The recommended restaurants were great. Once we'd checked out, the staff allowed us to keep our luggage in the hotel and continue to use the towels that had been provided. I would highly recommend Casa Lila and Spa.. the location in the old Medina of Essaouira was great. Everything was so accessible. Thank you

Great hosts, good food and a charming place to stay, in the Medina.

Staff were very attentative and accomodating, helpful tips for quality dining and places to go in the area. Breakfast was very good. We also had two excellent and well priced dinners at the hotel. Hotel decor was lovely both in public spaces and in the quirky bedroom.

Mattress on the bed was too soft / insufficiently supportive.

Awesome place with really nice decoration, wonderful (in my case) gluten free breakfast and close to everything in the Medina. the staff was lovely and we got a massage. would definitely come back.

The staff were lovely. Th location excellent

The room was depressing, the bathroom was very dark and the bath was like a coffin. The spa seemed over priced. While we were there it was never used. The staff were lovely but we felt the owners were penny pinching.
