For dog lovers, we gladly welcome your furry friends with a small fee. However, please note that we cannot accommodate cats. Guest access During your stay at our place, you'll have full access to a wide range of amenities. Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, TV with cable, complimentary towels, and essential bathroom items such as soap, shampoo, and makeup wipes. We've got you covered. To kickstart your stay, we provide three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. If you're planning on an extended visit or lots of home-cooked meals, you might want to pick up some extra supplies as needed. Other details to note Our home is welcoming to dogs, with a maximum limit of 2 dogs allowed. To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the space, we kindly request that dogs refrain from using furniture or beds. Additionally, there is a non-refundable dog fee of $150. In the event of any evidence of dog hair on furniture, excessive dog hair on towels and sheets, or any stains, you will be billed for the cost of cleaning. If a security deposit is collected, we reserve the right to retain all or a portion of it to cover any additional cleaning expenses related to pet-related issues. Please be aware that our house, being over a century old, has thinner walls, and sound can travel easily. If your dog is inclined to bark frequently, our home may not be the ideal environment for them. We kindly ask for your consideration of the neighborhood and our neighbors. The property looks exactly like the pictures. It is not quite walking distance to places like River St, but ride shares are plentiful! The house itself was beautiful. Was very clean, lots of space to spread out, kitchen had everything we needed, and had plenty of pillows/towels/blankets.

We had a great time at this beautiful charming home. The house was very spacious and comfortable. Even though it is an older home (a good thing!), it had modern comforts. Definitely book this home with confidence and your whole party will be impressed with you that you found it!

This house was fantastic, as was the property manager, Patrick! We are a group of 9 adults that travel together routinely to different cities and this house gave us the perfect setup. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was well decorated and just overall a great property. We found that it was centrally located and easy to get just about anywhere in under 10 minutes. You can't go wrong when deciding to book this house!

The house was clean and spacious. It is not particularly centrally-located, but we do like to walk a lot so it didn't matter. Overall, it worked out very well for five grown women.

We were a group of four couples that occasionally travel together. This house fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, comfortable and located close to many of the touristy things we wanted to do! Fun times! We would definitely stay here again!!

My husband and I rented this property for our wedding party to stay in for our wedding in May 2021. It was a huge space perfect for our artsy SCAD Grad crowd who loved the eclectic taste and room to spread out. It was plenty large for everyone to get ready in and share some meals. We were especially partial to sitting on the porch in the mornings and looking out across the park. It is a short walk from Kroger and a couple restaurants and being able to park 1 or 2 cars was a godsend. We also had a guest forget a laptop in the house after checkout and the owner and cleaning crew helped us get in after checkout and comb the whole house to find it even after we had given in. Overall an amazing stay and we will be excited to be back soon!
