Very friendly personnel and service

Nice personnel and friendly service. The pool has a maximum depth of 165cm which was nice because I could stand everywhere. Because of the warm and humid climate the pool is essential for cooling off. Availability of various beverages was very good and quality and quantity of food also.

It is almost not fair to mention and not meant as a disapproval, but... Before we booked we asked if bacon and cheese is available at breakfast. The answer was "yes", but it turned out to be the surrogate called "macon". Cheese is available. The choice of bread is white and light brown sliced. There is no real brown multi-grain bread. I am glad to report that real butter is served. The only way to get to the pool and back to the room is by stairs. Difficult for people with a crutch or walking stick and impossible for somebody in need of a wheelchair.

I syvende himmel om maten i grotta!

Et lite og koselig hotell. Under oppholdet var det ikke så mange gjester. Nok stor restaurant. Rolig. Ingen mas i selve hotelletsområdet. Følte oss trygt. Likte veldig kveldsunderholdning med dancing, akrobatikk og synging. Flinke gutter med underholdning i bassengområdet. Fantastistisk nydelig mat i restauranten på grotta!!. Anbefalles på det sterkeste!!! Kommer til å savne og huske !!! Store og komfortable senger. Gode puter. Masse løpende krabber på kvelden. Det var artig! Internet og aircondition fungerer bra. Ingen insekt. Var på hotellet i februar. Alle bildene om hotellet på nettside stemmer.

Det gjelder ikke hotteletsområdet. Kun området ved siden av, rett på grense mellom privat og offentlig. Kort sagt, kameler og enkelte pågående og masende selgere på stranda. Heldigvis traff vi bare en som tenkte å selge til oss sine fortellinger om dyrene i Afrika. Det er viktig verken svare eller se på dem. Ikke et eneste blikk/ ord.

The best time ever! Plan to come back in the future!!

It was such a friendly and beautiful environment! My husband and I went there for our honeymoon, and they came to our room with a cake and sang for us. They decorated our room with fresh flowers! The buffets were delicious and had so much selection. They had fun activities for everyone.

I think it’s a Mombasa issue more than a property issue, but not enough taxi/bolt drivers out where the resort is. And this is for those who want to go into explore the city.

Very good

Staff is really very friendly and helpful. Nice night shows. Good food. Good quality all inclusive. Animation team is doing their best to entertain visitors.

The hotel rooms are a little dated, to say delicately... it has it best times behind and for sure some renovation work would be appreciated. Beach is rather small and not very clean and there are quite a lot of (annoying) locals trying to sell trips and some souvenirs.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my family. I would ❤️ to visit again.

The Breakfast had lots of variety to choose from. Well prepared meals , all very delicious. The all inclusive package is really good, especially with the kids, you snack at any time and eat to your fill. The location is also good and clean. The staff are very friendly.

Good facilities, big swimming Pool, nice beach, good breakfast variety, friendly and helpful staff. The view from my room was amazing as I was sea facing.

Saw a few roaches in the room. And on the first night, the bar on the reef played loud music till 1am disturbing my sleep. The other two nights were OK.

My family and I we had a wonderful time here.

The property was clean and well kept. Had its own beach. There was variety of delicious dishes every day. The reception and restaurant stuff were very welcoming and professional. I even had a chat with chef Sam.

The Spa and children play ground were not available as promised in the advertisement. For the Spa one had to go to their sister hotel. The children play area was under repair.

Amazing. 😍

It was just amazing. We stayed 12 days in this beautiful hotell and we loved every second of it. Food was delicious and finger licking.10/10 Staff was very proffesional. 10/10 Room service 10/10 The whole hotell was so clean 10/10 The pool is so big and clean 10/10 Everything was perfect. I woud like to say everyone of you thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable. Our kids loved it and For sure we will come back. I recommend 100% other travelers to Flamingo hotel. Management called hired guns to keep us from checking out although we paid through the host for our stay. Instead of resolving the dispute with the company that let us hostage for 2 days

A good place for Relaxing

The catering service is very good. The food is delicious. The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are well maintained. The staff called Prudence is professional. She actively communicated with us to check the satisfaction about the experience in hotel. She did a very good job. We highly recommend our friends to come.

The quality of cakes have rooms for improvement.

My kids loved the meals and snacks provided.. I enjoyed having a wide range of meals to choose from as my toddlers are very picky eaters Hotel staff were nice and always ready to help. Very dilligent in cleaning, arranging and spraying the rooms with Insecticide before bedtime and also making sure the mosquito nets were well arranged Facilities were clean and in great shape Pools had constant lifeguards on duty

Very beautiful place

The hotel staff is really supportive and helpful. Hotel is beautiful and the beach is mesmerising.

Unfortunately it was difficult to get enough water on my room (even with an "all inclusive" regimen). Basic things such as coffee and pastries out of breakfast time were hard to get.
