About this condo rental
This condo has been recently renovated and is walking distance to everything in Aspen. With Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and walk-in shower you will be very comfortable in this spacious one bedroom condo. Directly in the core of Aspen, you will not need a car once you arrive here which will be one less thing to worry about on your vacation. Very close proximity to supermarket, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to gondola. Parking is onsite if you do have a car. It is on the first floor and the patio walks directly out to a secluded park, with a pond and seated areas to watch the ducks. This rental is sooo dated. The host tried to charge the price for the rental several times during the rental and was horrible to deal with. She refunded me for some reason and then later demanded payment or should would ‘call the authorities’. Unpleasant and tacky. Rental reeks of Fabreze. Uncomfortable bed. Electric stove.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this condo. The location was perfect. Pictures are accurate and you have that view from the patio of the cute little park. You can can access it as well to walk around. I didn't have a car and didn't need one. There is a grocery store a short walk away. As well as the Aspen mtn gondola and Rubey Park transit center where you catch the bus to Maroon Bells, Snowmass, etc. You can easily walk into town and many hiking trails.
Condo is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals.
Would definitely recommend!

Nice apartment with an updated kitchen and bathroom and an easy walk into town. I really liked that it had an outdoor patio that backed onto a little lake, direct entrance from the outside, and a ski locker for storage. The property manager was fantastic and helped me with everything I needed! My one complaint is that I could not get the TV to work, but there was wifi!

Great location and the right price!
Great location and nice view from the spacious living room of the park and pond. Only negative is that bedroom and bathroom were a bit dingy. Also the blinds in bedroom were cheap and broken which was problematic as the bedroom window looks out to a parking lot so it was disruptive to sleep when cars were would pull in at night as lights would shine directly into bedroom.

Very strange behaviour of neighbours next door (#2 we believe) who showered between 12 and 3 am every night for 30-45 mins (yes, unbelievable) --pipes ran through our bedroom unfortunately --they also left outside light on all day and night --early morning showering detracted somewhat but we figured a one off thing and nothing to do with our owners or attention to detail which was exemplary.

Good place to stay short term. 31 days was too long for this property. Next year I'll get a larger place, and try to keep Stevie since she's so good.

We had an amazing time in Aspen. This condo is in the perfect location and walking distance to downtown. The place itself was very clean and spacious for 2 adults. Can't say enough good things about the location. We will be back!

Great place, Gorgeous area.
We stayed for labor day weekend. Property was in a very pretty area, very conveniently located and the house itself was nice. Didn't really spend much time in the house though.

Great location & property
My husband & I stayed here for the Aspen food and wine festival. It was easy and quick to walk everywhere. The property was clean and is the perfect size for a couple. Communication with the property manager was efficient!

Great location, cozy apartment with lovely fireplace
This place was a perfect getaway for a couple for a week of epic skiing. The fireplace was a really nice addition at the end of a long day. The couch was pretty small though and the bed caves in a bit in the middle making it a little hard to sleep for someone who is a lighter sleeper. But overall we enjoyed the convenience and had a great stay. The hosts were super responsive and very accommodating.

Great Condo in Central Location
This condo is located in a complex near Glory Hole Park (with beautiful ducks) and within walking distance to ski lifts, downtown, and the local grocery. Has a nice fireplace. Perfect for a couple or a maximum of three people, with one person sleeping on the couch. Has a nice shower with tons of water pressure. Only downside is that it doesn't have a washer and drier (although there is a laundry in town).

Great location, functional, clean, felt like home
We had a great experience at David’s condo. David was there when we arrived to greet us and give us the lay of the land. The condo is just a few minute walk from the heart of Aspen downtown. There is a duck pond just outside the front door which is quite lovely. Very comfortable for two people. Overall, very convenient, clean, comfortable.

Stayed at the condo for three nights, great for families. Property manager was timely and makes you feel at home. We'd definitely stay again!

Great one bedroom condo, comfortably outfitted, perfect location, quiet and great parking.
David the property manager takes good care of you and provides the royal treatment.

Clean, quiet and convenient
Great condo in a quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located. The condo is modern and comfortable for 2 yet has lots of storage space and a large bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit for a great get-away in Aspen.
