Property was superb, as good as advertised, all amenities very good and perfect for the needs of our family of 5. Location was ideal, secure, private and lovely yet only short distance from downtown. House was clean, beautifully presented and the property manager was friendly and helpful. Space for all and we had a lovely, relaxing and happy time. Thank you for a great place and lovely experience and we will return in the future - we would be happy to stay there any time. Wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described. With the tuc-tuc you can get everywhere for 25 Egyptian pounds. Weather was definitely better than in Germany. We will be back!

The whole booking process was super easy and uncomplicated. The communication with Jonah in Gouna was great and uncomplicated as well. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures and super clean. We come to El Gouna very often and we would highly recommend this house. We had a cleaning service in between which was also great and uncomplicated to book. The internet is super fast. The kitchen is very well equipped, like the rest of the house. The terraces are set up with cozy furniture. At the poolside there are several sunbeds and in front of the terrace your own umbrella. The next we are coming we will definitely book this house again.

Marjatta's place is strategically located between Downtown and the Marina, both walking distance. Its also less than 10mins by Toktok to the Kite stations. The townhouse is very well equipped and very comfortable. It had everything we need. Check in process was a breeze, all thanks to Jonah! The place is cleaned and disinfected prior to check in. Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time, Marjatta and Jonah couldn’t be anymore helpful and accommodating. The house was very impressive, clean, modern and beautiful! We had everything we needed and enjoyed spending time on the upstairs balcony and in the pool. The neighbours are also very friendly 😊 we will for sure be back again one day!

This is our second stay at this fantastic apartment. From start to finish the process is so simple and relaxed. Jonha the agent in El Gouna is a pleasure to deal with and nothing is ever a problem and thats because there is never a problem. The apartment is spotlessly clean from inside to out with every amenity you could want available. The pool area is a dream to come home to each day with a fabulous mix of people living in the villas that share the pool. Mark and Mike the two English guys that live within the complex are a wealth of knowledge as they have lived in El Gouna for the last 5 years. We can't recommend the apartment enough and I'm sure you will be well looked after from start to finish. For us, this is the only place to stay in El Gouna. See you next year!!! My wife and I have been holidaying in the lovely El Gouna every year for the last 8 years. During that time, we have stayed at various All Inclusive hotels. So this year we made the decision to stay in a villa. Searching through countless websites we came across Marjatta’s home in the South Marina area which is located between the Marina and Downtown areas of El Gouna. The location is ideally suited within a walking distance between the two areas. From our first contact with Marjatta we knew we had made the right choice. Everything was handled professionally and we felt completely at ease through the whole process before we left for 16 fantastic nights. The home is managed in El Gouna by Jonah who is a fantastic guy as well as being on hand to help with any problems that may arise during your stay. He also has a lovely Jewellery store called Trend in Downtown which is well worth a visit during your stay. We were meet on arrival by Jonah who gave us a full run down on how everything works from the Air Conditioning to the washing machine etc. The Villa is kept to the highest standards with everything you need for a very relaxing stay. The outside pool area is shared which we thoroughly enjoyed as it always nice to have someone else to have a chat with and with this you have two fantastic guys who live three apartments down Mark and Mike who are a wealth of knowledge if your new to El Gouna. The Villa comes with pool loungers with cushions, umbrella etc. to make the lazy days by the pool enjoyable. Our 16 days at the property were amazing and so relaxing. We would thoroughly recommend this property and will defiantly be back next year. Enjoy Shayne & Barbara.

Our 4th time at this townhouse ,as always it was fantastic .Marjatta is a great owner nothing is ever a problem. The house as always was spotless ,we were well looked after by Jonah the local agent who was always available if needed. El Gouna is such a gem we love this place and plan to return again next year. The local people are lovely and the ex pats on site will look after you .we call this place our second home as we feel so safe and always meet such lovely people. Special mention to Mark and Mike who are two fantastic guys who live close by, a wealth of knowledge and so very helpful,and great company. Cant wait to return to this lovely place in 2018.. This villa is lovely. There is everything you need in villa, the layout of the property was perfect for us and the location brilliant. It felt home from home which made the holiday very relaxed and enjoyable. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I have just booked this villa again as we had such a good time and would definately recommend it - it is brilliant!

We have visited Gouna last winter holidays and it was an amazing experience! The house is amazingly furnished, very classy! And it's very well equipped. the location of the house is just perfect, just a 5-minute walk away from the Marina, which the centre of El Gouna. We will definitely visit Gouna again, and definitely stay in the same house! :)

EXCELLENT accommodation - centrally located between the Marina & Downtown. Absolutely spotless inside and out. High quality fittings - nice pool - very quiet and respectful neighbour's. Best fortnights sleep I've had in years! and the local Contact Jonah was such a nice guy and totally geniune.

Das Objekt liegt im South Marina Compound, genau in der Mitte zwischen Downtown und Abu Tig Marina. Beides ist bequem in einem 10 minütigen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Sie ist in allem gut durchdacht ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine gute Größe; die Betten sind bequem, aber nicht zu weich; ausreichend Staufläche in Schrank und Schubladen ist vorhanden. Auch die Bäder bieten ausreichend Stellfläche. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen und Zweckmäßigen gut ausgestattet und hat eine große Arbeitsfläche. Der Wohn- und Essbereich ist gemütlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: am Esstisch fehlen ein 5. und 6. Stuhl. Mit den Stühlen der unteren Terrasse kann man sich jedoch ausreichend behelfen. Gartenanlage und Pool sind gut gepflegt. Es gibt für jeden eine Liege, allerdings nur wenig Schatten. Für uns als Familie mit 3 Teenagern bot die Wohnung ausreichend Platz - auch um sich mal zurück zu ziehen. Das betreuende Ehepaar Ian und Pam hat uns herzlich empfangen, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich während unseres Aufenthaltes gut um uns gekümmert (Hilfe bei nicht in HRG angekommenem Gepäck, Zwischenreinigung, Rückreisetransfer). Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!

The unit has a lovely upstairs terrace with plenty of seating and a nice view of the grounds. Walking distance to the marina was an easy 10 to 15 minutes. The subdivision, South Marina, is very well maintained. The kitchen has a dishwasher which was very helpful. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There were lots of towels. The pristine shared swimming pool afforded plenty of opportunity for relaxing on chaise lounges. The only thing we wished for was a barbeque grill. The owner provided excellent customer service with suggestions for restaurants and activities. We highly recommend visiting Gouna and would stay in this unit again.

Had good communication with the owner, airport transfers went very well and the handover was very helpful. Couldnt fault the villa and everything was well looked after, my parents who travelled with us, felt very safe in the resort and loved the area and local people. Thoroughly recommend this for a holiday which suits all ages, although I would not think it suited small children due to the hot temperatures, especially from Mid June to September. Will defianately book again.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen! Vor allem der Balkon im 1. OG ist klasse! Die Kinder sind im Bett und man kann gemütlich ein Glas Wein trinken ... Das Haus ist perfekt zwischen den beiden Hauptzentren mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmölgichkeiten und natürlich dem wunderschönen Stränden gelegen und alles ist zu Fuß oder mit den günstigen Taxis (EUR 1,--/Auto/Strecke) erreichbar. Im oberen Stock sind zwei Schlafzimmer, unten ein separates Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten. Besonders mit kleinen Kindern ist es schön, etwas mehr Platz zu haben in einem Hotelzimmer und diese toben lassen zu können. Bei Bedarf sind Treppenschutzgitter und Babybett erhältlich. El Gouna ist perfekt für Kinder - Traumstrände und super-nette kinderfreundliche Menschen! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder nach El Gouna. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: Da die Vermieterin Bezahlung in Pfund wünscht, kommen noch Bankgebühren in Höhe von ca. EUR 40,-- pro Überweisung hinzu.
