The layout of the condo is good and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils which is always a must for us. Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the main TV in the living room was broken and we were told the owner was replacing it (not written in the listing), which impacted our vacation. The location of the condo is just a short walk to the village gondola and the jacuzzi was very clean.

Great location and a pretty decent price. Only downsides were a huge dark stain on the carpet and the patio being taped off, which was a huge let down. Chose the location from the pictures which showed a deck with a nice view. Wish they would have mentioned it being closed off. After the fact, I saw Vacasa's response to another reviewers complaints about the same issue. Vacasa said it was not mentioned in the amenities which is kind of misleading since they showed open in the pictures.

This condo is centrally located, very clean, and was a good size for three adults. The wood stove was nice and we used it every night.
Kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots, pans, flatware, dishes, etcetera. No reflection on the vacasa cleaning crew, but the previous tenants did not clean the pans, so we washed everything before using. Road noise from Lake Mary Road, right outside the windows and patios, was loud and made it less than ideal to sit outside or have the doors open for air flow. Only other down side is that there is no pantry space for food. We had to leave all our pantry items out on the counter.
Over all, a great place if you don't mind the traffic noise during the day. It did die off at night after 9.

The home was impeccably clean and nicely furnished with great log beds. And everyone of us thought we had the best bedroom. A unique aspect not true to most vacation rentals.

Loved the three level layout, living space was comfortable with a great view of snow covered mountains. Bed was comfortable, we brought extra blankets (the thinner comforter was not enough for myself, but I came prepared :) and each room stayed warm with the additional heater options. The shower downstairs had great water pressure, it was hot too; we loved our stay!

Very Hot and uncomfortable
There was a heat wave and the condos weren’t prepared for it. There was no screens so we couldn’t leave windows or slider open. We call and requested some fans and they didn’t have any and they couldn’t help. Good thing we brought 2 fans and our home had screens.

Great location close to the village, about 8 min walk and close to a shuttle stop. Nothing fancy by any means, but it worked great for our close friend group. We skied all day and had relaxing evenings resting back at the house. Would stay again!

Had a great time
We had a great time and there was plenty of room for 6 people
Cons:
-Great location, walking distance to the village
-Clean
-All the dishes/pots/pans that you will need
-Cute and comfy
-Quiet complex
-Great fireplace/stove it heated up the place really well
-Loved the parking, you can park 2 cars right in front of the place
Cons:
-No bathroom on the main floor
-Hard bed in the room with one queen bed
-In the room with the one queen bed, anytime anyone walks in the living room it makes very loud creaking and popping noises in the ceiling, it is so loud that it will disrupt your sleep, the whole place creaked and popped when ever you walk
-No equipment locker, they have it locked, they have a small alcove in the entry way, but the house sleeps 8 people and we had snow boards/skis, boots, jackets, etc. for 5 people and it could not fit there, we had to leave the equipment on the top of our car and then if you need to make any adjustments to the bindings they were frozen and made it very difficult
-No empty cupboards in the kitchen for your food

There were several items in disrepair.
We sought to get the 2 stove burners, 2 televisions, the bathroom heater, and the outlets repaired. (3 phone calls over 2 days) Additionally the property was dirty (carpets, throw rugs, and junk items on the patio) and the patio door blinds are worn out, and the patio door lock/nob did not work (my husband was able to adjust it.) We were very disappointed to lose a day of our vacation to wait for a person to come so we could explain the various issues. (The problems with the television and burners were on complex and intermittent). Additionally, midweek we discovered evidence of mice in the upstairs bathroom. The property was a good location and efficient for3 people. I would not want to host more than 4 people there. I have stayed at HomeAway properties 3 other times and was very pleased each time. Those times contact was with the owner and HomeAway, and not an additional company (Vacasa) in between. There was no contact with the owner at any time, before, during, or after or visit. I expected to hear from the owner regarding all of the disrepaired items, so that they could be certain to get them repaired , minimally, for the next guests.

A very nice stay.
The condo worked out very well for our group of 5. It was clean and everything worked well other than the 2 downstairs bedroom heaters. Also, upon arrival the carpet just outside the upstairs bathroom door was very wet. It mostly dried up so hopefully not something leaking. Otherwise everything was great. We loved the location with just a short walk to town and the gondola. Will definitely stay again.

Fantastic Stay
Easy check in, easy check out, parking directly in front of the unit and a close walk to the village are just a few things that make this place a must stay. Very clean unit and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again. Cheers!

The positives- great location. Short walk to the village and the bus lines. Comfortable for 2 families
The negatives- dirty dishes inside dishwasher on arrival, trash in the trash van and coffee pot full of grinds from previous use. Not acceptable with the high cleaning fees. Half of the electric stove stop wasn’t functional. Fireplace came with this pathetic starter “log” with only small book of matches which essentially made it non usable. The kitchen condiments were poorly stocked and also had no cleaning supplies. Cabin very dated likely original appliances ( which is fine and seems to be common in mammoth) but overall was expecting better based on previous reviews

This home was well maintained and stocked. It was perfect for my family of 4. It was so easy getting around to the village and to Canyon Lodge. We walked to the Village Gondola and rode right up to Canyon Lodge. It would be easy to stay here and never move your car.
