The corridor smelt old and I think people use to be able to smoke there as the smell still lingered.

Very old rooms, amenities, and hotel in general. Staff is unhelpful, we were alone in the hotel and still didn’t receive any help. The onsen on-site is so old, looks (and feels dirty) the rooms are so old, the beds are so uncomfortable. There’s no restaurants near by and they don’t even provide coffee in the morning or give the option to purchase.

Bad Smoking in Toilet, staff can't clean either Deodorant Spray. Big Spa in West side is close on 10pm, too early, another spa in East, is not clean and so small.

The breakfast was very nice for a boxed meal.

The sign along the road had only Japanese so we did not know to come there (as non-Japanese speaking guests).

Hot spring was very comfortable with a variety of different baths. Nice room with tatami. Room had both normal beds and futons, so you can either try new sleeping style or stick to the European classic.

Public baths area is closed after 10 pm. If you don't have a car and have a late arrival, the train station is quite far away from the hotel.

The room was very large and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The hot springs were fantastic.

The description says 2200 feet from the station. As the crow flies, perhaps. It was nearly 3 times that to walk.

The Price was fairly reasonable on account for being directly behind the Yunnesan Spa facility. Parking was also very conveniently located close to the entrance and Handicap accessibility was sufficient. The overall presentation of the lobby and main parts of the hotel were very clean and kept neat. The bus shuttle is available but didn't utilize on account we had our own car. I loved wearing the Yukata and the coat which in the check in paper provided also in English with the Wi-Fi password was very useful. The Yukata and coat were to be worn during dinner and breakfast at the restaurant downstairs which is by reservation only.

The hotel is a bit outdated with room standards. My roommate informed me there was no hot water the night they showered. The walls in the corners of our room had some type of collection of dust accumulating especially behind the walls nearest the Wi-Fi router and table. When we got dressed up to go downstairs for our paid breakfast I booked with the Hotel, the Restaurant informed me that we had no reservation. They immediately called the front desk and he also said no breakfast. I was puzzled as I showed him my reservation showed breakfaster paid for two. After the front desk gentleman had another coworker review the page they kept apologizing and said my mistake. We asked them to fix it and let us eat. They said no breakfast and that we can choose from the Souvenir shop some foods that you can microwave like ramen. I told him, "No I paid and booked for Breakfast and we waiting for him to go back and forth from the back office to his manager. Apparently they didn't explain to us but I assumed that the restaurant only buys food for the amount of people reserved for that meal time. So basically because of his mistake the kitchen didn't have enough food to make us our breakfast. So we asked for our money back. We returned to our room and packed to check out immediately to leave. I would not stay another minute after the disappointment of my breakfast experience that I was looking forward to so much.
