Some people of the staff are good.

The TV not working, the Wi-Fi not working, broken chairs, bad kind of soup, bad kind of tissues, warms in the kitchen sink, the water is very weak in the bathroom and bad manager don't listen to my complaints.

The general location. Extremely close to the beautiful RED SEA and amenities. The hotel bar and availability of any drink soft or alcohol. The wonderful manager.

This is not a hotel used to tourists. They did give me a double bed as requested, but the AC was terrible, that and the traffic making it difficult to sleep; and the general service not good. However the manager Omar Abdel Hafiz was an extremely calm & helpful man who spoke very good English. If not for him Im sure I would have changed hotel. He helped me a lot and ensured my stay was easier than it would have otherwise been. This is often the way in Egypt to be honest. Nice breakfast, theres a bar ( with some dubious goings on at night). The attitude of some of the other staff. The wifi wasn't working neither until i forced the issue & even then ONLY in the public reception with staff often competing on their phones.

Room clean and not very outdated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast Nice views from the room balcony.

Internet only at the reception, not in the rooms and very slow, so it was like not having internet.
