The property was exactly as listed and is such a great location! We just parked the car and was able to walk anywhere we needed to go! Would definitely stay again!

We love PS. This was our second time back. This house is so cute and had everything we needed. And the location is behind restaurants and breweries. We did lots of walking into town. House was clean and perfect for my husband and I.

We had wonderful time! The location is great with easy access to ski slopes as well as within walking distance to the river, restaurants, and shops! The house is very cozy and clean! The host and the property manager were easy to communicate with! We would love to come back!

The house was super convenient; yet, quiet. Such a neat neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the Hot Springs and to dining. I would highly recommend renting the little house. Pagosa Springs is wonderful. We will be back.

This place was perfect! The king size bed in the bedroom makes the house feel so much bigger lol it was so close to everything we walked the whole time. Communication was the best I've ever experienced! They were unnecessarily nice and helpful! It was absolutely incredible

Little House in the Alley is a hidden gem! As a long time visitor to Pagosa Springs as well as former home owner I can attest to the location of the unit as a 10 out of 10. Close to shops, restaurants, and of course the Hot Springs make for the ideal stay. Its location in the alley provides ample parking and is removed from traffic and noise. I cooked multiple meals and found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything I needed to do so. There is a surprisingly large bathroom and very cozy bedroom and living area. This location will be my go to place for all future visits!

This was our first time to Pagosa Springs and we really enjoyed our stay at the cottage in the alley. The location was wonderful. It allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops in the area. We brought our furry family member. We will certainly stay here again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean and well maintained. We are friends traveling together so we used both the bed (very comfortable) and the sofa bed (not comfortable). We had to jury rig the sofa bed to support the head of the bed, but beyond that an air mattress isn't really great for an adult. It would be Ok to use for smaller children.

Enjoyed exploring downtown, visited a friend, went to Durango and discovered Chimney Rock National Monument. House on the Alley was a perfect location and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient.

We stayed here 2 weeks with our little dog and it had everything we needed. There was plenty of storage to make yourself at home, & the kitchen had everything we needed to make many meals. The bed is very comfy, though quite tall (we stored our luggage under & used the large dresser provided). We walked most everywhere (Town Park, Reservoir Hill, the hot springs, tons of restaurants, etc) as it's just behind the main road. The location is phenomenal for our purposes. We will seek this place out again on our next visit!

The house was very well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the location on the main street was very convenient. We walked to several restaurants and shops, and even walked to the hot springs in the river. The owner and property manager were also very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

The little house on the alley is perfect for a sweetheart get away. We walked everywhere, for instance we walked to to river, and sat in the hot pools, during late night hours. The space was very nice. The couch could have been a little cleaner, from dog hair. Though it is pet freindly. Otherwise 5💥

This is a sweet home with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay in Pagosa Springs. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is super comfortable, the towels are plush and the kitchen is stocked with nice dishes and appliances. It is in walking distance of parks, restaurants, shopping and live music. Having a king bed and a washer and dryer are a plus for us! Thank you! It's lovely!

Fabulous location! From the close proximity to shops/restaurants, cleanliness & fact that basic supplies such as dish pods & laundry detergent are provided, this was a wonderful house! We will be back :)

This property is the perfect location! We loved being able to easily walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. The place was perfect for the two of us and quiet! It has a great kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I didn’t really want to leave a good review because we don’t want people knowing how awesome this place is…..but…. This was our second stay at this property and the stay was nothing short of amazing! Great communication, great location and very clean! This will be the only place we stay every time we come out.

While some people may not like the front door on an alley and no yard, this place is in the perfect location to enjoy all that main street Pagosa has to offer. We were there to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of RiffRaff Brewing and we couldn't have found a better property. The unit itself, while small, was clean, well appointed and well maintained. It had all the supplies we could have wanted and everything worked. Check-in was a breeze and the instructions for the unit were clear and accurate. Everything is well thought out and was one of the first times I haven't needed to contact the property manager for anything. We especially liked the combo door lock set to our own phone number! No need to hassle with getting a key or worry about losing it in the pool!
