A RIVER RUNS THROUGH IT This 3 Bedroom 3 full bath townhouse-styled condominium is furnished to the highest level, comparable to suites at the Little Nell or St. Regis, it's the nicest unit in this complex. Location is everything and we're nestled on the banks of the beautiful Roaring Fork River in Aspen Core, only 3 short blocks from City Market, the Silver Queen Gondola / Aspen Mountain and all the restaurants and shops that Aspen has to offer. The bus stop directly across the street provides easy access to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk or Snowmass for a day of skiing or mountain biking and operates twice an hour. With other free transportation options in town as well, a rental car is not required. This property is the perfect retreat after a spectacular day on the mountain!! Upon entering the foyer, take the stairs down to the open kitchen, dining and living area. This spacious living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, flat screen TV, stone wood-burning fireplace and expansive shared deck with BBQ over the gorgeous Roaring Fork river. A separate wing contains a bedroom perfect for a nanny or second couple and is equipped with a desk and a queen bed. A shared bathroom with walk in shower is located in the hall, along with a small closet housing the washer/dryer. A guest bedroom featuring two twin beds that can be joined into a king if desired, flat screen smart TV, built-in wall unit for storing belongings and ensuite combination tub and shower bath is also located on this floor. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and convenience of the condo. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was the perfect size for our family. We had a beautiful view of the river, we were close to the center of Aspen village, and Brian was very helpful and accommodating!

This property worked out well for our family of five. Brian was helpful, prompt & excellent with all communication. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Abigail provided daily light housekeeping which was very nice. Our only suggestion was that the pool/hot tub and sauna looked like they could have used a little attention/upkeep. Otherwise, this was a positive experience and nice spot. Walkable to gondola and downtown Aspen.

We loved the condo for our family ski week. It was spotless, well equipped, beautifully furnished, very light, great deck overlooking the River and and easy walk to the Ajax gondola and bus depot.

The condo is perfect in all ways except the extent to which you can hear the neighbors. We have one night where the above neighbors had a party and was quite disruptive. The host and condo association were exceptional at dealing with that. Although no parties occurred after that, you can hear chatter, moving furniture and footsteps from adjacent units. As a light sleeper this was not optimal but we would absolutely return despite this since everything else exceeded our expectations.

The pictures do not do this property justice. The unit is super clean, comfortable, cozy, and very well equipped. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of adventure. There was a plethora of super dry fire wood right out the front door that we took full advantage of; considering temps were below zero. Excellent location! We walked to dining, skiing, hiking and grocery. Brian was stellar in communicating, and checking in to make sure that we were happy.. We will be back to ski, snuggle by the fire, and watch the Roaring Fork as it entertains from dawn to dusk.

This was a fabulous property for our family. Each couple had their own bathroom, which is a bonus for adults! The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook family meals. Only two blocks from City Market, we could even walk home with the groceries. The unit was well appointed, modern and clean. We can't wait to return!

We were really impressed by this unit. Very close to the center of town and gondola but in a quiet neighborhood right on the river and at the entrance to the East Aspen trailhead. Beautiful unit with everything you need to cook and big family room and table. Pleasant surprise that housekeeping came daily to straighten up. Kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Brian went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

Set a few blocks from town, you can not beat the location on the Roaring Fork. Brian was a wonderful host! The unit was perfect for our adult family of 5. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped, excellent towels, the daily cleaning was a huge bonus. We highly recommend this property! Thank you Brian.

My girlfriend and I came out for what was supposed to be a month, but ended up extending up 40 days.
