Excelente departamento

La ubicación, el transporte variado, la zona muy segura y tranquila, tienes todo cerca, mercados, lavandería, farmacias y cafeterias. El departamento super cómodo, limpio y fácil acceso.

No es que no nos gustará, pero para los que solo nos quedamos unos días, estaría perfecto que hubiera más condimentos para cocinar, todo lo demás muy bien.

Útulné bydlení na dobrém místě.

Ubytování doporučujeme, apartmán je výborně vybavený, čistý, útulný, vše je v dostupné vzdálenosti: metro, památky, obchody, restaurace, trh. Pokud člověku nevadí pěší chůze po dlažbě, tak se dá dojít na spoustu míst i pěšky, hned dole je obchůdek s potravinami pro nákup vod. Také nám vyhovovalo, že neprobíhal denní úklid a člověk měl pocit soukromí (byli jsme na 3 noci, tak jsme ho nepotřebovali), byl tam dostatek ručníků, bylo opravdu krásně uklizeno.

Za co bychom určitě nesrazili body, ale uvítali bychom, jsou skleničky na víno a alespoň 1 tableta do pračky.

Would come back!

The apartment was perfect for a family of 5. It was clean, in a good location, accessible to restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment was very cozy and clean. We had all that we needed. Location was great. There was a supermarket just beside the building and plenty restaurants around. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia. The service was amazing! All our inquiries were answered. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay!

Clean and spacious, professionally managed

Perfect location if you want to be close to locals. 15 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia, 20 minutes walk to Güell Park, 15 minutes from Plaza de Cataluña. Quiet bedroom, pleasant bed. Clean and well maintained. Easy access, helpful Catarina.

We had to use the chairs in the living room to dry the towels.

Modern appartment in a very nice area. Very clean with a great bed. The apartment is large, and well equipped. Great experience!

We had some problems with electricity and the window couldnt close properly during the night, but they tried to fix it in tne morning.

The apartment was very clean, quiet, and had great black out shades. The kitchen was well-equipped - we were easily able to make breakfasts and a dinner. Great neighborhood with bakeries, cafes and grocery stores close by. We were able to walk to all the sites in Barcelona.

Great stay, would come back.

Great location and really friendly staff. They let us check in early because our room was ready which was so helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby and the Gracia area was a great place to explore. Would happily stay here again.

Very nice apartment in a great city location

Communication was great from the moment booked and we even had the option of an early drop off for our luggage (before timed check in) so we could go off and explore the city without all our bags! This was exceptional service. Check in was done as a group so everyone was aware of details, was speedy and we were even offered somewhere to change after our flight. All luggage was then taken to the apartment before we returned so ready for us when we got back. Facilities were as we needed for the length of time there and we had instructions in many languages for all the apartment facilities, from how long the showers would stay supported on full tank of hot water, to all instructions for TV, oven etc. Facilities were as expected and very comfortable - perfect place to rest after busy sightseeing days, a good space for our family of 6.

The "oven" was poor in our opinion so we gave up using it, despite following the instructions. Also, there was one or two maintenance issues spotted (like door of living area handle was loose and bathroom rail), If we had not spotted these it would have been easy to make them worse by using them. We spotted these early and as they did not detract from our stay, we carried on. They did not affect the quality of the apartment at all, but we did forget to advise the management of them, so hopefully these have been spotted and should be easily repaired.

Lovely stay nearby between Sagrada & Gracia

Very spacious apartment for group of 4. AC working very well, comfy both bed and sofa. Received few coffee capsules, clean towels, lots of wire hangers, washing machone capsules. Lovely little ‘balcony’. Shop next to the building. Lidl nearby ❤️. Spatious fridge. Metro within 7 minutes by walk, yet very good location for Sagrada, Gracia, Eixample, Park Guel, coastal Barca, Barceloneta or Tibidabo. Either by metro or by bus V19. Big bathtub. Definitely recommend to stay. Host was kind and helpful. Very lovely and easy to get along with. We had great time.

Just few observations, we didnt consider as such a big deal. We couldnt switch on washing machine but we are handy men so it was ok🤙🏻 Certain plug-ins werent working, host couldnt explain why. Balcony wasnt really isolating, so you could hear car, trash service and people (regards only to ones sleeping in livingroom, bedroom was very calm). Coffee machine was leaking, but you’ll find out your way to use it.🤭 Just a blanket as a bed sheet, could’ve used some duvet cover.

Great location, clean, modern place (but not very quiet)

Bedroom bed, facilities, look, equipment and vibrant area (Gracia).

Street noise and availability of hot water (limited). Ideal for two people but the sofa bed is not vey comfy and located in the living room next to the streetside double windows. Ideal for 2, not so much for 3-4 people.

The location is a new apartment near the Sagrada Familia and at 25 minutes walking from Park Guell.

The location was really clean

Miss Kamal went out of her way to help us with everything. She was able to store our luggage prior to our check in which was a huge relief. Nothing was too small. She even flagged down taxis for us! The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. There was a booklet available describing how to use the appliances in english. There were many restaurants and stores in easy access and Sagrada was in walking distance. I would go back there.

Superb

clean, good Wifi, well equipped kitchen and thoughtful extras (garbage bags, pills for the dishwasher,... most of the essential stuff. but bring your own salt etc ). Pretty quiet bedroom (it did not face the street though and maybe we were lucky with the neighbours). Close to Gracia and relatively good connection to the city centre and Sants via the metro. (but a bit of a walk if you want to avoid it)

In that particular flat, there was an extremely loud clicking sound every few minutes coming from the bathroom. With the door closed it was bearable, but something they should fix. The sound proofing of the sliding door to the street is just average. In our case not a problem for sleeping, but I would insist on a bedroom not facing the street.
