Un hotel de haut standing en plein coeur de Barcelone

L'emplacement est idéale en plein cœur de la ville. La qualité de la literie est à noter, également gros point positif pour les dimensions du lit.

Le personnel ne parle pas le français la chambre était sale avec des insectes dans la salle de bain

Bien situé proche des centres d’intérêts

La chambre proposée était un lit simple, alors qu’il était bien précisé un lit double la clim ne fonctionnait pas et j’avais demandé une chambre calme qui était sur la rue bruyante. J’ai demandé à changer. On m’a donné une chambre en rez-de-chaussée. Confort parfait mais dans la nuit, je me suis rendu dans la salle de bain, il y a une invasion de cafard. Propreté à désirer, très déçu.

3 jours à Barcelone la ville magique

Tout comme je l'ai déjà dit dans un précédent avis Barcelone est une ville magique c'est propre c'est beau les gens sont gentils . Beaucoup de choses magnifiques à voir j'ai eu un coup de cœur pour cette ville incroyable. L'hôtel était très bien situé très propre le personnel extrêmement agréable tout était parfait merci beaucoup.

Buena ubicación pero algo caro

Fue muy agradable que nos hicieran un upgrade de habitación gratis y que se preocuparan que nuestra habitación tuviera una cama de matrimonio en vez de dos camas juntas.

No nos gustó que cuando la habitación que nos habían asignado empezó a tener goteras, la solución que nos dieron fue darnos una habitación peor que por la pagamos inicialmente y tuvimos que quejarnos hasta conseguir que nos cambiaran a una habitación de las mismas características que la que tenía goteras. Al final nos hicieron caso pero fue un disgusto y tardamos mucho tiempo en solucionar este problema.

Excellent location near Plaza Catalonia, Ramblas, historic Gothic & the Mansana de la Discòrdia.

Comfortable beds with extra pillows. Good sound proofing in quiet rooms not facing the street. Nice bathroom & shower. Good lighting for reading. Blackout curtains for sleeping. Friendly helpful staff who speak good English. Rooms were attractive and clean. In-room safe provided to lock valuables.

Room is old and noisy ground floor.Receptionists behaviors caused discomfort

They insist to sell more expensive room during the check in telling room which they will give is not renovated and noisy area. Normally they have to upgrade us to other rooms or shouldn’t reserve rooms which is not in good condition.

Un endroit agréable pour profiter de votre séjour

Un très bel accueil, une chambre spacieuse et propre aux équipements complets. Au calme, proche du centre et de tous les monuments à visiter. Séjour parfait nous reviendrons.

Petit bémol, pas de bouteille d’eau minérale déposée chaque jour dans la chambre, une seule à votre arrivée ce qui ne convient pas quand on reste plusieurs jours.

L'emplacement et l'accessibilité

J'ai séjourné à cet hôtel maintes fois depuis longtemps et le Spa était gratuit, d'ailleurs c'était vraiment le petit plus qui faisait la différence !!! Malheureusement le Spa n'est plus gratuit , j'ai payé 68 euros (pour 4 personnes au lieu de 60€ comme indiqué, en très petit, sur le site de booking) pour 35mn au bain 😔😔😔

My parents room was too small for what we payed for, the bed was not confortable, when i asked to change it they told me that there was no availability.

Would definately stay there again.

Hotel is in a great location. Restaurant was lovely. Staff were friendly.

A guest laundry would have been nice for longer stays rather than having to use the laundry service as it is very expensive.

Great location, it’s clean but does not stand out.

Great location. Clean and easy to navigate. Staff were ok, however I wouldn’t say they went out of their way to make my experience enjoyable

The only standout thing would be the pool/jacuzzi in my terrace wasn’t heated so I couldn’t use it… I should have asked before booking, but in general you would expect a heated jacuzzi if you’re booking a suit.

Comfy bed, the rest was disappointing.

The bed was really comfortable and the room very spacious

We dropped our bags before check in with no issue, however, when we returned to check in (half an hour after the 3pm check in time) our room wasn’t ready. Reception staff tried to pass it off that the “cleaning manager was checking the room”, but this was a long 20 minute check! We were asked to sit in the waiting area but weren’t offered a drink or anything for whilst we were waiting despite the inconvenience. When our room was finally ready, (55 minutes after check in time) we asked if we could get our bag out of the baggage store, the reception staff told us they would ask the bell boy to do this (despite being stood in front of the bag store with the bell boy no where in sight). Again, we were stood waiting for another 10 minutes before the bell boy arrived and got our bags for us. During this time none of the multiple staff members asked if we were okay as we were stood waiting and feeling increasingly deflated that this was the start of our stay. This is definitely NOT the level of service we would expect for a ‘4 star’ hotel.

Stay was very nice! It was great and I should definitely come back

Location is perfect, right in the center. Room was big, clean and pool was great

Suite with private pool, should have more privacy…. Stuff was very loud in front off the room, during cleaning….. and they are calling you for whatever they want to offer, what is running naps during the day. Spa should leave offers in the front of the room, not call
