Den minst prisvärda hotellvistelsen vi varit med om.

Först av allt har Ni tydligen inte uppdaterat Era system. Vi bokade visserligen på Postcard Inn men efter några veckor fick vi besked att man skulle renovera Postcard Inn (vilket man visste vid bokningstillfället) varför vi flyttats till La Siesta Inn (ingick i samma grupp).

Hotellet låg helt i södra delen av Islamorada så bil krävdes för att nå centrala delen (där Postcard Inn låg). Då La Siesta Inn inte erbjöd några faciliteter förutom pool och en 10 m lång "strand" avsedd för isättning av kajaker och paddleboard. Det fanns en sandyta med 4 parasoller och några solstolar förutom några få parasoller och solstolar runt den lilla poolen. Vid poolen fanns en liten bar som också serverade mindre rätter men servicen där var dålig. Vi fick dessutom vänta 3 dygn innan vi hade varmt vatten i duschar och kök och vi fick själva lista ut att felen i köket var att kranen var felkopplad!

El personal muy amable.. las instalaciones muy limpias y lindas . Y lo mejor puede llevar mis pet. SUPER.. PERO YA NO RECOMIENDO LUEGO DE ESTO QUE PASO

Hola gracias. Si tuve esta reserva 4003936814 en Postcard Inn Beach Resort & Marina.. el pasado 28 de octubre a nombre mío Renson Valderrama Borja . Al hacer el check-in me pidieron pasar mi TC . Pase la AE y realizaron un cargo de 100 UD a la tarjeta por si había algún cargo y luego este sería retornado a mi Tarjeta de Crédito.. mi hubo necesidad de usar los 100UD pero aún no me devuelven o no me liberan mi cupo de la tarjeta.. me parece una acción deshonesta y poco confiable . Hasta el momento nunca devolvieron el dinero y Booking no controla esto. Se siente uno timado por ambas partes .

Overall a nice place to stay as it seems the lush property just keeps going on and on.

Great beaches, pool, restaurants, tiki bars, games, Starbucks, staff, parking, Rum Punch on arrival!

Some of the furniture in our room was showing signs of wear and was in need of repair or replacement. Also the outside bathrooms could have been cleaned a bit better.

The hotel room was updated but the hotel itself is under construction.

The room was updated. The marina was nice and you can see tarpon.

There was no elevator. One of the pools was broken with no water. The hotel was under construction. Not worth the price. They should disclose the place is under construction and give a discounted price for that reason. Also, the foundation of one of the hotel buildings looked dilapidated and unsafe.

For the price expected way better. All they offered was no resort fees for two of our nights.

Nice to have the access to paddle boards, kayaks, ping pong etc

We had no shower for a day and a half due to it being broken, toilet kept getting stopped up, after being away from the room all day came back to find housekeeping left our door open (had the lock out) so anyone could have walked in, property is looking worn down.

Exceptional

The staff was incredibly professional and helpful, location was excellent, property was absolutely amazing. The room was quaint with super comfy bed. The facilities, restaurant, and beach were incredible. May have had one of the best burgers at the Raw Bar restaurant. Will def be back!

Fantastic beach and Marina

Beach and Marina is fantastic, SUP boards and cayacs is included in the resort fee and easy accesible from the small beach. Staff in Tiki bar and at the beach are really nice and service minded. You can also go to Amara bay resort (included in the resort fee) they have a good lunch restaurant by the pool. And games for kids

Rooms are outdated and need renovation. A/c is really loud, towels are small. Balcony is dirty and we did not have a table only 2 chairs.

Great location

The air conditioning was perfect especially in the Florida heat! The bed was comfortable and we had two delicious key lime cookies waiting for us in our room when we arrived. It’s a great location to go out to the sandbar.

The room was a little on the small side. The pillows for very squishy, which I don’t prefer. The hotel has been re-done since I was there last and the tiki bar is so much smaller now we also paid $300 to rent a dock space to park our boat for the weekend. We were told the $300 covered two days. Check-in was at 4 o’clock on Friday afternoon. So I assumed we would be able to use the dock space, the boat ramp, and trailer storage until 4 o’clock on Sunday. However, they made us move the boat and trailer by 11 o’clock on Sunday morning, so we were unable to go out on our boat on Sunday. Very disappointed I would not recommend docking your boat there! When we asked if we could use the boat ramp and trailer storage until 4 o’clock we were told it would cost another $100 so we left and went home. Very disappointed.

Location, nature, staff are simply fantastic. a wonderful beach with a gentle entrance. We had a room with an ocean view. The view was simply wonderful. Good entertainment

Everything in this hotel is very old, in need of major repairs. The rooms are old, the furniture in the room is old, pool area is also old, the bathroom is just a disappointment. Beach showers do not work well

Best girls trip!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this resort. The rooms were always so clean and smelled amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A shuttle transports you between the 4 resorts within miles. A swim up bar at the pool. Unlimited access to kayaks, paddle boards and bicycles. The gym has all of the best equipment. The most amazing restaurants with live music nightly. And can we talk about the views! It felt just like we were on our own little tropical island. The best resort I’ve stayed at handsdown! We will absolutely be regulars!

Very good

The grounds are beautiful. The large beaches are perfect. Great location -- close to everything on Islamorada, including the sandbar. Room size is decent, large balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the atmosphere in the evenings.

One of the pools is closed and drained, but wasn't advertised ahead of time that it would be. Construction on the 200 building blocked some of the main beach area, and we weren't made aware until after we booked. Refrigerator was very small and missing the shelves inside. Bathroom was updated, but still showed a lot of ware -- rusty tub, water damage on door, towel rod loose, etc.

Misleading pictures and description

Great location. Great beach and pool

Mattress is poor quality . Pillows are horrible . A/c smells mold . Bathroom door damaged . Small bath . Shower with no pressure . Front desk people with no hospitality skills .

Nice location but housekeeping was awful. Garbage left in room and no new towels.

The location was great. The beaches and pool were very clean. We saw people working to clean the seaweed from the beach. The water sports available were convenient and were always available. The rooms were nice overall, bathrooms were small though.

Housekeeping was awful. We were there for 5 days and only received new towels and got our room cleaned twice. Even after going to the front desk to ask for the room to be cleaned and to send towels, it never happened. We were travelling with an infant and had dirty diapers in our garbage that we had to take out on our own. We had to reuse towels on multiple nights. And like I stated, the bathroom was very small and it was unsanitary to have dirty diapers in that garbage pail for numerous days. For this reason, we will not be returning to this location. The manager tried to help at checkout but it was too late at that point. Also, because we booked on booking.com we received the last possible room away from everything. It was not convenient when travelling with kids to be so far away from the pools and beaches. There was a pool closer to our room that was closed during our stay. It’s true they don’t give you premium rooms when you book on a third party site.

Everything was awesome, beach with less people and beach side restaurants. Expect the in room Wi-Fi was not working

Wifi was not working and I raised a complaint several times no one showed up which was frustrating. Everything else was good.

Over priced - not the cleanest, old hotel. Decent location & amenities

The location and amenities had good potential and there were good restaurant options on site. Nice pool area with a tiki bar. The location was also nice to bring your personal boat or rent one and use a marina slip. Although, the marina slip is very expensive, still very convenient to use.

Human hair was present on the bed upon check in, an emergency issue happened with the hot water and there was no hot water for a full day (we were supposed to be refunded the $50 resort fee, which was not reflected on my bill), the air conditioner in my room did not work & when i finally decided there was an issue, not just it was hot outside no one from the resort responded to my complaint. It was 79 degrees in my hotel room for 7 days. Spend the money and stay elsewhere for a better experience.

Perfect location with beautiful beach and pool. Loved being able to walk to get a drink or food. Will definitely be staying again!
