Perfect location to explore the Medina
Beautifully decorated in the common room and bedroom .
Really comfortable bed and great bathroom …
Amazing breakfast and great staff.
The soundproof is not great . And the bedroom is dark as there is no light from outside just a small window from the inside courtyard !
Our bedroom was on the first floor next to the boiler and cleaning room . We constantly heard all night the boiler and in the morning the staffs coming in and out . . Perhaps we were unlucky to get that room . !!!!
The terrace will need about more maintenance.

The rooms were tidy and comfortable. The downstairs area was beautiful and breakfast was good. It was a lovely touch to have the room serviced daily and fresh bottled water each day too. Yousuf was a delightful member of staff- always with a smile to greet us and ready to help out. Thé location was great.
I had to ask for my bed sheet to be changed late at night on the first night as it was horribly stained. The rooftop area was much more jaded than in the pictures on the website.

clean, great breakfasts but more fruit and cereals would be welcome.
the sink plug didn't work and the light in the shower constantly flashed on and off.

Location was excellent.
The two young gentlemen ( particularly YaYa )in the restaurant were extremely helpful and polite.
There was no proper seating ( a "bed" with cushions is not seating) and there were no storage facilities in our room .
The weather was awful and it was windy and cold. There was no heating and neither of the 2 shutters closed properly.
Personality lacking at reception.

"The property and room was lovely. Location was perfect, right in the heart of the Medina. Really close proximity to cafes and restaurants. The staff were all lovely, would definitely recommend"
