Overall a good hotel.

Room nice and modern, pus good size for a fmaily. One of only a limited number of hotels that offered family rooms with wo beds large enough to sleep two people each. This made it ideal for a fmialy of 4, 2 adults 2 youing children. Breakfast wa also good including alot of variety.

The pool area was a little dated in the area of the hotel we stayed. There was another much more modern pool area but this access to this was only permitted to premiun guests.

Would use again

It was lovely: nice and clean with wonderful staff. It also has 3 swimming pools appropriate for kids of you stay in the main wing: and that is enough for the young kids (5 & 6). We went in April and the pools were not busy. Breakfast was nice, lots of different options like curry, noodles, rice, pastries, kids, sushi, fresh fruits. Only disappointment here is no ice-cream. This would be a highlight for the kids, especially in a place as hot as phuket. Kids eat free at the Charm Hotel in the hotel: this is great as the Charm Hotel staff are great and the food delicious. Kids had a main (great options and tasty), dessert (does include ice-cream) and kids size smoothie. Location is great: 700 metres from Juceylong and right in front of the beach. Though too hot for us. Next time we aim to come back in January. But that is peak period.

The noise level of inconsiderate quests. We had the room near the lift and on days where I couldn't sleep, I can hear kids yelling and running down the hallway at 2 am, adults talking loudly, wooden furnitures scrapping the floors. Lucky for us the kids and hubby are heavy sleepers.

Nice hotel close to shops

Lovely food, kids loved the kids pool and club. Great extra entertainment with the magician Hotel a bit dated but good distance to shopping

We accidentally checked out a day early (had already booked transfer when we realised) and asked for a credit for the night and were refused We would of come back a few weeks later and stayed longer but staff refused

Tolles Hotel in Patong

Bestes Hotel in Patong. Das Premium Zimmer ist riesig mit tollen Balkon und Blick auf den Pool und Meer. Die Ausstattung fantastisch, das Frühstück ein Traum. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön, mit Palmen umsäumt. Aber auch hier hat es die Gäste die Liegen reservieren, obwohl es genug hat.

Trotz Kinderpool waren ausschließlich, alle Kinder im grossen Pool, schwimmen war nicht mehr möglich. Sollte besser geregelt werden.

Nothing place was a rip off advertised a swim up bar and an adults only pool wasn't allowed in the swim up bar and there was no adults only pool will never be staying there again and I'll be letting every1 I know not to stay there

Oase der Ruhe - Tolles Hotel.

Total aufmerksames und freundliches Personal in einem Bereichen. Die Betreuung der separaten Villensuiten war Weltklasse. Kostenlose Smoothies und andere Aufmerksamkeiten versüßten einen den Tag! Die Poolanlage war im kompletten Hotel sauber und gepflegt.

When they sell you the room they don't tell you that to have access to the premium pool and facilities unless you book a premium room . While they show you pictures of the premium pool and facilities while selling.

Clean, pleasant and helpful staff, restaurants had good variation and value for money

Very noisy location next to a main road. Beach is heavily dominated by motor sports. Long walk from room to pool.

We loved it here and will be back !

So close to the beach and Bangla road but not noisy at all. Actually close to everything with Atop markets at the end of the street. Rooms were great and the buffet was incredible. Staff amazing, check in and check out simple too.

Great stay and highly recommended

The location is great at the beach with a nice swimming pool and the breakfast was good too.

There was no ice machine on the 4th floor and the one on the 3rd wasn't working too so I had to go to the 2nd floor to get ice. Other than that all was good.

Great value for money. Loved the bed. Beauty pool. Would stay again.

Large clean new room. Comfortable bed. Pool view. Beautiful pool with ocean view. Good quality food at restaurant. Average breakfast selection. Great gym. Easy check in and out.

Shower drain didn’t drain well so ended up standing in a small bath. Have to taxi to town or shops as too far to walk but was no stress!

Exceptional

One of the best hotels in Patong beach. Good value of money. Very good for families and friends. I stayed in family room with bunks beds for kids and have TV and PS4 which make my kids enjoy the stay. Very good swimming pool. Very good kids pool and kids club.

The breakfast variety not as per expected, could be better specially for Arab people.

The cleanliness of the property, the pool area, the waiting area was big, the location.

I liked everything about it. The only thing is the lights in the room were a little dim.
