Nice vacation - will return

lots to do. clean. comfortable. friendly staff.

pretty expensive. and I expected resort prices but alcohol was very high. food at the lunch spots wasn’t outrageous. but sundries and such are very high.

Beautiful and safe resort. Wonderful service!

The beach is beautiful by the Reef hotel. My family loved swimming and seeing all the sea creatures!

Not a huge compliant, as I do love to walk but the property is huge so it was a lot for our young kids at times.

Dream paradise!

The hotel was really good, some of the staff was nice, facilites are amazing and all the logistics go from tower to tower, the aqua park is superb! Sunsets and how much they take care of the beach, really worth it! Guest service o line really kind and whiling to help! Thank you! Also enjoy the fact that our tower was really chill!

The meals schedule is very rigid, had to eat Starbucks for breakfast a lot of times.

The resort is remarkably beautiful! We loved the emphasis on marine life and family fun.

We stayed at the Reef, which was quieter than the Royal but there weren’t many options for breakfast so we made continental breakfasts in our rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.

More restaurant options. We had a group of 9 (including children) and there were limited options for dinner (without reservations being made prior to our visit) or breakfast as many places closed at 5:00. There were plenty of lunch options throughout the Atlantis. There were some friendly staff members who were great (I should have gotten their names) but some staff were not.

Fantastic hotel with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay.

Great rooms and facilities (kitchenette especially), beautiful quiet pool, easy walk to everything else.

Pool. Starbuck on premises. Good restaurants in easy shuttle range.

Overpriced restaurants. Resort fee and taxes. Should be folded into room price or at least disclosed when booking.

Very enjoyable mainly due to lovely staff and lovely overall atmosphere.

Don’t do breakfast but generally the restaurants were difficulty to book and apart from the Jose Andres at the Cove the rest were very poor.

Poor food - everything deep fried and not always hot. Lights out in bedroom. Dishwasher not working. Fridge needed replacing. Mix up on food and beverage credit. Waiting for a refund which is promised very soon.

Disappointing. Too large, too expensive and too old. Monstrous architecture of bad taste.

no available restaurant on site - one has to travel to have a dinner, almost every restaurant should be reserved well in advance, otherwise you will wait long to get a table or you have look for a place for dinner outside the resort. If you want to go anywhere from the Reef there is a long distance to cross. That feels inconvenient and uncomfortable oftentimes. Nothing is free in this resort. No drinking water in the room, even if you pay 1000 USD per night. Ridiculous!

A disaster, I will not return

They did not offer us breakfast despite paying a very important figure for the suite

Almost everything, part of the AquaPark could not be used because they had problems with the water flow, the employees who manage the games decide who goes up and who doesn't, you don't even measure less than 48 inches, you practically can't use the water park, crazy! !

The hotel was superb. The hotel support was not. The accommodations were 5 stars and the service was 1.5 stars.

The hotel and grounds were exceptional.

It had so much to offer, it was endless!

Pleasant

The resort was beautiful and very clean, we had one night that didn’t have hot water, in my opinion had the hotel over booked for that water the boiler could keep up. We loved the property and everyone for the most part was very nice, the only thing the food was a little bland than what we are use to and that maybe a destination thing. Also getting around was crowded but doable, we walked all the way to the lazy river to find out it was closed and it didn’t say that on the map or the app. Other than that a very nice resort.

Lovely location, good service and comfort everywhere.

A little expensive for food and drink around the facility. The view on booking.com showed an ocean front..The room was an ocean view not an ocean front.

Overall good but we will probably cruise next time.

Room and the facilities were great. The food options at night and the overall night life was terrible. I was hoping for live music and more activities by the pool, steel drum island music vibe, fire pits,

We book the room on booking. And they charge us another 650 dollars cause of "booking is just a part of the charge" Will not come again

An isolated corporate hotel with little persononality and no bar

The room had a great balcony and view and had the sun most of the day.

There was not a hotel bar or a casino. Upon re-reading the information specifies a casino on the resort, ie at a neighbouring hotel, which needs to be clearer.

Very expensive to eat anywhere on site. The rooms at The Reef were starting to look dated.

Superb

The hotel is modern and the kitchen is really nice to have specially since the food is so expensive.

The food has 10 % tax plus 15% gratuity. So it really adds up. even for simple meals.
