Dreadful

Size of room

Overpriced as it is, no extras included , everything needs more of your cash and exuberant in price. Only thing included in room is ‘High speed internet’ which at 12Mbps it might have been in the 90s. About the same period as the room was a showstopper. Don’t get me wrong it’s well maintained but everything is dated. At these prices you expect top notch. Not a well maintained MP3 player with a headphone jack. For an average price of 575$ a night i would expect that a coffee in the morning would be included but no … sensors on fridge and everything you touch means forking over another 16$ for an instant coffee. If you store any of you’re items in the fridge it will cost you 50$ a day. You just feel you’re getting ringed every turn you take. The worst part isn’t even funny and embarrassing to mention but the water line in the toilet is so high that when you would try a number 2 your male parts are dangling in them, not really a hygienic feeling. For those of you who get lucky they do offer a romantic kit at 70$ with condom & lube Size of room is good and clean enough maybe acceptable at 100$ price point but for the rest I would avoid at all cost

Not the best place to stay in Vegas

The room was good and cleaned.

The hotel is too far from some amazing attractions. If the hotel was cheaper than the others it would be a great deal, however the price is almost the same. Beside that everything that is sold inside the hotel is too expensive.

Great!

Amazing bed, tub, and facilities! So beautiful and best sleep ever!

The exhaust didn’t work in the toilet room and the parking was full anytime past 6pm and such a hassle

La comodidad del hotel, las habitaciones y la limpieza.

Que funcione por sensor el mini bar. Me quisieron cobrar cosas que no habia consumido pero que sí habia movido porque como estuve en un evento de trabajo me regalaban bebida y las dejaba en la heladerita. ADEMAS, te cobraban el uso de la heladera. De terror. No conforme con eso te lo anotan solamente en ingles en un cartelito re chiquito. Te lo tienen que avisar por mail y cuando llegas al hotel.

Was so excited to stay here but so disappointed in the level of customer service. The only person who gave good service

Beds were comfortable.

Staff at check in, trying to upscale, lady at Bell hop to store luggage was so so rude. Surprised she works in the service industry. The hotel air fresher so strong.

Excellent but Overpriced

Room was clean, updated, and in a good location. Room was not too far from elevator. Wasn't noisy.

Couldn't use the fridge because it was overpacked with things that had to be purchased if picked up (sensory activated). All items were overpriced, especially the water which typically is free. $10 for a soda is out of control.

Great location, excellent staff

The room was excellent, the location in regards to why I was there was excellent. The Hotel itself was very good.

I don't particularly like having to pay taxes on top of taxes, that's just ridiculous and unnecessary. I mean paying a resort fee and a tax on a resort fee. To me that's just pure greed.

We had a great time

The hotel was very big and exceptionally clean and tidy. The room itself was huge, with 2 double beds and a large bathroom. We didn’t get to use the swimming pool as we were out all day, and closed before we returned.

The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned as the bath had hairs in and the floor hadn’t been swept. The hotel wasn’t as close to the main area of the strip as expected. Too far away from the action.

A sweet suite

We were upgraded to a suite and were very impressed with how spacious and beautiful it was. The staff was extremely polite, and the entire hotel was very clean. The sheets were so soft and the towels super absorbant.

We weren't told that we were not allowed to use the bar fridge for personal items and were charged for mini bar items that we never opened, only removed to make room. I hope to see that resolved soon. The ATM's had ridiculous user fees. On the casino floor, restrooms could be more plentiful. Coffee is hard to find and requires lots of walking. Instead of $15 coffee in our room, we walked to McDonalds across the street. The elevators require room key cards to operate, and sometimes they didn't work.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui perché il giorno dopo dovevamo prendere l’aereo; posizione ottima si per l’aeroporto che per raggiungere il centro! Personale molto gentile e disponibile! La pulizia delle camere potrebbe migliorare, soprattutto nei bagni. Interno e negozi molto belli, offre anche diversi ristoranti all’interno

More help is needed

One of the rooms that was for a couple traveling with me house keeping would show up at 6pm to clean the room to get ready for the evening.

House keeping does not have enough help.

I love that Mandalay Bay was a short distance from the airport and that it connected to other casinos/ resorts like the Luxor, Delano, and Excalibur. There is plenty of restaurants and shopping in the resort and pretty easy to catch a Uber from the designated ride share location. Once I finally got settled into the room I reserved and paid for, the room was fabulous. I reserved a king room with the view of the mountains, and I was put in a spacious and chic king room with a view of the pool and the mountains on the 27th floor. The bathroom was wonderful. I enjoyed soaking in the garden tube, while my husband enjoyed the shower.

I didn’t like how I was treated when I checked in the first time and when I went back the next morning to ask about switching to my selected room. I was told that there weren’t any more king rooms ( both when I arrived really late at night and the next morning)and that because I booked through a third party that I will get what ever was left or what ever they choose to give me (“third party purchases get the bottom of the barrel” is what the first person told me)even though I never saw any statements on Booking.com stated that even though I chose and paid for a certain type of room that it can be changed based on availability or because I booked through a third party that my selection can be subject to change based on what the hotel felt like giving me. Thankfully after speaking with a manager who was very professional and courteous and having a heart felt but short conversation I was appointed an appropriate room that I selected and paid for. We both agreed that we would reach out to both companies and explain what happened and see if moving forward this type of misunderstanding won’t happen again.

Had a great stay, and Mandalay Bay will be our first lodging choice next time we're in town.

Our room was clean, well maintained, and up to date. The check-in process was easy even on a really busy weekend. The restaurant options were great. The Uber pick-up location on our way out made it easy to get back to the airport.

We came back rather late from a show and didn't find many restaurants offering late-night dining. We were surprised--we hadn't thought Vegas shut down at all. We might have just missed them, though.

Terrible experience!!!

The facility was very nice, but the overall experience was terrible.

Waiting in a long line at the front desk at least on 4 occasions to try to straighten a problem the staff created. Spent more time trying to resolve the issue than relaxing and enjoying myself. Very annoying and disappointing. Some of the staff was rude. I would rate my stay there a 0 out of 10. I would never stay there again. Would not recommend this resort to anyone. I have stayed there in the past( several years prior) back then everything was great. Not sure what happened, but this was one of my worst experiences. The issues are still not resolved!

The hotel is nice. However, it is expensive.

The room was a nice size. The furniture was modern. The view was amazing.

The hotel charges $50 a day to use the in-room refrigerator. I believe that is ridiculous to charge a guest to store food or drinks purchased from the hotel.

Great hotel and accommodating staff. Staff were very polite and cordial.

I was impressed with the double closets and double sinks. Size of the room was great.

I think a refrig would be nice for personal items.

Tip top !!!

Magnifique hôtel ! Super rapport qualité prix ! La chambre était immense et vraiment luxueuse ! Les piscines sont top parfait pour chiller l après midi !

Un peu excentré et oui on est en bas du strip ! Et devoir payer pour les bouées de la lazy river c est un peu mesquin !

Great escape.

Very nice. Easy check in and check out. I asked for a fridge to be brought to our room and it was brought up with no charge excellent customer service. Pool was amazing.

The ice machine on the 20th floor did not work. One of the elevators would not stop on our floor.
